Many customers in West Michigan regard this company strictly as an auto detailing shop, and that's is most unfortunate. While detailing is there specialty and they are very amazing and exceptional at it, their meticulous preparation to filling in dents, scratches and light body work is equally outstanding and impressive. The staff was very friendly, respectful, knowledgeable and professional and assured me they could repair the damage even better than when I first got it from the dealership when it was new!!! I brought my three year old car in to have Crystal Clean perform a complete interior and exterior detail, and they did a fantastic job. I take pretty good care of my car and am pretty particular about it. However, after a tough winter, my vehicle had many areas where brake dust had adhered to the finish creating tiny rust particles (very readily visible on a silver car!). These contaminants can be removed with a clay bar but it is a very time consuming (and exhausting) endeavor. I can tell you that the folks at Crystal Clean were able to remove all the contaminants and made the car look showroom new inside and out. The interior was very well done as well with the carpets and mats looking like new and everything else cleaned and polished. Used CC twice in last 2 weeks. Did the Fly n Shine for a trip earlier this month and Kyle and the crew got my 10 year old SUV looking great again including removing a pretty good dent in one of the wheel wells. Then, a week later I accidentally backed in to my daughters car scuffing the rear bumper pretty bad. Once again the CC crew made it look good as new! This place NEVER FAILED to come through for me. Less expensive then most places, greater customer service then most places. Especially for us with a lower income. They are worked on a couple of my vehicles, however the main one is my Mustang. They treat it as though its their own personal vehicle. No upcharges. If anything they may charge a little less depending on the situation. read more

I called for a complete detail on a recently purchased car which looked like it had never been cleaned. Seats and carpet were stained, even the head liner was dirty.
