I decided that before I purchased anything I wanted to go into a store to look around and ask questions. I called Kids N Cribs and made an appointment. I did not find this weird because other places I called around to required an appointment. Plus I knew that the time would be reserved for me and that meant I would get the chance to ask all of my questions. Upon arriving I was greeted by Antoinette. She took me to their baby gear section and began asking me questions about what I was looking for. Based on my answers she recommended a a beautiful travel system! Budget not being an issue, she could have chosen to sell me the most expensive travel system they offered but she didn't! Immediately I knew, this establishment and the owners were people I could trust! We began talking about other baby gear and furniture. She gave me her recommendations and answered all of my questions. I spent well over the amount of time that was reserved for me and I never felt pressured to wrap up or leave. I truly felt that this was beyond business for them, this was a passion of theirs! I went home with a list of products and intended on ordering them through Kids N Cribs in a few months as my due date became closer. Just out of curiosity, I searched the products on Amazon and found that I could get some of them but not all. Then it dawned on me that buying from Amazon takes a sale (or a few) away from this business that is ran by wonderful people! Plus, my intention from the beginning was to go into a store to browse and buy products! Fast forward a few months, I was hospitalized and was going to be induced. Nothing for the baby was ready! I contacted Kids N Cribs to let them know we were now in desperate need of our nursery furniture (which was just pending a pick up from us). Without hesitation, her husband scheduled a delivery to our house to get us the furniture. A few months after delivery I stopped in to say hello and ask about an accessory for my stroller. Antoinette again greeted me and went to work on answering my questions! She even adjusted my son's car seat for a better fit! I stayed a while, feeding my son in one of the gliders they have. Never felt pressure to leave! In fact, I'm sure if my son decided to nap while I was there, they'd offer me one of the cribs they have on display. Overall I have nothing bad to say about this establishment! I recommend them to everyone! The knowledge they share is unmatched and the time they spend with you is priceless! I will 1000% be back to purchase more from them and ask all my questions as my son grows up and when I decide to have another baby! Thank you for making me feel like part of the family!

My experience with ILiquidate has been outstanding, I got a great deal and amazing service. I couldn't say enough good things! I love my new bed and mattress! I spent months sleeping on an air bed waiting to find the prefect upholstered platform bed and mattress and I could not be happier! I found ILiquidate on CL then verified them via yelp and Facebook. After inquiring via FB message about items I saw on their page I received a prompt response and was able to schedule a time that worked with my schedule to come in. Bill met us at the warehouse on a Saturday morning and we were the only people there, he was professional and very kind. There is a wide range of items in the warehouse, my friend unexpectedly left with an awesome faux fire place heating unit. Having never purchased a mattress before I was nervous about the negotiation process, but everything went very smoothly and I got a great deal! Bill even waited while I looked up the retail prices of the items online to insure I was comfortable. When I got home and unpacked everything the quality and condition of the items was excellent. I did have a small hiccup where one of the boxes with bed parts didn't make it into the car but I only mention this because the issue was resolved promptly and very professionally. As soon as I let Bill know he checked the warehouse confirmed that there was an additional box that should have made it into my van and then arranged to have the box delivered to my apartment. It was not more than 30 hours from the time I noticed the missing parts to the time they were on my door step. It very well could have been that I didn't load the box into the van and shame on me for not double checking before I left, but at no point did whose fault come into play, the issue was very promptly resolved in a way that cost me no additional time or money. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

We recently ran into a serious issue with our old Cybex car seat, the rotation mechanism completely…read morefroze, making it just impossible to remove from the car. After multiple unsuccessful (and stressful) attempts to get help from Cybex's after-sales service, we were honestly close to cutting the seat belt just to free the seat and replace it. Before taking that drastic step, we decided to try Beep Beep... and we're so glad we did. Karli was incredibly helpful over email and shared a curated list of recommended car seats so we wouldn't have to spend days researching again. She truly saved us time and stress. Ben was able to fit us in for the last appointment of the day, and he was absolutely wonderful.. kind, skilled, experienced, and just a genuinely good person. He took his time evaluating the issue with our old seat and ultimately decided it needed to be removed. Although he apologized for not being able to fix it, we already knew it was beyond repair. What impressed us most was how carefully and professionally he handled everything. Ben managed to dismantle the old seat from the back without causing any damage to our car, and then installed the new one in about 20 minutes. Every step was seamless. We left feeling incredibly relieved and grateful. Beep Beep... is such a unique business, and our experience proves just how amazing it truly is. Highly recommended!
