I REALLY wanted this place to be awesome. Don't get me wrong, it was good. I love pizza and haven't met many pizzas I didn't like. HOWEVER, pizza is a competitive gig. You gotta really kill it to give 5 stars! Service was great, mostly local kids I assume. Building was nice, simple design and clean. Love the beverage center. My favorite "Sonic" ice. We all ordered salads; house, Caesar and warm Feta spinach. They were all fresh and tasty. No complaints here. The cheesy bread is a medium cheese pizza with sauce on the side. Nothing special. We had one lasagna. I wouldn't order it again. It was a generous portion. The noodles were way too thick and it was not very flavorful. So skip it. But remember we came for the pizza. The pizza does support the name "CRUST". I liked the crust. It was nice and crisp, just the right amount of thin. However, the toppings were meh. Nothing that wowed me. We had a pepperoni/Italian sausage. Sausage had a kick but not much flavor. We also had "Big Don's Meat and Cheese". This is a carnivore lover. Again, not horrible, but nothing to write home about. I know this is a franchise and there's not a lot of room for self-expression. However, I wish someone would take some initiative in the kitchen. This place was just OK. Given the choice of Crust and pretty much anywhere else. I would choose the latter. Hard pass. read more

Saturday afternoon, got a hankering for pizza and they've got a cauliflower crust. Win. Win. Win! Swanky place- very modern vibe inside. Quick service set up: order at the counter and find yourself a place to sit. (It's practically empty Omar 3 in the afternoon. Yeah for eating at off hours!) Ordered a bowl of the tomato soup to share. I went for the blanco pizza with a few modifications, hubby got the Carl's King. Couple of waters and we're ready for lunch! The soup- one spoonful and it just made this place a five star! Delicious, creamy, small hunks of tomorrow and freshly torn basil. SO good! Super tasty. I'll be back in the winter months when I need something to warm my soul on the hard nights. Th focaccia bread slofies with melted cheese on the side are dense and perfect for scooping out every last drop of this delightful dish! The pizzas: crust first (cause, that's the name of the place, right?) We both got the cauliflower crust- 10" for me, 14" for hubby. First impressions: it's CRISPY and thin. The crunch of it is nearly like croutons. So, if you enjoy a thin, crisp crust, they have NAILED it. Square cut, not my fav (that middle piece always ends up with way too of the toppings) but it all eats the same, so no biggie there. The blanco is alright (maybe I'm still dreaming of that soup). With the slices of fresh tomatoes, my crispy crust is getting soggy (that middle piece might have to be eaten with a knife and fork). Hubby's King Carl: it's a toppings extravaganza. Lots of veggies and several meats. "It's a good pizza" he says. 10" was gonna be too small, but 14" might be too large. Desserts listed in the wall: brownies, skillet cookies, ice cream, gelato ... I am so freaking happy I found this place!!! Today was my first time ordering from them, I ordered the pepperoni supreme pizza, and it was the best pizza I've ever had!!! It was so good, tons of flavor, fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I will never order any where else again when it comes to pizza! I have one suggestion for delivery services, like DD or Uber eats etc... I think they should add a "dips" option so we can add our favorite dipping sauce to go along with the fabulous pizza! read more

Ate here on a Saturday lunchtime (visit #1). It wasn't that busy. Ordered pasta and pizza. Family was quite satisfied.

Stopped by for a quick bite with the family! Tuesdays kids eat free so that was a plus. The soup was the best tomato basil I've had thus far. The pizza was thin and crispy! Everyone loved the meal and we got some gelato afterwards. Pricey but yummy. A nice family affordable dinner! Very clean inside and not too packed an hour before closing. Finally managed another visit to Crust, and as I suspected, I had to bump my stars up a notch. On my last visit, I thought the crust at Crust had potential, but needed just a little more oven time. This time (thanks to a prompt from the manager), I ordered mine extra crispy -- and the pizza was the bomb. This is still not the super-thin crust of a Neopolitan or New Haven pizza, but very close, and very good. I'd put Crust up with any pizza joint in the NW Houston area. Service was again excellent, and the place has a good vibe, with a decent patio area for nice evenings. Check it out. read more

Ordered pizza delivery from this store. They changed the time and then they said they do not deliver. I gave a $20 TIP and the manager refused to give it back and said if I want the pizza to come get it. AWFULLY RUDE. That's okay WE will go some where else, they do not deserve your business or ours. Pretty much like other locations so that is good. We know the quality of the food upfront...which is great. This location is very nice, good atmosphere, spacious and even better service! We ordered a Pepperoni Supreme Pizza today. The pizza we got had no pepperoni on it at all. So, we called the store and after 10 minutes waiting a lady asked us what the problem was. When we told her, she said she was going to talk to the manager and when she came back she asked again what the problem was. After we explained AGAIN what the issue was, she tried to blame DoorDash. She also said she wasn't the cook....uh?. This is not the first time this has happened. We are not after getting a free pizza from them. We just wanted to have the pizza that we ordered. No Bueno for me. Ordered a large cheese pizza picked it up. Staff was friendly place was clean and welcoming Pizza looked ok but I'm a bit off out by any pizza that's round and cut into squares. It means the middle pieces have no crust to hold etc. The pizza was very greasy as well had to blot it extensively prior to consuming. The price was ok for what it was taste was ok at best nothing amazing by any means. I'd maybe repeat to try another menu item like a sandwich or salad but no pizza. read more
