I could really eat here everyday. The Big Don's Meat pizza is my favorite! The pizzas here are fresh, full of flavor and very unique. While you do stand in the line to order your food, the servers will bring anything to you at the table. I have had the pasta, salads, pizza, and sandwiches and have never been disappointed. It has a nice out door space with shade and a small grassy area for the kids and some cornhole action. This is one of my favorite places to eat! read more

I was in the area for a business trip and was recommended this place. It did not disappoint! I went on a busy Saturday night with a party of four. The wait for the table and food was short considering how packed it was. Despite the crowd, all the employees were pleasant and friendly. Most importantly, the pizza was great. I ordered a pizza for my sister from here through a 3rd party delivery app. My sister has a severe gluten allergy so in the notes I specifically stated gluten free crust. When the pizza was delivered she IMMEDIATELY had a reaction. Apparently the app has a limited menu and gluten free crust is not available. The crust manager said they did see the note but proceeded with the order with gluten anyways. I was never contacted and the manager was NOT apologetic at all when questioned about this decision. I'm am very disappointed on how this matter was handled. Hopefully in the future they will pay more attention to request of what the consumer wants. read more

I was around the area trying to look for something new. Very happy i went for this place. They have a descent menu variety and sell beer. We had a caeser salad for app which was descent, and then we had a pepperoni, sausage and pineapple pizza and a pepperoni and ham calzone. They both were delicious. They offer whole wheat. . They carry some of our local beers on tap or bottle as well as the italian beer Peroni which i love. If your looking for great pizza and a beer. This place is a must try. read more

We love Crust Pizza, it's the only Pizza we ever buy. Always more than satisfied it is such a perfect Pizza. Perfect crust, perfect sauce, perfect cheese which is real cheese and perfect toppings and a good variety of toppings. My husband says the Spaghetti is the best he has ever had in a restaurant. Love Crust Pizza! First of all the decor is absolutely adorable. My favorite thing about Crust is the lunch special, wish it as offered on the weekends. I want to say it's around $11 and that includes a small 8" pizza with up to three toppings and a small size salad. They have inexpensive glasses of wine/beer. There are TONS of topping options to choose from, and lots of specialty pizzas as well. My favorite topping combination here is pepperoni, pineapple, mushroom and jalapeño. The crust itself is a good combination between thin and thick. I'm not a huge tomato sauce fan, and they definitely don't overload the pizza with it like some places do. read more

The food is bland, and the prices don't help. Overpriced for what you get, which is a very thin, flavorless pizza. Their sandwiches are also subpar, while their breadsticks are nothing to be desired. Large portion but the tiny cup of dressing isn't near enough. I had the Thai One On pizza and it was very good. I couldn't finish the medium Now for the reasons I will NOTbe back: when I have to stand in line to order my food and before I can get a table and then you give me a receipt which has a place for a tip you have to be kidding me!!! What in God's name would I tip anyone for? Standing in line? No chance! But, it gets better. Once my food is delivered and I need another beer I have to go back and stand in the long line to do so. All the while my delicious pizza gets cold. As I've said for years: in Nortj Houston/Harris County you can have the very best god but if you don't have good service you're doomed. We ordered several menu items for carry out and when I got there everything was ready to go. The service was fast and friendly which is always a big plus. I wanted to say I loved this pizza place more than any other pizza place because it's conveniently located close to my residence, but I can't. It's good, really good, but not the best. I think maybe I was expecting too much because of all the hype I'd heard. Taco pizza has a good flavor but Big Don's meat and cheese was the winner. The kids pepperoni is awesome, the chicken Parmesan was satisfying, but the cheese bread was just ok. I will go back for sure, mainly because I want to try the Mr. Potato Head pizza. read more

We have been here several times since they opened (we love pizza!) and with the exception of opening week's visit (we chalked it up to them working out the kinks and training staff) our visits have been great! The pizza has always been great here. We love the crust, sauce, and the toppings are plenty. Their salads are great as well. I deviated once from their pizza and had spaghetti and chicken parmigiana. My co-worker and I decided to check this place out on our break. I'm so glad we did! We shared the lunch menu of the pizza and salad since I already ate at work and it was the perfect amount. The tomato sauce was sweeter than I'm used to but they don't put an excessive amount on there. I love the taste of the cheese and how it strung apart with the slices. The thin crust complimented the flavors well. The staff was attentive and very helpful with it being our first time. Pretty basic pizza. Glad they have gluten free crust. Disappointed that there is no separate line for to-go orders. What's the point of ordering in advance if you have to wait in a line anyway? We have ordered from here since it opened. We noticed the service and the food quality has gone down like many places but the last incident takes the cake. I placed an online delivery order at 5:15 and crust delivers through door dash. I called crust at 6:11 to check on it after it was later than they said (5:47) was the expected delivery time and they ( Enon) or (something like that)told me 20 minutes the first time and then I called again asking for mgr , the person said it was leaving the store the second time I called at 7:02 . ( turns out he wasn't mgr) ( Enon again) I called back at 7:27 and just canceled the whole thing and asked for refund. He said he didn't know what happened ad acted like he had never heard of me and then 8:15 the food shows up. We told them we didn't want it. Now I keep getting put on hold every time I call trying to get my money back. I paid a service fee, a delivery fee, a tip and for food that I begged for. I have proof of phone records, email and the door dash guy on my cameras after 8.
