Very friendly staff. They use a card as a receipt, keeps track of your money spent there, you get 10% off, eventually. Prices are high. $6.50 per dress shirt. Suits are $18 or $19 each. The turnaround is pretty quick. They also off a rush feature if you needed it. Even with the 10% in savings, prices are too much. read more

Check your receipt every time. Few times, they charged more than I requested. Most of time I bring few shirt for press and pants for dry-cleaning together. I put those on the counter separately with clear instruction. "Press and dry-cleaning". When I went to pick up, the price was too high. The reason was the owner put everything with dry-cleaning and charged extra money. It was not just one time. I was unsatisfied but I did not want to bother the lady who is working at the front. It was not her fault. The owner did every time. Today, I was picking up two button up shirt. The lady told me the price of adding extra button on it is $3 each. Two shirts and two buttons each. Total 4 buttons. What is the total price?? YES, $12. But the receipt showed $14. I asked her about the price. What is the exact price for adding buttons. (Because I had more shirts to bring.) She said $3 each. So I asked the total should be 12. She agreed and answered "yes, $12" I told her that she charged $14. AND she says the price is $3.50 now. I asked to the owner about the exact price and he said $3. I told him about she charged 14. Do you know what the owner said? "Yeah, the price is total $12 and she charged $14." and just looking at me. Then? That's it? I asked him back "so, you meant she charged extra, right?" And he answered same thing. "yes, $12. she charged $14" and looking at me again. He supposed to apologize first about charging more and how I want to get back the extra amount paid. Did I have too high expectation from that owner? He was not trying to say or do anything. Because only $2? What a thief mind he has. I've gotten my cloths serviced here 3 times, you can tell the ownership is sneaking with pricing and will charge you the you know what if you don't check your receipt. Make sure to specific on what you want done or the owner and his workers will charge you for premium service. I asked for laundry on 3 regular t shirt and they charged me 6$ each. 18$ for 3 shirts. This was after asked for a itemized receipt. I went back to resolve this issue and the Latina that works there was extremely rude and stood behind the ridiculous charge. Look I work in sales, I own my own business as well, I get that inflation has impacted all of us, but this does not mean rip your customers off. My husband took our curtains to Crystal Cleaners the other day to have them ironed because I just got them and they had a few wrinkles, when I got them back, they were absolutely ruined. Cannot use them at all, took them back to the store and told them that this wasn't right they did it again and they even did a worse job The second time , we went in there with pictures. We took the rod everything the way they hang they still said we have a machine and that's just basically too bad. and they said if they had to do it again for their terrible job , they were going to charge us. They charged us $100 to iron these curtains. It's not rocket science. It's just so hard to believe a cleaners doesn't even know how to iron curtains we're taking them back Monday we'll see what happens and I will include that in my review. His prices are slightly higher than some other local places but he takes pride in his work and it's obvious by the cleanliness and organization of his shop. Worst experience I ever had at a dry cleaners! I took one of my wife's maternity dresses here to get it hemmed. I went back a few days later on the day I could pick it up and they misplaced it. The lady told me she would call when they found it. I never heard anything for almost a week and a half so I went down there. When I arrived the lady was on here cell phone which was clearly a personal call. I asked her if they had found the dress and told here I had never heard from them but she ignored me, took my ticket, and continued to talk on the phone. She came back, hung up the dress, and continued to charge me for it while still on the phone. I looked her straight in the eye and, "You misplaced my wife's dress, never called to tell me it was ready, and now you want to charge me?" She laughed sarcastically with a big grin and said, "Fine it's free!" I grabbed the dress and walked out. She continued to talk on the phone, was laughing, and badmouthed me to the person on the other line while I was walking out. Never once received an apology!
