I ordered a dress online that arrived on Thursday. My event was Saturday. It did not work for me at all. I found a dress in my closet that would work, but it needed to be dry cleaned in one day or less. Friday morning, my husband took my dress to a dry cleaner's close to our house. They could not/would not get it cleaned by Saturday. My husband then went to Archibald Dry Cleaners and they told him it would be ready by 5pm Friday! This cleaners is under new management and I gave it a chance and took an old jacket to get a zipper put on. I was told that it would be $15 which is ok so I agreed and let them fix it. When I picked it up today I was told it was $18. I told the young cashier that I was told it was $15. She said well the alterations man is the one who prices it. I started using this company about 7 months or so ago and they were doing a great job... these last three months have been awful. Misplacing my clothes or giving me someone's else's clothes. Then this company went thru a hiring process to find people to work there. Then when I asked what if u lose my clothes what would their policy be ?? The lady (young girl) in front sys they would need a receipt from the store I bought my clothes from to refund the piece of clothing. Seriously!? Unfortunately today 8/17/18 another mishap on my clothes and found my pants in someone's else's acct! Well I'm not coming back to use this company again. This customer service went downhill. I took a dress in and asked the girl what it would cost to dry clean. She said $12 I said really. I had gone by that cleaners a few weeks ago and walked in to ask costs for a dress a different girl told me $8. Then this girl tells me for you $8. I told her I had a 30% off coupon then she told me she would have to charge me full price so she looked in the system. She checked so with the 30% off coupon it would cost me $8.40. How is this any savings? Cost me more with a coupon. Come on people get your prices straight. Kind of scammy to me. I won't go back to that place. Plenty of choices in Rancho. read more

Here's the story: my favorite Dress had a horrible wine splash on the sleeve :( took it to my then favorite dry cleaner and it came back... Stained. The same stain. Same sleeve. Worst place ever!!!! Dropped off my shirt to be cleaned and pressed on Thursday.. Informed them this was for a wedding I'm attending Saturday evening... Show up at 3pm Saturday an hour after my timed pick up.. First time there last week. I took 8 business jackets I needed dry cleaned. The girl there was very customer friendly and when I asked her if I can take advantage of the yelp deal, she was more than happy to use it and allowed me bring the printout whenever I picked up my items. So for a bill that would've been over $60, I paid $30 for the deal, then $11 when I picked up my items. I saved over $20....nice! The items were in perfect condition when I picked them up. Disappointed! I was told I could pick up my dry cleaning last saturday and arranged my day around picking it up. When I got there, the place was closed. The phone number just rings and does not even have an answering machine. I left and then tried several times again throughout the day to see if they ever opened. I bring them dirty suits, they give me cleaned and pressed ones back. It's almost like walking in and exchanging an old 1 dollar bill for a 100 dollar one! It's amazing because you would expect that from a good dry cleaner but you'd be surprised to find that this is not always the case elsewhere. Plus they get to know who you are on a regular basis and start greeting you by name and handling your transaction seamlessly because you've been there before. And the gentlemen that does the alterations is a pro! Hooked it up for me! Felt like P Diddy walking out of there with a tailored suit on! Swag!!!! Really happy with the quality and customer service of this place. I had to travel to China and realized a little late that I had no clean shirts. I called ahead and asked if they could turn around the next day? The lady on the other end, I believe her name was Dina, told me that if I could get there soon she might be able to get it same day! I rushed over with my shirts and thanked her again for helping me out. I told her the reason why I needed them so quickly and she let me know that instead of hanging them, they could fold my shirts for easy packing. When I came to pick the shirts up, Dina and team got my shirts and actually packed them in smaller bags alternating collars so that it packed tightly for ease in transport and to save space packing Incredible detail and amazing customer service. Don't even bother...promised my dry cleaning to be ready on Thursday. Went Friday to pick up and it wasn't ready. The guy at the counter was apologetic so I decided to give them a second chance and dropped off an additional shirt to be laundered and pressed. He promised that everything would be ready the next day and that he would tell them to give me s discount for the inconvenience. Returned Saturday to pick up...lo and behold the original order was ready, but no shirt and no mention of a discount. Asked for the shirt back and paid for my original order. Can't say I was satisfied with the service I received. Dropped off one sweater to be dry cleaned and one very small hole that needed to be sewed. You know the tiny ones that wool sweaters sometimes get. Total came out to $11, $6 for the cleaning and $5 to sew the hole. I came by to pick it up and noticed that the hole was still there. They said it must've been a different hole and that if the alteration guy noticed it he would've sewn it. Ok no big deal I can wait a few more days. I asked if he could take care of it and they wanted to charge me again. Is their business model really to charge $5 for every tiny hole (size of hole included in picture)? By this time I figured it wasn't worth the hassle and decided to leave. They just don't seem to have the friendly neighborhood feel of so many of the mom and pop cleaners I go to. Dress to impress? Everywhere I called kept telling me no because the wedding date was only 10 days away and that it was impossible so I kept being turned down! But when I called here they were super sweet and they didn't get scared when i told them when I needed my dress done by. The unfriendly women clerks have poor eye contact, do not smile at customers, the customer must tell the clerk to check their records for the correct amount due. Why are they so unhappy? Best Cleaners I have ever been to. Hands down. Unfortunatey i tried taking my work shirts to get altered somewhere else and they made me wish i had just come here. If you are getting alterations here i was told the gentlemen who does them is only in some of the days so maybe call ahead to check. This store is super convenient because its right next to Staters and a few other places. So if its errand day this place makes it easy. They are so good at getting you in and out super quick. They habe offers by text message and honor them without any issue. They get your clothes done really fast too and have really friendly staff. You can pay upfront or wait til your clothes are done. I find this convenient because if youre in a hurry you basically have the option to drop off your clothes and get out quicker. If you ever forget your ticket they can easily look you up by name or phone number. I only wish they had more locations but im glad to have found this store. read more

Dress to impress has got to be the best place to go for dry cleaning! The staff is always very friendly and helpful! I love going in there and they already know who I am and make dropping off/picking up a fast and easy process! They even fix problems ASAP for customers. Ex: I dropped my husbands clothes off and when he went to pick them up it turns out the machines were having issues and his items were not ready... Great place for dress alterations! I brought in a lace dress and asked that the sleeves be shortened. They were able to do so in two days and even steamed the dress for me so it was ready for my event. They did a great job and the stitching looked exactly like the original stitching.
