When they finally arrived, I was greeted with a "Sorry." The flowers were beautiful and so was the amber tone mosaic vase. (I am still enjoying the vase now filled with some dried fall flowers.) But here is where things get a bit strange. When I was rinsing out the vase, I noticed two stickers on the bottom. One said Mervyn's $39.99 and the other said Goodwill $8.99. Mervyn's closed many years ago so today's retail value of the vase would be much more. Who knows how it ended up at Goodwill and then made its way to Jory's. I don't have an issue with recycling from thrift stores. I do it myself. What was very odd to me was Jory's did not take a minute or two to remove the stickers. Very tacky. This would have been a five-star review if the flowers had arrived on time and in a vase that did not show its thrift store origins.

The reception hall for example has darker decor and ballroom style ceiling, so we were hoping for florals that would brighten up the space and create more dimension for the tall ceilings. Anne took these simple notes and ran with it (while keeping our budget in mind), and created such an elegant spread of florals for us, from stands that frame the aisle (large, dynamic pieces) to tall and low centerpieces in the dining area. Kind of upset because he paid so much money for a bouquets and in one week are already dying. Keep in mind I know how to take care of flowers (tips from florists) by to make them last usually 4 weeks, I cut the stems, feed them, change the water every other day. Not sure why these flowers are wilting so quickly. Will update if my issue gets resolved. Update: nothing resolved told me that flowers from here are Guaranteed 5 days life span after that undetermined. $80 for a bouquets is Ridiculous better off buying flowers that last longer at grocery stores or Costco and creating your own + buying a vase from goodwill. Won't have him purchase here again. Update #2 response to the google review: flowers were purchased on the 6th delivered on the 7th I called on the 16th it was not two weeks; I have the receipt. Whoever was on the phone did not say I could pick up another bouquet she said the grace period was only 5 days, and there is nothing they can do. Instead of giving me beautiful flowers they sent over cheap, crappy flowers. The colors don't even match the colors in the bouquet I had originally ordered from 1-800 flowers. If you can avoid ordering from this place please do so. I've registered a complaint with 1-800 flowers and I hope to never receive flowers from this place again.
