She's a grown woman but it felt like I was dealing with moody teenage girl. If you need to deal with her I strongly suggest you do it in person and not over the phone. She's forced to communicate with you in person. About 2 weeks after I bought my car I called JB3 Auto and asked about getting my license plate. The boss man said "She hasn't called you yet" I said "No" he said "Don't worry I'm on it". A week later I get a text in Spanish asking me to confirm my license plate, no big deal but I don't speak Spanish so I thought it was spam (eventually I translated it) I sent them a picture of my license plate and I got no response. I called and no one answers. A week goes by and I call again and she answer and tells me that I sent the wrong license plate picture (which would have been great to know a week ago) I send them a picture of my other license plate and get no response again. I wait a week and call them again, she answers and ask's me to confirm my license plate again, then she said " I'll let you know when the license plate is ready." Another week goes by and I call again, same as last time "I'll let you know" Two weeks go buy and I drive up there (almost 2 hours) because my temporary license plate expired. The lady in the license plate department took my information and asked me to confirm my license plate AGAIN! with a picture, like it was the first time (This was the first time I've seen any actual progress towards getting my license plate) and left the info on the computer desk to deal with on the morning. She told me my license plate should be ready by the end of the week and it will cost $300. A week later and I sall a few missed calls from the JB3 license plate department , so I call them back and they said "sorry we dialed the wrong number" then hang up. I call back immediately again and they don't answer. Then I noticed a text to Zell them 300$. The whole experience was time consuming, Annoying, and if they actually answer you get this (Buzz off) kinda vibe from her, like she have better things to do. Like I said " Moody teenage schoolgirl" If I didn't show up in person it could have been months longer, if ever. It took months of my time to get my license plate. Other than that the sales team was great, the boss helped me out with all my paperwork and bills. I showed up out of the blue and asked to buy a Ford I saw online for 13000$ he said he couldn't sell it to me for that much and dropped the price to 10000$. I said ok. I ended up putting 3000$ into repairs and got it running like new, which is ok because I knew it had been in a previous accident. Basically everything was good except for the license plate department. I'm happy to be done with them.

I found Mobile Detailers right here at Yelp and was immediately impressed with how the owners reach out to folks right here, replying to their posts - that's rare. I was also glad to see all the 5-star reviews, so I took the plunge. Avol came to my house in Lighthouse Pt yesterday and spent FOUR HOURS cleaning my 2018 Porsche Macan to beyond perfection. First off, he spent several minutes sharing his philosophy on auto detailing, what he does, what to expect, and through that education, made me comfortable with the process. Then he got to work. In the burning sun he washed, sprayed, rubbed down, polished and cleaned every surface area INSIDE and OUT. From trunk (yes, even under the spare tire area!) all the way up to the the headlights, that car was treated with tender, loving care. The disk brakes were screaming red like a fire hydrant, the interior leather supple, soft and spotless, the exterior blue paint sparkling like a Christmas ornament. I literally stood outside and gaped at the result. Avol assured me that if I had any issues to just call. Well, I couldn't think of a ONE, and the best was yet to come. My dear husband returned at dawn from a long trip to Antarctica, and he was exhausted. I wanted the car detailing to be a special Valentine's Day present, so I didn't even tell him I'd done this. He went out to the garage to get something and moments later came in to say: "All I can say is WOW!!! I have never seen that car so clean!" LOL! That was having seen it under the dim, interior garage light. That car is so clean I feel like I should wear bedroom slippers driving it. Main thing is, I'm SO glad I found Mobile Detailers in my area, and will definitely be a regular customer going forward. This is a tough job done in brutal weather, so I have to give a "high five!" to Avol and the crew here.
