I am a huge Crumbl fan and always have been. This particular location produces a great looking and tasting cookie. The shop is always clean and the staff are friendly. I gave 2 stars because this particular location is more often than not out of one or more of the selection for the week. This doesn't seem to be a problem at other locations around the metro. I ordered a pick up order for cookies. Two macadamia nut/white chocolate and two nutter butter/peanut butter cookies. When I arrive, there was nobody in the store except the employees. When I got to where I was going, I was surprised and shocked that the macadamia nut/white chocolate cookies were not cooked all the way, the white chocolate chips we're not even melted. The Nutter butter/peanut butter cookies were missing the large chunks of Nutter butter that was supposed to be on top..... instead they had a very small amount of some kind of crumbs. The frosting on top was hard and they had very minimal taste of peanut butter. We ordered a set of 12 of strawberry cookies and 5 others. For pick up at 2:45pm. My daughter showed up and they said they didn't have the order. She waited two hours before calling me to tell me she was still waiting. During those two hours, Steven and the other employees were giving away the cookies we had ordered hours ago. And just kept telling her to hold on. It took me getting out on speaker and asking where the order was for Steven to look. He said it wasn't there, and when shown the receipt, said it was missed. For two hours my daughter stood there while people got their order. And now we have 3-5 business days to get my money back. That was our 4th of July dessert money. I'm going through chemo and on a limited budget. And now my family will be short desserts. Steven could have easily asked us to wait while he made them for us, or even to come and grab them tomorrow but instead was extremely rude. I do absolutely love these cookies, but the last order experience was not a good one.. I ordered ahead in the AM for an afternoon pick up. I checked in like you are supposed to when you get there. My name was second in line on the board. Waited for 5-10 minutes, kept seeing other orders go out , but still hadn't called my name. I looked up at the board and my name was gone. I was a bit confused, but Waited a little longer, thinking, maybe they are working on my order. But no such luck. I finally went up to the counter and asked about my order. They couldn't find my order, So another few minutes of waiting and they finally found my order either the closed or completed. At this time 2 of my cookie selections were out of stock .. not happy about that.. I was very upset about the whole experience and disappointed with how it was handled. I've enjoyed their cookies a few times and I've never been disappointed. I do like that they carry 6 flavors and sell a 6 pack so it's easy enough. If it weren't for the fact that they also change them I'm not sure how interesting it would be. I think they're always good cookies, although some better than others. I typically share each one with my partner since they\re big enough for that. The flavor and toppings change so you never know what they'll have. You can also get them delivered if you're feeling that craving and don't want to drive. I enjoy gourmet treats like this and I think they also make a lovely gift. Big Gourmet delicious cookies. Definitely talk of the town and had to give a try. They are ridiculously sweet, but really good. Each cookie is the size of your hand. Price is steep per cookie and the more you buy, the less expensive- so naturally I had to get multiple of each to give away and we eat the rest over a couple of days (dang you delicious cookies!). I like that they focus on a specific cookie menu that changes weekly and it's always exciting to see the new flavors! I haven't been back, but the sound of this week menu, I may just have to - peanut butter ft. Snickers, iced oatmeal, triple chocolate chip, and key lime pie. They have they're two signature cookies - chocolate chip and pink sugar cookie that are delicious. It's really hard to resist the temptation! First of all I drove 21 miles to get a tres leches brownie and they told me that it's sold out. I asked if they had any cooking as I can see they have some out. It also took them ten minutes before I could ask a question. I love the cookies but I hate their customer service. Consistently terrible service. I've been here four times once I did a pre-order today. I pre-ordered three hours ahead of time and they still found a way to be out of what I ordered. I ordered two Tres leches cakes and when I went to pick it up, they told me that they were out of the milk part of it.. The other three times I came for the Tres Leche eggnog they were out of that The times I came in and didn't check or have the app. As a matter of fact according ti the app i now have had for 3 days they are Consistently out of items. Ive checked other stores and they are RARELY out of items. I've worked bakeries before and I've worked corporate bakeries before and if I had to guess I would say that the tres leche Cake is made at a commissary kitchen at a headquarters and really all they have to do is add the topping after they defrost it which they should always have some defrosted and always be looking at the numbers going down . Maybe on a rare occasion add the milk, which I don't necessarily believe , but what she told me . I believe it's a work ethic thing. As a matter of fact an employee told me that Somebody in the morning didn't make enough even though my order was put in at 12:30 and I was gonna pick it up at 3:50. Also, they should've set my orders aside when they got my order to make sure that I had mine available when it was time for me to pick it up now I have to wait for a refund to go through on my card. Clever business model for cookies! Always on the menu are the classic chocolate chip, which is loaded with chips and served warm; and sugar cookies, served chilled. That alone is worth a trip here! They offer so many other flavors and seasonal flavors so check the website to see what is in the menu that day. Flavors like red velvet, salted caramel, pumpkin, chocolate cake, cinnamon swirl, molten lava, peanut butter chocolate, raspberry cheesecake, cookies & cream, buckeye brownie, and if you are lucky S'mores. Since I'm a huge fan of the graham, chocolate and marshmallow combo, this cookie is always my first choice if available. The cookies are definitely on the sweeter side of the already sweet spectrum! Which is why my preference are the cookies that are not iced. Many of their creations use the cookie as a base, the way one would use cake, then ice it and add toppings. They look so amazing, but unless I'm sharing, it's just too much sugar for me. My recommendation is to buy 6 or 12 when you are entertaining, cut each cookie into four slices, and allow guests to sample. Fun, unique and best of all, you don't have to do the baking! Oh, and they sell ice cream, too! The shop is immaculate! White, bright, full viewing into the baking process. After all the hype on TikTok and other social media, I was so excited to try their cookies. However, I came sorely disappointed. We were lured in with the promises of a "Lemon Blackberry" cookie, "Hazelnut Sea Salt", and "Pumpkin Cake". However, these cookies had flavor in all the wrong places. 1) Pumpkin Cake This is a pretty classic cookie, soft and airy with a decent frosting to combine with. I liked it, but the frosting was slathered on WAY too much. 2) Hazelnut Sea Salt When I saw "stuffed with Nutella" and the staff told us it was fresh out of the oven, I was pretty excited for this. However, it literally came under cooked. Nutella wasn't even distributed nicely around the whole cookie, as I was splitting with a friend and their half had none inside. Lastly, there wasn't even any "sea salt" flavor. It was literally just chocolate... but like cheap bad chocolate. Its title does nothing to show how tragic of a cookie this is. It's so sugary and.. under cooked, which I feel like makes things worse. I felt like throwing up eating it. 3) Lemon Blackberry We were so hyped for this cookie, we literally waited an hour to get it. First of all, despite if it's chilled, I do not expect my cookies to almost break my jaw. I ordered a cookie, not a jawbreaker. This lemon base was as cold as a rock, and to make matters worse, the frosting tasted horridly artificial with no blackberry remnants. We live in Oregon guys, fresh fruit is not that hard to come by, and could've really salvaged this cookie's flavor. And again, the lemon cookie base was undercooked! I don't know how you manage to underbake a cookie and make it rock hard, but Crumbl made it possible! I'm extremely disappointed right now. For $5 a cookie, I expected a lot better in terms of quality and taste. Please do better. read more

I loved the chocolate cookie base with the warm center that housed LOTS of chocolate chips that were nice and gooey as I bit into them.
