I don't have much to say about this place. I've only actually been there once, however, my GF has brought home their stuff MORE than once - and I didn't hate it. The selection is a bit small, and it rotates (there's going to be different types of cookies at different times). But I suppose that's not a terrible thing, right? At least there is a bit of fun ... it's like keeping my Apple Car Play permanently on shuffle. Worst case, I don't like the song (cookie), so I get a new one lol. The cookies can come in different sizes, but I've always just had their standard (I assume it is), large sized ones. I'm not even sure they are labeled as large, I just know they are bigger than the others and seem to be the standard you get when you order. Large, heated, perfectly crafted and SOFT cookies. So, if a cookie is too thick, could it not be flirting with being like a brownie or muffin kinda? Maybe... but these are think, and crispy / hard on the outside, but super soft and melty on the inside. So you can pick it up and hold it, it's has structural integrity, like a normal cookie. But when you bite into it, so soft. And not a dangerous soft as if it's just simply not cooked ... oh it's cooked. It's warm when it comes out of oven and into the box. And if you're like me, then it goes home. And if you're like me, then it doesn't even get eaten until the next day (point I'm getting at is I have to reheat it)... and after a mere 30 seconds in microwave, it's still hard outer / ultra soft inner. Just as it was the day I bought it. And oh?! Great point I may have just inadvertently stumbled upon: these cookies are still good 1-2 days after you buy it lol! Crumbl cookie is the perfect place for a cookie lover. This location is nestled inside of a plaza. Like most locations, it's small and the purpose is to walk, order your cookie(s) and leave. The workers are friendly and greet you with a warm greeting. You have a view of them making the cookies. It smells like sugar and butter inside. The menu is big and bold and offers a few different variety of cookies. The menu changes weekly. Prices for the cookies are a minimum of $4.50+ each, so it is not an affordable place for larger families. The cookies are big. I have had a few cookies but I feel like there cookies can be too soft, almost tasting half baked, and way too sweet. These cookies made me CRUMBL to a weak pile of happiness!! XD It was like 1 teaspoon of euphoria, folded into 1 cup of oxytocin, and sprinkled with plenty of love... baked to pure perfection and bliss! That basically sums up this place! Each cookie I tried was divine and I'm trying everything in me not to gobble up a 4 pack in one sitting. Although I typically love a good white chocolate macadamia or keep it classy with chocolate chip, I absolutely adored their Butterfinger cookie! There was always a special place in my heart for Butterfingers and the way this place successfully executed a cookie version of the candy bar was ACES! All of my cookies I chose were perfectly warm still which truly makes it for me. It's great because if you're not exactly a cookie fan, there are their other options like the Rice Krispies cookie which is basically a cookie shaped version of the treat. Then they also have ice cream! I was super tempted to add ice cream to top off this Heavenly experience but I shall save that for the next adventure here! Love this spot! It was my first time and no other interaction was offered. It's a small space you are supposed to walk in help yourself and wait for your order to be called out. I picked up my order at the counter. More of the menu is on display on the wall. The cookies are not too soft or hard. They are ok in flavor and texture nothing extraordinary. Similar to a Subway cookie. Everything about Crumbl Cookies is great, from the quality of ingredients to their rotating cookie flavors. They change the flavor of cookies to match the season/upcoming holidays, but they always have chocolate chip cookies, which are my favorite and my go-to cookie whenever I come here. If I could, I would give zero stars. Horrible costumer service! It was our first time and we ordered a cookie. We ate the cookie inside and they han NO napkins. On the way out, one of the employees yelled at us asking to throw away our box. We had already thrown away or garbage and that was someone else's. I proceeded to dispose the box and swore to never go again. What kind of place has employees yelling at costumers? Why did I have to throw away some else's garbage just because of that attitude? Right as I walked in I was very kindly greeted by the workers. Ordering was easy as I just had to walk up to the kiosk looking thingy and pick which cookies i wanted.
