I first discovered Restore while visiting South Carolina (Mt Pleasant) and loved the experience…read more Since I live about 30 minutes away from this location, I decided to give it a try and I'm so glad I did. I wanted to wait before writing a review so I could share a thoughtful, intentional perspective after truly experiencing everything. My daughter, who's an athlete, has been coming here with me for about eight months, and she absolutely loves it. From her perspective: the sauna, HBOT, and Cryotherapy have become an important part of her athletic regimen. For myself, I regularly use the HBOT, Red Light Therapy, and sauna, and I've recently added IVs. I've tried Cryo once (maybe I should do it more often!). All I can say is that Restore has become an essential part of my wellness routine. I actually skipped the month of July, and I could feel the difference in my body. It reminded me how valuable these services are for my overall health. What makes this location special isn't just the services but the people. Hannah, Zaman, and Damien are my absolute favorites, but honestly, everyone here is pleasant, helpful, and professional. I often call with questions, and instead of rushing to give me an answer, the team takes a thoughtful, methodical approach to making sure I get the right information and guidance for my wellness needs. I couldn't ask for a better experience. Restore has become part of both my personal and my daughter's routines, and I'm grateful to have it nearby. I'm also really looking forward to trying the facials. Maybe next month....

I've been coming to Overture for about a year now and can not recommend it enough. I typically come…read morefor waxing, and now I don't trust anywhere else! I've been with a few of the waxers and only had positive experiences - but Maya is my #1. I highly recommend you make an appointment with her, particularly for brazilians. She is truly an expert in her field and is very knowledgeable about different techniques for different hair types. She makes sure that you feel comfortable throughout the appointment, informs you about what she is doing and why, and provides encouragement in the tougher sections. I will say it's definitely not cheap here, and if that's what you're looking for you might as well do EWC. The quality of the products they use, the expertise of their waxers, and the experience within the salon makes it totally worth it. From being offered water when you check in to the beautiful rooms they have to people like Maya, I don't think you could go wrong here.

I wanted to get one while I was in SF but that didn't pan out for many reasons which I was disappointed by. So I was very happy that I had such an amazing experience here. I was able to easily book online, a same day appointment. I showed up early and they were able to get started on me right away. Mai was so sweet! She took good care of me and I liked how she knows when to talk and when not to talk. I've definitely had facials where the aestheticians were super chatty and I'm over here like bruh i'm tryna relax yknow? I got a custom facial but felt like so much was done on me. I've never had that many steps before. But i left the salon feeling like baby skin. And day after, my skin looked so clear, smooth and even toned. I feel like she honestly shaved years off of my face lol Pro tip: New clients get 20% off

A very underrated wellness spa located in the heart of Manhattan, a few blocks from Grand Central…read more Almost don't want to advertise what a gem this place is! I've only tried the float therapy here so far. The float rooms are located in the bottom floor down this very steep staircase, but inside it is nearly completely soundproof (or as soundproof as one can get in the middle of Midtown...). The experience is very relaxing, as you get a huge private room to shower and then float in. The tubs are also really big so you don't feel claustrophobic. I appreciate the amenities as well, like lotion and little packets of Vaseline to cover up cuts. You get plenty of time to shower before and after your appointment so you do not feel rushed at all. Staff is very knowledgeable, courteous, and friendly. They do not try to upsell you on stuff and kind of just leave you to do your own thing, which I really appreciate.

There are two private sauna rooms, both are large and fully stocked with towels, a robe, cold water, eucalyptus infused face towels and wipes. I prefer sauna room 1 because it has a private shower. The sessions are easily booked on their website (they are open 4 days a week). I also love how central their location is, they are located two blocks from Grand Central Station/Bryant Park. I've been eyeing their list of treatments online, and I am really looking forward to trying their salt room and floating chamber. I highly recommend the Chill Space!

Wow! Love this place!! Made appointments for my boyfriend…read moreand I for the floatation therapy, nuratec, sauna, and cryotherapy today. Right when we arrived we were greeted. Very friendly staff! Both ladies were great. Very informative and helpful. I love the aromatherapy and the complimentary tea and water. The tea was delicious! I love that everything looked so clean. We felt safe! Everyone was masked. The floatation therapy was incredible! Each pod was clean and the showers were unique! Love the whole experience!! The infrared sauna was great too! 149 degrees. We detoxed. The large sauna was perfect for us. The lights were also a cool feature. The "full body" cryo was okay. Negative 249 degrees F. The nitrogen didn't reach quite as high as the full body one I did in NYC. So I probably wouldn't come here for full body cryotherapy again. Felt great from the waist down but didn't get much higher. My boyfriend loved the nuratec on his legs. They have legs, hips, or arms. He said it felt great. It's similar to the machines at the pharmacy that take your blood pressure but for your whole leg he told me lol. I would try it! We were told it's like a massage using air. It's pretty cool! We will definitely be returning here for some more treatments. :)

I feel like I need to warn y'all. Do not buy any service form this place…read more They are willing to steal your money and hide it behind *credits* I was gifted a float and massage. Couldn't do the float since my skin was way too sensitive and the system was literally burning my skin. Did the massage that was great. Even tipped $50 Figured I'd come back later another day. So I ordered another service. This time I paid for its Fast forward one week, I emailed to cancel. I will be leaving the area and can no longer keep my appointment that I made for two months from the purchase date. They refuse to issue a refund and want to keep it as credits. This is not how you do business or treat customers. Also their "lounge" is non existent. Just a bunch of empty computer boxes. There was no where to sit. Not worth the price they charge for any of their services.
