Ordered a mini 6-pack for curbside and the strawberry cheesecake. Opened the mini's box to make sure the cookies were the right ones to discover how messy the presentation was. All three sugar cookies are different sizes with different amounts of frosting. The frosting is lopsided and messily spread. the sugar cookies also had more frosting on them than there was of the actual cookie. The chocolate on top of the cosmic brownie cookies was on the side of the box, around the cookies, and got onto the semi sweet choc chip cookie next to them. When i got home and picked up the cookies to eat them, the sugar cookies were so thin and crumbly that i could barely pick it up out of the box without it completely falling apart. The dough was super dry but also felt raw on the side of the cookies ? Ultimately let down and upset with the presentation and quality of the cookies after driving 15 minutes to the store and back. read more

Very bad costumer service! I placed an order for curbside they marked my order as complete I was waiting in the car for 10 min. I had to walk in to see what was the status of my order which defeats the purpose of curbside but that's beside the point. As soon as I walk in no one greets me they completely ignore me. Two young men and a young woman was working completely ignored me. Then I asked if anyone can help me young man ignored me and asked what I wanted after a min I said my order was complete but I didn't get it . Doesn't say a word !! We tried Crmbl cookies recently after studying their menu forever! We ordered a 4 pack and one small ice cream. The ice cream was gone in five minutes, but it took us two days to go through the four cookies - the sweetness was way too much to have more than a bite or two at a time. My husband didn't care for the cookies at all, but he enjoyed the ice cream. He said "these aren't cookies, these are just puddles of dough". All 4 cookies seemed just way too soft. I liked them enough to want to try other flavors in the future, but it's a hard pass for him. Overall, I wish they were slightly more baked (I like a chewy texture) and slightly less sweet taste. However, if you tend to like really soft (underbaked texture) cookies and enjoy your cookies on the sweeter side, you'll probably love this spot. read more

Ordered the First time today. It was frustrating, The order was not ready on the time promised pickup reservation. There were many people waiting, it doesn't matter if you ordered ahead of time, you will be on the queue. People were waiting for more than an hour. No one can tell me estimated time of my order. They said it could take up to 40 mins wait. What's the point of ordering ahead in the system and having a pickup time if they cannot fulfill the order. The staff took names of interested to be picked up the next day. Hope they call me tomorrow. Otherwise, I donated my money without my order. read more

Crumbl is such a hit or miss on social media, but I genuinely think this is one of their best locations. The cookies here are consistently good! The store is cute, but small and sometimes gets crowded. So one of my besties sent me a text about this grand opening and we headed straight over! (Interesting how it's usually the same friend, by the way. I think she sends me to all these yummy places to stay chunky while she then goes to the gym! lol) It's located at The Colonies in Upland right off the 210 and Campus. Our timing was good, front row parking and only a few people ahead of us. (It was later in the day, almost 8pm). Everyone was so friendly and the aroma of fresh baked cookies was in the air! You can order ahead, use a kiosk or chat with one of the cheerful staff (we chose the latter). These cookies are huge!! They came fresh and warm and are yummy!! Each week they have rotating flavors so you can try different ones all the time. If you find a flavor you like but it's not in that week, you can still order a batch online, I believe. They also have an option of mini cookies, and by mini they mean regular sized cookies, that you can order batches of as well. I had such a hard time deciding which flavor to try so I chose 4...which has to equate to like a dozen cookies! Had to try their signature frosted sugar cookie, pancake batter, hot chocolate and snickerdoodle. I honestly wasn't a huge fan of the sugar cookie, as the frosting was very "almondy". It was good, just not for me. It is also the only cookie on the menu that comes chilled instead of warm. I love a warm cookie, but I also love a good, chilled cookie! The hot chocolate cookie was rich and decadent. Super chocolaty! The little, crunchy marshmallows were perfect on top and added another fun layer to the cookie! Snickerdoodles are a hit or miss for me. This one was a hit for sure! Moist and flavorful. Would definitely get it again. And lastly, the pancake batter. Oh my goodness! It was, by far, my favorite. Sweet, melt in your mouth yummy goodness. I will for sure be craving it! And no, I didn't eat all of these at once! I literally had less than a quarter of each of them, which was like having four regular sized cookies. If you love cookies, definitely give them a try. When I Went the other day they were all out of the mamas homemade cookie and gingerbread cookie but I tried both today and they are both amazing! (No wonder they were sold out!) They switch what cookies they have available at the beginning of every week. I believe they constantly switch to 5 new cookies every week and always have their main house chocolate chip cookie available. You can order a single cookie or two. Or order a box of 4 or 6. They also have catering which they make the cookies much smaller for those events specifically. I highly recommend this place not just for cookie lovers but for anyone with a sweet tooth. The 3.5 stars do not surprise me. I placed an online order this morning and scheduled for it to be picked up at about 8:45pm. They were out of cookies, indicating that online orders are not being handled properly. I paid extra for the celebratory "congrats" sticker and ribbon, in which the sticker was missing. As my husband was there picking up the cookies, he was told that they were out of chocolate chip, so the man asked what we wanted. I asked for the pretzel cookie and he said that they were also out.
