Ordered two carnitas burgers. A year or two ago all carnitas. This time a beef pattie with a but of carnitas sauce on top. My son ordered through Uber Eats. Spoke with the manager. He refused to do anything & told me to contact Uberreats Ubereats didn't cause my problem so I don't want them to cover for the switcheroo. But I am through with Crust $ Fire. Especially after I looked at their health inspection reports. Really sad because the original true carnitas burgers tasted great. But I will just go elsewhere in the future. There is pizza , sandwiches and some pasta dishes as well as salads and some apps. The pizza was really good with a crisp crust, tangy sauce and good cheese. Since it was Valentines Day, the pizza was heart shaped! So cute!! Prices are reasonable. The space was redone and brightened up. You order at the counter and someone brings food to the table. The space has about 10 tables. It wasn't crowded but was doing a steady take out business. Bathrooms are clean. Plenty of street parking. read more

Crust and Fire is a nice, casual restaurant which Haddonfield definitely needs given the amount of more formal restaurants in town. Nice to just stop in without worrying about a reservation, order something at the counter and have them bring it to your table. I've eaten here twice. Got a burger and fries the first time which were both decent but nothing to rave about. Came here again last night with my son and girlfriend and got the original grandma pizza with pepperoni. It was a great pizza. Perfect crust, perfect amount of sauce and cheese. Couldn't have asked for better. Last night was the Haddonfield night market and World Series watch party, so the place was packed. I was incredibly impressed by all of the employees. The line was almost out the door when we arrived but they all kept their cool and were very kind and patient with every customer. They stopped by our table more than once to update us on our pizza. Despite the crowd we only waited about 20 minutes. I'll definitely be back the next time I'm looking for something quick and filling. read more

I had the pleasure of having lunch at the Mt. Laurel location on Mother's day. The staff was friendly, helpful and very pleasant. I met Jessica Brown-Flint, who helped me choose a meal as I am vegetarian. She was very professional and knowledgeable. THe shop was very clean and pleasant. Tried this spot for the first time ever after being a local for years. The NY style pizza looked decent in the window but we settled for the flatbread/brick oven margarita... it was wet, tasted like jarred pasta sauce, and the crust was soggy. The carnitas bowl lacked interest, the meat itself was ok but the frozen corn and beans gave it a funky texture. The sweet potato fries were also SO soggy, when we brought them home we even put them in the air fryer and even that didn't help, they were bland and greasy and tasted frost-bitten. Maybe one day we'll try the NY style pizza, but not anytime soon. read more

The pizza was great, with a crispy edged crust that was phenomenal, and while the ambiance wasn't exactly a romantic getaway, it was clean and comfortable and instantly made inviting by a wonderful staff and really good food. A big thank you to Jessica, who went the extra mile to make our party of five (including one two-year-old) very happy with our dining experience. We also had onion rings (great), a Buffalo Chicken Salad (amazing), and a plant based hamburger that was reportedly very good, but I can't swear to its goodness as I am a carnivore. Wish we had a better review for this place. Ordered delivery at 6:20 on a Friday which was supposed to be delivered by 7:15. First, the delivery driver reached out around 7 asking us to confirm our home number then after some more discussion we found out their system had our address in Barrington, not maple shade. After this was found out, another ten minutes went by and we were contacted by the store saying our order was cancelled due to being outside of the delivery distance (delivery distance is 5 miles and after hanging up we checked and we were 4.9 miles away). When my fiancé was asking why we weren't contacted sooner, the cashier handed the phone off to a manager without explaining the situation and after talking we were still unable to get to a resolution. Wasted an hour of our time with no offer to do anything for us besides have another order placed for us to come pick up after it was ready. Very disappointed in the customer service here and we will never order here again. read more

This location has the worst customer service I have ever experienced. They close up early and make you feel bad for coming into order food during their business hours. If you close at 9 you can not be upset that people come order at 8:40pm and also you should not be changing the oil in your fryers during business hours to then hold up the order another 15 minutes. I'm a returning customer and I've recommended this restaurant to my friends and family multiple times. I went on Saturday evening at 7:20 PM on April 30th. There were other people in the restaurant when my two friends and I ordered. I ordered a chicken burrito bowl and I asked for a hard boiled egg (which I have asked for MULTIPLE times). After I asked that request, the long blonde hair gentleman with a Bruce's Collision Center (teen) who was taking my order proceeded to laugh in my face for about 30 seconds straight. My friends and I were in shock as he kept laughing in my face in front of everyone in the restaurant. Even an employee asked him why he was laughing and he kept laughing. No apologies were made and the unnecessary rudeness put a damper on the rest of our evening. It was by far one of the most insulting and humiliating experiences I've ever had. Not one employee could have apologized?? Would love to speak to management. Disgusted is an understatement. read more
