After walking around Waugh Chapel I stumbled upon this spot for a quick sweet treat. Well am expensive sweet treat. When I saw the price I was thinking this better be a heck of a cookie! It's like $5. We'll...it was one heck of a cookie. It's served warm (some are served chilled) and it stays chewy. Half of the cookie didn't make it home but the other half I didn't finish it until the next day....trying to ration it out lol and it was Still good. I would give it a try for sure. This location is always so slow. I've done walk in and order ahead and every time I have to wait. They aren't great at dealing with the high volume they receive. I ordered ahead and 45 minutes later I'm still waiting for the 2 cookies I ordered. Others have been here waiting longer. This is a location where the clientele and shopping center are gold to a business like Crumbl so they really need to bring in team members that can handle volume. I recognize the benefit of using a younger workforce but dang yall need to get someone with some long term experience working here. read more

Soooo I've been hearing about this place for about 3 months now. Every weekend when I am in the area i see the lines outside of door, especially on Saturday's. One week day, I believe this was Wednesday night around 7 PM - the line was reasonable so i decided to go on in and I see what the hype was about lol. And now i see! The funfetti and brownie cookie were MY absolute favorites. They were soft doughy and melted in my mouth. It wasn't a long time i had to wait once in, you can tell they are freshly made. I've been waiting for Crumbl to open ever since I saw the coming soon signage. The store is so modern and inviting. They have kiosk to purchase gift cards and contactless ordering. It's also an open kitchen so you can see all of the delicious cookies being baked. The prices are $$ but the cookies are BIG. I ordered the box of 4 and got 3 chocolate chip and one chocolate cupcake. Yummy!!! The cookies are soft and delicious. Not overly sweet and taste good right out the oven and even reheated. I hope they'll dabble in GF treats in the future as I am normally GF but I don't mind breaking my regime every once in a while for these delicious treats! read more

This is the location that I always frequent when I want a Crumbl Cookie. I went in the store Tuesday to redeem my free Birthday reward & to purchase 1 additional cookie. I walked in and the people were on top of people. Both kiosks were out of order & the store felt like an oven. I used the kiosk in front and placed my order. I literally had to wait 20-25 minutes for 2 cookies! All the staff were congregated in the corner, with one working up front. Everyone seemed to be moving in slow motion. The staff consisted of young people, which I think is awesome. It would've been nice to see a mature adult in the building assisting them. It makes all the difference in the world. I finally get home with my cookies and they're both completely raw & doughy on the inside! I threw them both in the trash & I'm frustrated. The customer service & product quality has gone way down. I personally think Crumbl Cookies are only as popular as they are due to the social media presence. They are decent, but certainly not worth the hype (more below). I've been to this location twice now. The first time the service was great. Second time the kiosks were all down, the customers didn't seem to know how to order, and the line was out the door. Took 15 or 20 minutes to reach the front of the line (more waiting to actually receive your order). Now to the quality of the actual food... Crumbl Cookies is well known to use social media techniques to enhance their popularity. In my opinion, that factor, and the "bigger is better" mantra is what makes these cookies popular. The cookies are a little TOO soft for my liking. I don't like crispy cookies, but these almost require a spoon to eat. I'd rather have a cookie I can easily hold, and one that is perhaps a little smaller to be able to enjoy it more easily. Also, the icing (at least that's what I think it is) is a little much on some of the cookies - so rich that it gave me a stomachache. My personal preference would be to bake cookies at home, or warm up some high quality store bought ones. The moral of the story is that having lots of influencers, and making your cookies obnoxiously large does not actually make them any better than homemade or other cookies. 3/5 - again, they aren't bad...but they are expensive and mid-tier. read more

It doesn't matter what pickup time you select you still will have to wait over an hour for cookies that are already overly pricy. Based on the comments this is a common occurrence and clearly nothing has changed over the past year.
