The cookies are really good and they have great service. Also when you get their everyone is working and no one is slacking off.

I am so grossed out by this location. I am a regular crumbl consumer but I will never return to this store. When I watched the employee prepare my cookies, I saw her touch the ordering screen in the front with black gloves that were sliding off and too big for her, then go back and pull out cookies with those same dirty gloves on. Then I saw her put her hand in the bin of Oreo cookie crumbles and place them on my cookies. When she gave me the cookie box, the box was all messy with black cookie crumbles, her gloves were wet, falling off, and had crumbles all over her gloves. She continued with those same gloves to touch the cookie container and begin the next order. As soon as I stepped out I threw away the cookies. The other employee there was also doing the same thing. Touching everything in the store then dumping their hands in the chocolate topping bucket. The store was not clean. I think this location needs a food inspector to visit. I tried crumbl for the first time today. I've seen people posting videos about some of the cookies that weren't good. They are lying. We got a 6 pack of all the featured flavors of cookies. Everyone of them was good. They were huge soft and ducking amazing. And no one ever says ducking. read more

I'm always looking for info about flavors when I read reviews, so I'll share. We got a six pack on DoorDash not realizing how huge they were. My husband and I cut them in half so we could each try each flavor. You could cut it in fourths to share easily. I cut a corner of a few of my halves to try them all. I'm not sure I'll be able to eat six halves before they go stale! I loved the banana bread. It looked like the top was underbaked, but once I tasted it, I realized that was just a different ingredient, probably high concentration of banana. The strawberry short cake was delicious as well. Not a flavor I expected to love, but just the right amount of sweetness. The Dirt Cookie was ok. It was chocolate with chocolate frosting, cookie crumble, and a gummy worm. The Chocolate Milk cookie was much better. The "milk" was two colors of chocolate frosting that was not too sweet. Speaking of sweet, the pink sugar cookie has a ton of VERY sweet frosting. I'll leave that for last and not be sad if I don't get to it. The corner of the chocolate chip already seems stale ( 12 hours later). I would get the banana bread and strawberry shortcake again. I look forward to trying more in the future. I'll definitely go for any fruit option I see based on what we tried so far. I also think one cookie in a cute box will be a great little thank you or hostess gift in the future. read more

So excited that we got Crumbl in Vallejo now I don't have to travel to get these amazing cookies. The service is exceptional, they all greet you as soon as you walk in and with minutes you have your warm cookies in that special pink Crumbl box that everyone has come to know. I especially want to acknowledge Lou for helping me with my order. I've been in a few times since they opened and even got a catering order for my coworkers. Which was a hit! This location has fast service! It is in a prime location, close to the freeway. The hours are good, but they are closed on Sunday's.
