First time trying the mini cookies. Crumbl sweetened the deal today because it was buy 12 minis and get a six pack of minis for free. The selection of cookies this week are all ones that I would like to try and have tried before. The pink sugar is my favorite! The snickerdoodle is also delicious. The store is always clean and looks organized. My order was ready for me when I walked in the door and I hadn't even checked in on the app yet. They greeted me when I walked in with a smile. I have never had an issue at the Crumbl in Victor. read more

It's great to have a Crumbl so close to home. I would previously visit the Henrietta location to try the weekly flavors. The Victor location was quiet on a Wednesday evening. I enjoyed how quickly I was able to place my order and receive my cookies. I was in and out in less than 10 minutes. The cookies I ordered were not my favorite flavor wise but I love having quick access now that the Victor location is up and running. read more

Lovers of soft, doughy cookies love Crumbl. Thinking of all the kids and grandkids who prefer to eat the batter rather than wait for the baking. Add to the sugary dough, an extra thick layer of icing- heaven. My grandkids bargain for a cookie or two whenever we pass the shop. As I prefer crispy cookies, my dream remained that the next purchase would be baked to a reasonable doneness. I tried offerings without icing. No more overly sweet $5 dough cakes for this consumer. Never been to a crumbl before and wanted to try it. When I walked in the staff was busy making cookies and whatnot okay fine, but no one acknowledged my daughter and I, we were the only patrons in the store. We stood there for several minutes, one of the many workers saw us, said hi and welcome, then continued doing what he was doing. After ten minutes I asked if we needed to order on the kiosk since I've never been there and was standing at the front register. He looked annoyed the moment I said I was going to pay in cash. He smirked and said, "our cash machine is broken." there was NO sign whatsoever stating card only. Needless to say, we left, and I will not be returning to the victor location. read more

This recent trend of upscale designer cookie shop has befuddled me, considering how expensive it is from the outside looking in. But, after hearing of a new Crumbl location opening up close by, I really wanted to get my hands on this week's offerings. For one, although the price is expensive, the cookie sizes are substantial. To pay upwards of $5 for a single cookie may sound absurd, the cookies themselves are very filling and much bigger than you would expect. I split a box of 6 cookies with a couple of friends and I had the red velvet and pumpkin pie. Both were very good. The service was very quick and efficient. A pleasant surprise for a brand new place, and we even got to look at the cookies before we agreed to take them. There nowhere to consume your cookie inside of the restaurant, which is kind of annoying. Would I come again? It's kind of like going to Five Guys - you can't really afford to have it often, but it is worth it to get every once in a while. read more

The workers are very friendly when you walk in and are very flexible if you want to make a last minute order change. They always show your cookies before you leave to make sure everything is okay. Everyone is so friendly & they always make sure to greet you when you walk in. The cookies (of course) are delicious. The only downside is that the waiting area is extremely small and it gets crowded in there very quickly. This won't stop me from going here though, as the service is very quick and top notch! They also make sure to ask how your cookies look before closing the box and handing it over to you, which is awesome. read more

Went to this location yesterday. I think I heard someone say "welcome to Crumbl" when I walked in, which I thought was nice. But when I went to the counter to ask a question/order, not one employee acknowledged me and came over to assist me. There were 3 employees further back from the counter making cookies and I know at least 2 of them saw me(one had their back to me). Another employee joined them in making cookies after a couple minutes and still no one came to the counter to help me. I was the only customer in the store, so it was not busy. After a couple minutes of waiting, I left. They lost my business that day and I am not sure I will be going back. read more

it's good... sometimes? the cookies are really a hit or miss. it's not an eat-in restaurant obviously so there's no ambiance to cover, but it is clean. service isn't the best, but usually the cookies are pretty good. i've ordered twice from here, once it wasn't good, second time it was perfect. overall though, just go to the location in henrietta if that's available to you! read more

I placed an order for a chocolate chip cookie on the app on Monday 2/5/24 about 10:30 am for a 12:40-1:10 pickup. I got there at 12:45 and was the only customer there. I went in and made eye contact with the girl in the front area that was measuring and mixing flour. There were at least 4 maybe 5 other people at the table area just inside by the ovens. Every single one of them made eye contact with me. Every.Single.One. of them. Not one acknowledged me. They looked at me and went back to their tasks several times. After a FULL 5 minutes, I said excuse me to the girl in the front area. She looked up and said do you need help ordering. I said no, I was just here to pick up an online order. She asked my name and I gave it. She went to the counter, picked up a box, pulled a cookie out of the warmer and brought it to me for the presentation. I said fine, she closed the box and handed it to me and then turned her back on me and went back to her spot. I was very shocked at the behavior of all the employees there. I took my cookie and left. I was excited to get a Crumbl near me in Victor so I didn't have to go all the way to Henrietta. And I was very excited to see the chocolate chip come with semi-sweet chocolate chips instead of milk chocolate. I will say the cookie was fabulous and I will definitely get it again. I will give the Victor location one more chance to be polite and acknowledging, but if they are that rude again, I will take myself to the Henrietta where the employees at least say hello to you when you come in the door. read more
