Ever since there's been new ownership of this cleaners, it's unfortunate that my opinion regarding the service has changed. I had a very disappointing experience here. I brought in a blouse, paid for the service, and when I came to pick it up, it was missing. I was told I would get a call back once they checked into it -- that call never came. I had to chase for answers and still received no resolution. It's extremely frustrating to trust a business with your clothing only for it to go missing, and then to feel like they don't care enough to follow up. At this point, it seems they've lost my item and haven't taken responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering this place -- if you value your clothing and your time, look elsewhere. read more

I brought in a my daughters dress since she was going to be a flower girl and since the dressed arrived by mail it needed to be steamed. I was a bit nervous because I didn't want something bad to happen or the dress not being ready on time. But for my luck it was perfect and it was ready a few days before. The owner of the store is a very mean women. I watched her down talk a man that Was obviously on the spectrum over a situation that wasnt even his fault. The man was being so sincere and trying to explain to her that he was just doing as he was told. But she decided to continue yelling at the sweet man. I took them a dress that had a stain and I loved it so much that I bought some flowers to be sowed unto the dress! It took less than a week and I was blessed when I saw the result! I have been going to these cleaner's for years ! I support small business especially when done right! This is literally a mom & pop shop. I regret that during our plandemic, I completely forgot about them. Since, many working from home, no longer had use to get clothes dry cleaned or laundered. My clothes have always been ready when were promised. I love getting my husband's shirts laundered with heavy starch ! Dropped off two pairs of jeans to be hemmed on a Tuesday and they asked if picking them up on Saturday was okay. I agreed because I needed the jeans for an event on Sunday. Online and on their window it has the business hours for Saturday listed as 8 am - 4 pm. I went at 3:20 and they were already closed. I tried calling and no answer, they are also closed on Sundays so I had to wait until the following week to pick up. When I picked them up I asked what time they closed on Saturdays and I was told 4 pm. I mentioned that I came earlier than that and they were already closed & I was ignored. Went in to get this gorgeous dress cleaned to only pick it up in a different color! The top half of my dress was white and when i picked it up it was pink ! , thankfully it was given a small refund however this dress was very expensive so i unfortunately cannot wear it again, the owner didn't have any solutions which was frustrating, i would highly avoid this establishment if you can help it! read more

OK so I used this service in a rush and they were able to give me a 24 hour turnaround and my items were ready to go for the runway. Now I only detected one star because the male owner always looks like he's mad. his wife is super sweet though so I guess they balance each other off. Fast, friendly, efficient service in a great easy to access location in the IHOP parking lot. Unfortunately, my laundered shirts came back full of some type of perfume fragrance. I'm terribly allergic to such odor and was unable to wear them. I returned the shirts and tried to work out the problem with the clerk. It proved to be useless; plus, they burn incense in lobby area. That stuff burns the nasal cavity & eyes. Quite uncomfortable. This was my first time here. I needed to get a dress altered and steamed for a wedding. The dress had two layers that need about 4 inches off of the bottom. I needed a hem and steam, that's it. The lady was super friendly and helpful, but told me she could not give me a price at the time because she needed to see what it would entail. I went to pick it up and it was a gentleman at the front. Really friendly as well. I didn't have my ticket on me but he allowed me to give my last name and gave me the dress. When he rang me up, my total came out to $175 for a hem and steam!! That's more than what I paid for the dress itself. The dress alone was only $99. I was blown away. I've had dresses with two layers hemmed and steamed at other cleaners and it's been $40 at the most but unfortunately we moved and I wasn't going to drive 30 minutes. I really wish I would have been given an estimate on price ahead of time because I would have politely walked out. Of course I paid the $175 because I need the dress since I am a bridesmaid. I would have even been ok with maybe $100 but not $175. read more

Walked into this place because they say on there site they alter anything basically. I go into the store and a gentleman walks up to me. I told them I have a photobooth business and and I wanted to see if they can add another layer in the back of my back drop so that they aren't see threw. He immediately asked the lady in the back. Spoke a different language (nothing wrong with that) and she looked at me with wide eyes. I'm assuming my request shocked her. She looks at the material touched it and said "no, to much work, no." I'm always willing to pay what's its worth and your time. I'm a very patient person as well. To get the reaction from her like that with absolutely no hesitation was extremely unprofessional to me. She didn't say she couldn't do it. Just said "to much work" that's what upsets me. Take your business else where. Don't take difficult items to cleaners that's not up for a challenge. I brought these people a simple men's white collared dress shirt. I gave them ONE simple specific instruction... Do not leave rail road tracks, AKA double lines on the sleeves. When I came to pick up the shirt, it was TERRIBLE! Tracks on both sides. The lady with the accent who helped me said "I know you gave us those instructions. I saw how it came out. I tried again but same thing. The tracks wouldn't come out." I do not understand how other places can handle this, see the mistake and fix it but Family cleaners couldn't. They didn't offer me anything because of it. Not even a free shirt, I still payed the $5. I will not be returning. read more

My son had to drop off his uniform to get several patches added. The lady at the counter was very friendly.. almost too friendly. She was joking that the badge should be over the pocket and we were like...ummm really? That was awkward in itself. So when we went back to pick up. The owner knew my sons name, knew what he was there to pick, and actually went to the back and got his stuff. The owner would not let my son pick up his uniform without the cleaning ticket. I honestly get it.. However, he stated that someone needs to teach him (my son) responsibility. What a minute? You're a dry cleaner not my kids parent. Horrible customer service spend 50 bucks to have cubscout patches sewing on 3 uniforms. Needed the uniforms yesterday for a award ceremony and the guy didn't even dry clean them, they were totally dirty and he said oh I thought you would wash them at home...smh...never go here again, last time he ironed on the patches instead of sew...NO GOOD, STAY AWAY read more
