I had been using another big name chain cleaners that was nearby and was never happy with them so I decided to give this place a try. I'm so glad I did! They have super friendly staff and are very close to home. My clothes always come back looking amazing. They take the time to do all the little extra steps to ensure that your clothes stay crisp and ready even if you aren't wearing them right away. Drove out here twice to get my suit altered! First time was my fault as I didn't call prior. Second time, I called twice to confirm the lady would be there. Upon my arrival, they said she would be another hour. That is two hours wasted for nothing...please understand that time is money! read more

I tried Crystal Blue cleaners because they had good ratings. They were really friendly and had all of my items ready when they said they would be, but when I went to grab one of my shirts the next morning after I picked them up, the arm pit smelled like the worst body odor I've ever smelled in my entire life. Like someone had worn it for 4 days straight in the summer without deodorant. It was horrible. Then I smelled all of the others and same thing. I called to tell them, and the lady said to bring them back by, but honestly it grossed me out so bad I don't think I want to bring my clothes back there again. Such a disappointment! Although there are a lot of cleaners around the corners the reason why I go to Crystal Blue Dry Cleaners is I TRUST them!! I've had my garments and comforters cleaned and it was just too fantastic. If you want quality work, this is the place. I had a pet catastrophe on my expensive, custom made bedspread. I called many places and this is the only one I felt comfortable leaving it. I asked for a dress to be shortened to at least three inches above the floor. I was very clear. It was a simple shortening job of a twenty dollar dress, but I reluctantly agreed to pay twenty dollars for it. When I got back to pick it up, it looked really long, so I asked to try it on, and I was still stepping on it. They wanted to charge me a second time to fix it, when obviously it was their mistake. I ended up having a screaming match with the guy and just walking out. They still have the dress. Terrible adjustment, terrible customer service.
