When you're no where close to make that payment they send you to collections. And that is when you see who they are. And there don't care personally. I even brought a friend with me to join. The instructors are so welcoming and knowledgeable, I have tried a number of classes and they are inclusive to all levels, beginner, intermediate and advanced. If you are looking for a place to practice you will not be disappointed. The studio is located inside of the Stockade Inn and is larger so you do not feel like sardines packed in even with a large class, there's plenty of space. They offer a 3 week trial pricing so you can choose the classes that best fit your schedule and preferred yoga class style. After the trial period is over they offer a number of different membership options. Or if you're just visiting the area you can always pay per class. I called Chris (the owner) who went above and beyond to get me set up. I was in town for a short while and he totally understood my predicament and set me up with a week membership. The equipment is in great condition, I never felt cramped, the hours were good and the people were focused. All the good things you want. I noticed a lot of younger people which is great to get them into this early. Will absolutely make this my regular spot when I visit Albany.
