I did feel that overall, the prices were fair. Parking can be challenging, given the area is in downtown Santa Ana. The shop is also smaller than i had expected. I didn't talk to nor encounter any associates, so I can't speak about the services.

The owners are also very knowledgeable about all their products as they informed me that the specific teddy material I grabbed was being discontinued so this was the last chance to grab it! I contacted their customer service only 40 hours after purchase and provided my card purchase proof along with a photo of the defect. Instead of receiving actual help, I was told they needed the "actual receipt" which I did not get because it was a keychain. Now they expect me to drive over 40 minutes back to the store to return a defective item, and even then, only if they can find the purchase in their system. Very disappointing customer service and overall experience and the only place that seems to be getting OLD/DEFECTED jellycat.

Once I was home, I started seeing posts on social media of the newest Harvey's release for Mother's Day - a collab with the tattoo artist Sid - and the newest line is called "Tough as a Mother", which seemed so fitting after what I had just gone through, so I knew I needed this bag to add to my collection. We went to the First Friday release and was able to get my bag signed by Melanie & Dana Harvey, and Sid. The Harveys are always so nice! And their staff are so helpful - and organized! They keep the lines in order and moving pretty quickly! I just love supporting Harvey's! They are a local business, the Harveys are an awesome couple, and they have amazing products!

I didn't see a major discount on pricing, basically it's a retail store but it makes a difference seeing these products in person versus Instagram or online. They Wouldn't accept my return on an unused, brand new with tags item because I didnt have my receipt. I understand my responsibility to have a proof of purchase. However to not even have an exchange or store credit offered when clearly the item still had their original price tags on it is absurd. They could have issued me store credit, charged a restocking fee, and they would still have us as customers. Store credit would not only guarantee a return customer, but it would also show ' good faith ' and appreciation to their customers. We wont be returning. And im sure thats exactly what they wanted given how they treat people.
