This bakery I really nice! I knew nothing about it until my boyfriend said he taste this while in Georgia. After a quick search I found this location. Upon arrival I was very impressed! All the cakes look delicious! They had a wide variety of flavors. I went with the lemon raspberry and of course my boyfriend wanted red velvet and we ordered a carrot buntlet to taste test. The carrot was ok and the others were delish! We both had the personal cakes. A small version of the regular size cake. They offer most items that go with celebrating. This update review is long over due. This Hartsdale locations has been my go to store when I need a Bundt fix. Back in February I decided to visit an alternate location (against my better judgement I went to the Port Chester location), and did not have a favorable experience. I decided it was in my best interest to leave and make way to Hartsdale. Where I should've came in the first place. This review is for Katherine, who has assisted me that day back in February and pretty much every time since then when I popped in or came to pick up an order. She is always polite, professional and welcoming. On that day back in February, I was introducing my bestie to NBC for the first time and Katherine was extremely patient as my indecisive friend made a couple of bundtini orders for a work event. It was refreshing to have a totally positive experience after walking away from an unfavorable one at the other location. I just ordered cake today and the service was horrible! I am a loyal customer. They kept me on hold for 20 minutes. I had heard about Nothing Bundt Cakes a short while ago from one of my colleagues - she was speaking about how they had recently come to New York and had heard good things. I'm not one to gravitate to chain eateries too often, but when another one of my colleagues also spoke highly of the company, my interest was piqued. Flash forward to my birthday where I was surprised with one of their cakes - needless to say I was excited to try them out. NBC originated in the midwest, but has a few locations in New York (mostly upstate). I was browsing their menu, and they almost exclusively offer bundt cakes in a variety of sizes and flavors. There seems to be a Bundt for all of one's needs - including minis, tiered cakes, and size variations that can feed up to 30 people. You can also get it decorated to fit an occasion, or just plain frosted. The flavor I tried was lemon with cream cheese frosting. They have an interesting way of frosting the cake - usually I see more of a glaze or poured out frosting on a Bundt, but it looks like they pipe the frosting out in stripes without spreading. It was also one of the biggest Bundt cakes I have ever seen, and it wasn't even the largest size they offered. As far as taste, I thought it was really good. The cake itself had an almost pound cake-like consistency to it, and was super moist (or, "opposite of dry" if you don't like the m-word). The frosting was super sweet, I could have had a little less but it was smooth and wasn't too much of a bother. The lemon and cream cheese flavors were there but not too in your face (a good thing), and complemented each other well. Overall, I was impressed with Nothing Bundt Cakes. For a franchise/chain company, they exceeded my expectations and delivered some tasty cake. I would definitely consider them the next time I'm in the market for a Bundt. read more

I've been to NBC in CA before they opened up chains in NY. So I was happy to see one open up nearby. Blueberry Bliss: flavor of the month that was advertised to us having real blueberries in the filling, but when we cut it up there was basically one or two miniature berries at most. Disappointed in how skimpy they are on the fillings. Otherwise, the cake itself was very blueberry flavored. Red Velvet: Likewise, the red velvet ones had very few chocolate chips in them. Cream Cheese Frosting: still tastes good but not as cheesy as past experiences. Cake itself is nice and moist, reminiscent of my CA adventures. However, I recall when I had a bundtlet in CA, the icing was thicker/more and the actual cake was larger and filled the container closer to the top (you can see the cake in my images only reaches the bottom half of the plastic). The images on their site show these cakes are a bit more raised on the bottom, so I think that's where things may have been cut off. When you google NBC (I made sure it wasn't just a fuzzy memory!), the cakes fill up to the top section across the board, so maybe just this location skimping on cake and ingredients. I see another user below had the same issue. Overall disappointed in this location for the skimping. I understand inflation is a thing but I wouldn't cut corners via reducing ingredients and rather increase the price itself but maintain the same experience. 5 Star for the lady at the counter today. The girl assisting was very sweet and kind, and the place looked for quaint and cute. So I received a "birthday gift" from the company for a free bundle and being that I have never been here before and very particular about cakes, was happy to try it before making a purchase. I arrived at the location and showed them the email as the instructions state and I'm then apologized to that they are in the process of transitioning to an app and aren't accepting the email at this time... So I show her the email that I just received to come to the store and she again apologizes and tells me to download the app and then wait 24 hours after I add my birthday... I drove a pretty good drive to give this a try and left not wanting to even bother after this experience... I ordered the individual chocolate chocolate chip and the white chocolate raspberry. The cake was moist, soft and delicious, but the frosting was too sweet for me. The chocolate raspberry had a lack of raspberry flavor- It was more like vanilla cake with some white chocolate chips. I like the chocolate chocolate chips cake the most. It's smooth and melts in your mouth. I always say that my favorite cake is red velvet, but it's really not the cake I'm obsessed with; it's the cream cheese frosting. So I love that Nothing Bundt has tons of cake flavors to choose from. I've had the lemon, pumpkin spice, red velvet, marble, vanilla, and pecan and all of them are great. Their cakes are amazingly moist. Nothing Bundt also offers a variety of sizes. The small bundtinis are like cupcakes. The medium sized bundtlets probably serve 2-4 people, but trust me, I've eaten a whole one by myself on many occasions. They also have full size cakes and do custom decorations for special occasions. The shops have fun, cheery decor. In addition to the cakes, they sell party favors, decorations, and other gift items like mugs. As you can likely tell, I was once a frequent customer. The Emeryville, California location had a loyalty card to get a free bundtlet after purchasing 10 but the White Plains location doesn't have that offer at the moment. I placed a Valentine's preorder at the beginning of the week for delivery. Product never arrived. Their delivery service left it at the door of someone else's house. They sent me a picture of the drop. The door house number reads 14 in big numbers but my house is 18. I don't even know the house they dropped it at. And I called Nothing buntz and they said it's not their problem. It's Ubers issue and I have to contact Uber. I said No, I placed to order with you not Uber. It's your problem to fix.
