I treated myself to a self care wellness day and went to Next Health today! OMG This place is immaculate! So well laid out, it looked like a mini lab with the vitamin shots they were administering and Eve try one was so nice! They offer so many different services that I could've literally spent half a day there. From Cryro to, IV to infrared it's my new go to place for my wellness needs. I did the Infrared Therapy bed because of its amazing benefits. I have a red light panel at home but have been away and it's a whole other experience being in an entire bed where you're surrounded by it. I also did the Limitless vitamin shot and literally felt limitless after and still do which is probably why I'm writing such a long review! This is my second or third cryo session ever, I actually checked them out in LA a few years back. The facility is located within "the parlor." Cynthia was amazing, she responded via text when updating / confirming my Appointments - the process was seamless. The facility is clean; new and sanitized to standards. Everyone was so friendly and kind. I definitely recommend you try this as it has a multitude of health benefits. I'm a bit believer or cold theraphy and cold plunges as I'm an experienced triathlete and have relied on things like bio freeze etc for sore muscles and recovery. This is basically a shock to regenerate or ignite/jump start cellular activity. I would eventually like to incorporate this into my regular rotation like I do my massage theraphy sessions. Do try it! No regrets! Tip - they give you mittens and socks so you won't freeze - just your body Is exposed. I recommend no Bra and underwear and you wear the towel to cover up. I had my first every cryotherapy session here today! The place is new, beautiful and clean & the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. Temperature is taken and everyone is wearing masks. You start by filling out a questionnaire and then we had a tour of the place. They offer everything from IV infusions to light therapy and cryotherapy. The cryo is a full body walk-in stall with temps below -150 degrees. You go in for 3 minutes. You do get to wear a robe, socks, slippers and gloves. You also get headphones and can choose a song. There is a countdown clock you can see from the door. Three minutes was fast for me. Can't wait to see how I sleep tonight. They also offer rapid covid tests by appt. - results in 20 mins. I have had several negative experiences at this place. The staff was rude and unhelpful, and when I expressed concerns regarding negative side effects I experienced from the IV and anxiety after the hyperbaric oxygen chamber, I was met with dismissal. Additionally, I did not utilize any services for several months, and was not refunded. I was unable to get my blood test, and after paying the membership fee for many months in a row, they were not able to accommodate me and give me the blood test. Overall, I had an extremely negative experience at Next Health, with the exception of a few kind nurses, and it is safe to say I will not be returning! read more

Some friends and I attended a shop & ship event where Next Health was providing complimentary Cryo & vitamin shots. I've heard of the multitude of benefits from cryotherapy so was definitely excited to experience it for myself. Although I am terrified of needles, I decided to try a CoQ10 shot. CoQ10 is an antioxidant that increases ATP production in the cells providing a natural boost of energy to the body. It has also been linked to heart health. **Disclaimer: I am not a doctor so please do your own research and do not go off of this Yelp review alone** With that being said, the shot was quick, easy, and painless. Its given in your butt cheek so if you plan on getting one, I recommend not doing leg day right before unless you want a sore muscle after. The soreness only lasted an hour or so- not long. Onto the cryo. Dresses made out of towel-like material, gloves, socks, and slippers were provided to us along with headphones that blast club type music. 2 of us were allowed into the -150 degree freezer at a time for a 3 minute session. Walking in, it feels like you are inside of a snow globe. Once the music starts blasting on your headphones- its a party in there, especially with a friend. After the first minute goes by, its not that fun anymore- just really cold. You can see ice forming on your hair and eyelashes after about 2 minutes. Once the session was over, we were so happy to get out and back to the warmth. My friends and I agreed we all felt super energized after the session- even though it was 8 pm and we all had long days. Overall, the experience was great. The establishment was extremely sanitary and all staff were knowledgable, friendly, and reassuring. I would definitely come back for another cryo session and to get brain & beauty shots. read more

Had such an awesome experience. Next Health was my first attempt to try out the Cryo therapy. I have a sprained ankle and the doc said it'd be at least 2 weeks until I could walk any-what normally again. When I arrived the staff was SO NICE, explaining the whole system and helping to not only make it all easy but also to quell some of my worries (I was scared I was about to get Walt Disney frozen). The facility was so clean and easy, I even got to choose any song i wanted to listen to during the cryo. But most importantly the Cryo worked wonders! I literally woke up the next day able to walk again, almost without pain. I still tried to stay off my ankle for the next two weeks as I know the body still needs time to heal, but I was AMAZED at how much the cryo seemed to help. (I guess there's a reason rich people do it all the time). I didn't even get a chance to explore the other health offerings they have at the facility but I def will in the future, especially when I come back for more cryo, which will be ASAP! read more

Visited Next Health on Madison Ave and had a wonderful experience. From the moment I walked in I was welcomed with an easy check-in process and asked if I wanted anything to drink. I tried the LED Infrared bed, the cryotherapy and ended with a vitamin shot. Everything was explained and all made easy. I loved all three sessions but really really enjoyed the infrared bed. I'm pretty sure I fell asleep during part of the 30 minutes I was in the bed. It was very comfortable and cozy. For the cryo session we get all the things that are needed to go into the whole body cryo and you also get headphones and can pick a song which is great. You can have a mini dance party inside of the cryo booth. The checkout process was equally as easy and scheduling a follow-up appointment is too.
