My cookies were hard. Hard as a rock. This is my second time getting cookies from this place and I am completely shocked. Last time I came here the cookies were so moist, fresh, and literally crumbled as I picked them up. This time, I struggle to bite into all the cookies. I had a bite of one of them the second I got them and the were warm but so so so hard. Like rubbery even? Did they reheat these cookies? And then when I got home about 30 minutes later I warmed them up in the oven for about less than minute and they got even harder ???? How is that possible? All the cookies were absolutely inedible. Too hard and rubbery. Did not crumble as it's name indicates. Also the banana cookie looked like throw up. I'm sad. I ordered from the kiosk at the store and I got my cookies minutes later. My only complaint is the parking lot is a nightmare and there is never a place to park!! Woburn Village is a nightmare to drive thru! The cookies were honestly good, like most crumbl stores. However the servers were rude to say the least. Acted like they were being held at gunpoint to do their job. I don't understand why these kids will take jobs if they don't want them. It was very busy and everyone was waiting around, it was very crowded. I think maybe the coolest cookie ideas ever made, and I am a sweets loving girl. However, I did not enjoy the taste of any of these. I had chocolate chip, cookie dough cookie and monster. Just beware monster has peanut butter in it, and definitely wasn't a nice surprise. I received the food super fast, great service, and the cookies that were supposed to be hot were. Been to the other Crumbl Cookies location. I enjoy the non-traditional standard flavors of cookies from Crumbl. It is definitely best to go earlier as the night runs out of certain types. Staff was friendly and accomodating in answering questions we had regarding each cookie flavor. My go to would be the snickerdoodle, red velvet, and cream pie. Ten customers allowed inside the shop only. There are two self ordering kiosks and if you want the traditional check out, there is one cashier who can assist. Sadly the chocolate chip cookies were sold out and won't be available until 30 minutes later. You can see what type of cookies are sold out on a big screen before you put in your order. Finally tried the famous Crumbl Cookies!!!! It did not disappoint! Yes they're expensive. They're almost $5 a cookie, but they are massive so I feel like it matches the price. They're so thick and moist and flavorful. I love the excitement of following them on social media and seeing the different featured flavors each week. So fun! The one thing I'd say about this place is it's small and everything is done through a computer. There's almost no interaction with the people working there except for when they hand you your cookies. That's fine, but a simple hello or goodbye/thank you wouldn't hurt. Other than that, love the product and will definitely be coming back! read more

cookies were amazing!!! i was paying with cash and went to the order counter and we just stood there for 20 minutes, the staff made eye contact with us numerous times, but did not offer assistance. also, in massachusetts, it is illegal for stores and vendors to not accept cash, and since we were paying with cash, someone behind us offerd to pay with his card if we gave him our cash. the restaurant itself though was a somewhat welcoming place, aside from the payment extravaganza. the overall ambiance of the store was it was clean. read more

The cookies are okay, the line was crazy and they kept selling out of things every 10min it seemed. We had decided we wanted 4 of the cookies but only ended up with 1 of the 4 that we wanted and they ended up subbing the other ones and they had to double up on one type because they had ran out while making mine. Once you try one of these cookies you will honestly be checking for next week's flavors. They have an app of course where you accumulate points, and can see updates on what's next.
