The pillowy and sizable gooey center I experienced the first time trying a Crumbl, were lost recently. The 2 Milk Chocolate Chip, Lemon (almost raw) and the Confetti cookies I ordered, were dry and had an unpleasant hard texture. Essentially, had a stale cookie feel. I totally get these are cakey-feel, but after trying a few morsels of each (yes, I'm that person), I honestly had a difficult time enjoying them and felt I wasted my money. Crumbl is always a hit or miss. This is my second time at this location and this week (June 23-June 28th) definitely caught my eye. This week's line up was the Benson Boones Moonbeam Ice Cream Cookie, Lemon Cake, Raspberry Butter Cake Cookie, SNICKERS Peanut Butter Cookie, Chocolate Cheesecake and the Confetti Cake Cookie. They also always have a chocolate chip cookie each week. My location had the Cinnamon Roll Cookie so I got that as well. The Moonbeam cookie was def not the best. The chocolate cookie with the frosting just didn't go well together. Now that lemon cake was amazinggggg. The frosting, the soft cake, and the lemon curd in between the layers delivered a nice tartness to the sweet frosting. The raspberry cookie was very good too just wish there was more raspberry jam spread out. They also forgot to add the drizzle ontop. The confetti cookie was just a basic cookie. The cinnamon cookie and snickers were delicious. Some of the cookies were a little under baked but I am biased because I love me a soft cookie. I had heard rumblings of a new cookie spot coming to the White Plains/Hartsdale area for a while, but didn't pay much attention to it at first since nothing was solidified. It was only after it was confirmed that a Crumbl would be opening that my interest was piqued. I'm a fan of cookies, and I've been to many cookie spots in Westchester and NYC in recent years, so I was excited to check this one out. Opening day was this past Friday, and since they were open until Midnight and we had no other plans, my friend and I decided to head over to grab some cookies. I did a little research before arriving, and learned that Crumbl is a franchise with a whopping 758 locations throughout the US. I was shook, there were even two locations in Manhattan - how did I not know of this company before? This is the first Crumbl location in Westchester, and they chose a pretty good location - right on Central Ave surrounded by a number of other businesses. While technically in Hartsdale, they're on the city border (if you cross the street you're literally in White Plains). As we approached we were greeted by a line - a long line that wrapped around the store into the parking lot. We wanted these cookies though, so we parked it and joined the queue. As we made our way through the line, I was able to catch a bit of the aesthetics. It was quite nice - the store was very clean, with bright pinks and whites throughout the space. There was a spacious ordering area and a huge production area where cookies were being prepared. I have to say, the staff did an excellent job manning the line - they controlled the number of people they were letting into the store, and had a clear flow of where to go to place your order and to wait as it was being prepared. It took us a little over an hour to reach the front of the line. They have a rotating menu that changes weekly, with about 8 or so cookies to choose from (I think they may eventually offer ice cream since I saw that on their website). You're able to order a single cookie, or boxes of 4, 6, or 12. I wanted to get a feel for the flavors, so I decided on four: chocolate chip, mallow creme, churro, and cookies and cream. Ordering is easy - it's all on tablets and I found the process very intuitive. We waited a little longer (maybe 15 minutes) for our cookies to be ready - they have a queue screen where you are able to see how many orders are ahead of you which I appreciated. So after all this, how were the cookies? I thought they were pretty good, but some I liked better than others. Note that these cookies are the big, cakey kind - but not really like Chip NYC or Levain; if I had to compare, probably closer to Schmackary's. The chocolate chip was my favorite - lots of chocolate chunks, warm and gooey on the inside, and good flavor. I also liked the churro - this was one of the "mystery" flavors that is unique to this location this week (the other rotating flavors are the same for all locations). It had good flavor and the right amount of frosting. The mallow creme was fine - kind of simple, and I wasn't the biggest fan of the flavor. The cookies and creme was also good, not my favorite but solid nonetheless. Customer service was excellent - honestly, with the number of people that they were serving it could easily have been a hot mess. However, they were professional, organized, and kept everyone moving along. They were also really appreciative of our business and seemed really excited to open here in Westchester. It made the long wait more pleasant, I was really impressed. Overall, I thought Crumbl was solid - are the best cookies I've had? No - but they were still good, and the business is a welcome, unique addition to the Hartsdale/White Plains area. I would definitely return to explore more of their menu (especially with that rotating selection and exceptional customer service); best of luck to this new business. read more

This Crumbl has a fantastic location right next to a Shake Shack so you can double your indulgences in a single trip. There is plenty of parking available. Crumbl is known for having a rotating menu of cookie flavors that changes weekly so it's a bit hit or miss depending on when you go. This shop has four convenient digital kiosks for ordering. Service was incredibly fast and employees were courteous. They show you all the cookies in your order before they package it up so you can confirm everything is accurate. Their cookies have nice texture. They are slightly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. However, I found them to be way too sweet. The cream cheese frosting on the snickerdoodle was rich and tasty, but the cookie itself was just okay. The pink sugar cookie lived up to its name a little too much in terms of the sugar overload. Being my first visit to this location, it didn't leave a lasting impression on me. The order of things were not clear or acknowledged to me. I didn't know if there was a line to order from or if people have made online purchases I just was a bit confused. After asking some questions I was able to order a peanut butter cup cookie. I feel like if I ate the cookie on the spot it would have tasted better. After just eating the cookie today (three days later) I found the cookie to be ok. I think if I ate the cookie right away it probably would have tasted better. It was a very thick cookie, and was a decent price for a cookie today. Yum! This was my first time trying crumbl and I'm so glad I finally did! We ordered the 4 pack with 2 chocolate chip, 1 peanut butter, and 1 toffee cake. I didn't get to try the peanut butter but the other 2 were fantastic! Both the cookies and cake were fresh and soft and on the larger side. We ordered through a kiosk in the store and got our cookies shortly after. I think these are overpriced but they are pretty good. I've had just as good cookies for much less. When I traveled down south to NC last year, I tried Crumbl for the first time. Was I impressed? Not so much. Maybe I just tried a weird flavor. Crumbl finally hit Westchester so when they opened, I decided last minute to go to the soft opening. The line moved fairly quick. I ordered the churro and the mint brownie. Both were alright! I like the whole open kitchen aspect of the place and with the kiosks, it's so simple to order and get in and out. It's worth stopping by if you need a sugar fix. read more

First off, I am not a cookie monster or addict. I love sweets when necessary, that is when. They are in front of me LOL. Everyone has seen the Crumbl lines to get a box. I waited for a slow time. I walked in and immediately noticed the ambience is clean and light. Not the usual bakery style. They have a high tech and high key feel. Now the good stuff. Ordering is techy but easy. Pick what you want on monitor. I got four to start. The cheesecake with raspberry was delightful to me and ok with my wife. Each cookie is big enough to split. The chocolate chip was moist, chunky and flavorful. Again it was ok with my wife. The other two cookies did not disappoint. Me or my better half. The good thing is that my better half is not a sweets person at all, so Crumbl passed the test! LoL Yes, a bit pricey, but worth every morsel. I'll add more to this as I sample more cookies.... Absolutely insane that I have been trying to call the story consistently for 4 hours and it's to voice mail every time. I placed a very large order for my unit at the hospital. Not only was my delivery driver completely late (i used my whole morning break to look for the driver outside in the cold), but there was a missing item. No one has been able to help me or refund me. This is ridiculous. I am now going to have to dispute this because I cannot get in touch with ANYONE . 30 calls and 3 voice mails so far. I wish I could leave work and go there myself.
