Review is for service. Ordered a pizza online with a specific pickup time. Got to Crust Pizza at the Cinco Ranch location 5 min before my scheduled pick-up time and was told it was still cooking and they would bring it out. 20 min pass by and I call again only to be told my pizza was given to someone else. Wow, after a weak apology they fired up another pizza and I waited for another 15 mins. This place needs to do better not only with quality control but better customer service. read more

My honest opinion on this place is to, save your money. We ordered a personal pizza and chicken Alfredo. This took 30 minutes to come out. I had to go in and ask the cashier where our food was. Then she serviced the people that was behind us first. What's weird is, there was only one table in the restaurant and they had their food. Not sure why it took so long. The pizza is the size of a small microwave pizza. The chicken Alfredo came out cold, and was definitely sauce from a jar. I highly suggest spending your hard earned money elsewhere. We love to eat at Crust pizza. We usually get the cheesy garlic bread, Hawaiian or margarita pizza and sometimes a pasta. Tonight we tried the Hawaiian salad. It was full of sun roasted tomatoes, pineapple and pecans. The strawberry dressing on the side was nice and refreshing. They were out of lasagna ;-( so my daughter got t he baked ziti. She said it was very good but prefers the lasagna. Even though it is a counter service restaurant, we got asks numerous times if we needed anything. The love music from Jax's grill was nice but loud. The food is good if you eat it there, but if you order delivery it is terrible, they never make it as you ask. I do not recommend delivery.

My husband wanted to give this place a try and I was like why not. We came here and the restaurant is very beautiful and the outdoor area is so cute and kid friendly. I came here with the impression it will be similar to Blaze or Mod pizza and it really isn't. I do like that you can build your own pizza which is why I love Blaze. But I was a bit disappointed that I couldn't see them make my pizza and point out if I needed more sauce or toppings. The pizza came and it was delicious! We also ordered oven baked Buffalo wings and the wings were not good at all. They were very tough and not moist at all. I'm not sure if it tasted bad because it was baked in the oven, but regardless we didn't enjoy them. All in all, I will give this place a try again but if a blaze pizza is nearby I would definitely rather go there instead! read more

Had to give some honest feedback. Here's the email I sent them almost 2 weeks ago with some honest feedback with some positives/negatives. Was NOT looking for anything in return besides a basic acknowledgment. I also reviewed them in Facebook. Would have been nice to hear something back via my email but since no one bothered to reply, I posted a review in Facebook and now Yelp. This place definitely has potential and a great locations for many neighborhoods, but my family will never go back...solely for the lack of response. Just an "oops, we had an off day, please come try us again" would have been nice. Here's the email I sent to owner/management: Good afternoon! I wanted to let you know about our experience at Crust Pizza in Cinco. We went for lunch today (Tuesday) around noon. We ordered and grabbed a seat outside. I went to the restroom and found the ladies room out of toilet paper ...odd being that there was one other table in the restaurant so not busy enough that it was depleted that morning. No big deal, I let the employee know and she promptly went to replace it. We enjoyed the beautiful weather on the patio and received our salads...with no eating utensils or napkins. She quickly brought the package of silverware but no napkins so my husband went inside to get some. Salads were great and our food came just as we were finishing up our salads. We ordered garlic knots so we reminded her that we hadn't received them yet. My husband's pizza looked and tasted great. My pasta looked wonderful....but was not even lukewarm. Nonetheless, we finished our food. Important to note-the pasta would have been wonderful had it even been just a little warm. We still had not received our garlic knots that we had ordered (we have the Tompkins card that has free order of garlic knots with order) so my husband went to ask about them. She assured us they'd be out shortly. 45 (yes, FORTY FIVE) minutes after ordering them and long after finishing both our meals, she drops them off at our table with no excuse but does say "here's your free garlic knots." Wow... I write to you because my husband and I both worked our tails off in the restaurant/bar industry for years. We rarely complain AND would not have mentioned it if it was only one thing. But it was just a poor experience. We live across the street and have been frequenting the new restaurants in this new development with much excitement for it being so close but this was a huge let down. I don't know if it was a bad day, staffing issues, or what...but I thought you might want to hear about an honest experience. I appreciate your time and wish you well. read more

My family loves Crust pizza. We have never walked away disappointed in the food. We went in today and the employees had a speaker set up next to the pop machine playing music very loudly. If you sat in the main dining room portion, you would not be able to hear a conversation at your table. Plus the employees were talking very loudly in the kitchen. I placed the order 40 minutes before I wanted to pick up for curb side, a service they offer. A young lady answered the phone and immediately/rudely placed me on hold. I tried to go inside to pick up my order so I called again to get clarification on where I could pick up my order and was again told to hold immediately/rudely. I finally decided to wait in the long line to pick up my two pizza rolls. I asked for a ranch and marinara and received a ranch and I'm not sure what the other sauce was. This is one of those days when I should have sent it back, but I don't like sending food back. We got a half Meat pizza and half Margherita. Pizza. The Margherita did not have any basil but was covered in cooked in frozen spinach. The taste was off and and it looked like, had the taste and consistency of frozen spinach. We had a really good pizza here in the past here. We also ordered garlic knots and i just looked at pictures here and what we got looks nothing like the picture. The pictures look like what I thought I was ordering. What we got was flat dough tied in a knot. They were very small, very flat, plain pizza dough that has no seasoning. It was just plain dough. It was over cooked dough that was brown on the bottom. I really wish we had taken a picture of those. They were tiny, flat, overcooked and flavorless. read more
