UPDATE: After leaving a 1 star review yesterday (see below) I responded to comment re contacting GM Roger. He apologized for poor quality of the pizza & offered a gift card for another pizza. We will give it another try soon & hope to have the good quality pizzas we've had in the past. We've being ordering crust pizzas for over 2 years and the one we ordered tonight was the last one we will ever order from them. The crust was awful there were minimum pepperonis on this pizza, hardly any cheese, too many whole black olives. We threw the rest away which was over half a pizza. read more

We absolutely love the atmosphere--super chill and very kid-friendly! The staff is always welcoming and friendly, which makes every visit even better. The pizza is consistently delicious, and the cold beer selection is a big bonus--especially since they carry Blue Moon (definitely a plus in my book!). Our kids always go for the cheese and pepperoni pizza, and they're big fans of the baked ziti with meat sauce. As for us, the Wyatt Chicken pizza is our go-to, and it never disappoints. Had lunch here for the first time ever, usually go to Juanita's Mexican restaurant down the street...So glad we stopped here instead! Service was outstanding. The pizzas were cooked perfectly and delicious. Restroom and overall restaurant cleanliness is very important to my wife and me, as we have our 2 yr old grandson with us every Wednesday; we were not disappointed. Found this place on Yelp and it was definitely worth it. Upon entering, you place your order at the counter before finding a table. They'll provide a number so your food can be delivered directly to you. We ordered a veggie pizza with added Italian sausage, a kids' pepperoni pizza, and a bottle of wine. Called in a pickup order for a pizza and a kids meal. Order was perfect and ready exactly when they said it would be. When we went in to pick up the food, the gentleman at the cash register asked what we'd like for the kids drink. Without thinking I said "chocolate milk?" since that's what my daughter always asks for. Without skipping a beat he said," oh yeah we can make that for you". I was just hoping for a pre bottled drink but they actually took the time to make my daughter a cup of chocolate milk when they could have just as easily said "sorry we don't have that". I had lunch here a week ago for the first time. Parking space is plentiful in front along with the restaurant having an outdoor patio in front with umbrella tables. Inside it's a rather large main dining room that is counter service. I ordered a custom 12" pie with 3 toppings of beef, mushrooms and red onions for $16.50 before tax. Their pizzas are thin crust which I prefer and I asked that the pizza be cooked well done. After getting my soft drink from the self service machine the pizza arrived at the table about 15 minutes later. The pizza was cooked properly being not too gooey and not too dry. I thought it was a very good tasting pizza with plenty of toppings content wise. I enjoyed it. Also, I liked the above average customer service by the employees. This was evident not only when ordering but also upon delivery of the pizza but also being checked on during the meal. This Crust Pizza location also serves salads, subs and pasta dishes. This was my second visit to Crust Pizza Co, this time at a different location. Based on my previous experience, I had to order the tomato basil soup again. The strips of basil add a burst of flavor to every bite. We also tried The Meatballer, which exceeded our expectations. The marinara sauce was exceptional, and the meatballs were flavorful and juicy. The breadsticks that came with the app were perfectly crunchy and delicious. The only disappointment was the noticeably smaller portion size of the soup compared to the Barker Cypress location. I've been here a handful of times and I have mixed reviews. To say the least. I do not recommended getting this pizza to go. The bread is very unique and is less than to be desired if it's even like warm. Similar to locatellis. Now eating here? I do recommend this. When their pizza is hot and hasn't travel far it's pretty damn good. Ordered their pepperoni rolls, which aren't really traditional rolls, it's more like a kolachie from kolachie factory. My complaint is they came out mere minutes before the pizza did. And they were so hot on the inside I'm surprised someone from the us geothermal society didn't come by to collect a sample. But they were good. Just had to eat them with the pizzas. Now the pizzas have a nice thin crust, good snap, and nice ingredients. Not the best I've ever had but also far from the worst. Crust Pizza is now our family's GO-TO pizza place! I used to think it was silly to pay more for pizza at restaurants when you can get double the pizza for basically the same price at fast pizza joints like Papa John's, Pizza Hut, & Dominoes. I've always enjoyed the pizza and like it because the price point makes those places great options for parties and quick dinners. HOWEVER, Crust has truly opened a new door for me! lol I honestly appreciate pizza a lot more now and can taste the difference at Crust. If you haven't had Crust, you MUST try it, and you WILL end up LOVING it! There are so many reasons why Crust will end up being a part of your family outings. 1) The food quality is great. They offer a plethora of topping options, which are all fresh. You can truly create any type of pizza for anyone in the family. 2) The specialty pizza options are great! They alone are amazing, unique, and have lots of toppings. 3) Kids eat FREE on Tuesdays with an adult purchase! You can get two free kids' meal per adult. This is PERFECT for families with small children. I appreciate restaurants that offer free kid's meals because it helps stretch the budget more. 4) The atmosphere is spacious, fun, and clean. 5) You can customize the pizza in so many ways. For instance, you can get half/half. I really like that because I love trying new flavors. They also pack the pizza with ingredients, so every bite is rich with flavor. 6) Their crust is perfect. I love that it is thin, but not crispy like a chip. I appreciate that the toppings extend far into the crust, so that there is basically no crust. This was my first time ordering from Crust. I was needing a fast meal since I was hosting an out of state relative and her husband for dinner. Living in Lakewood, I thought I'd try Crust. We ordered 3 pizzas. Vegetarian pizza with Canadian bacon thin crust, the other 2 regular crust, one sausage and pepperoni and the other sausage supreme or something like that. I ordered them to be ready at 6:15. I arrived at 6:15 and was greeted by a lovely young lady with a great smile. The pizza was ready and hot. We ate every bit of all the pizzas. We got: Child portion pizza with pineapple Pepperoni Supreme Chicken Alfredo Chicken Parmesan Caesar Salad I made myself be brave and order with no substitutions. Sometimes I force myself to try things the way the chef intended and I'm glad I did. My favorite pizza crust is big floppy style, but I was impressed by what some reviewers are calling cracker... It tastes nothing like a cracker. The crust has a nice sturdy structure for all the toppings and a great flavorful chew within the crisp. I was afraid the smoked mozzarella would overpower the pizza, but it only enhanced it. Subtle notes of smoke balanced out the fatty pepperoni and bright juicy tomato. The mushrooms gave a bit of earthy lift to the smoke. Nice. 10/10 The Chicken Alfredo is absolutely delicious. The meat is tender and holds a hint of char. My only complaint is that it looked tiny next to the Chicken Parmesan. I'm sharing it and well... I don't want to lol... Taste is 10/10, portion for the price is a 9/10. My least favorite part of this meal has to be the Caesar Salad. I knew as soon as I opened the container and saw all that dark green, that I would not be happy with it and I wasn't. A caesar needs mostly the pale inner romaine leaves. Those somewhat tougher bright green outer leaves just flop about when drizzled with dressing. You need that big bold herbaceous crunch of the inner lettuce leaf to counter the deep anchovy richness of the dressing. I have to give it a 5/10. Crust's Chicken Parmesan gets a 10/10. Perfectly cooked breast, nice golden crust, thicker cutlet than usual and I like it! Sauce is chunky and bold, noodles al dente. The kid pizza was not an afterthought. Nice crust, perfect amount of cheese and sauce and no skimping on the pineapple. We look forward to eating here again. read more

We ordered a 16" pizza online. It's great that the online order allows 1/2 and 1/2 - some pizza places don't let you do this. Once arriving outside the restaurant, we just need to call in and they deliver curbside. Person who gave us our pizza was wearing a mask. Overall very good experience with getting pizza without too much risk of picking up something else. The pizza was very good. I can still taste crisp onion strips and sweet, smoky BBQ sauce from the Wyatt's BBQ Chicken half. Madelyn's Alfredo was a little more tame by comparison, perhaps over-powered by its rowdier sibling. I've had frozen pizza with far better crust. Toppings were lackluster as well. Cheese was over cooked and sparse on one pizza. The Hawaiian had great promise with really interesting toppings, but fell short when blended with a tasteless crust. I've eaten great pizza in Chicago, Boston and New York. The wait time 30 minutes was more than I thought it would be considering a very small group of people visiting and grubbing. But, not too bad since I was not in a rush. Now for the eats!!!
