My previous prescription had expired, so I came in for a new eye exam and decided to get two pairs of glasses this time: one for everyday use and a pair of sunglasses. Now I have backup glasses and sunglasses! The exam was quick but thorough, and Dr. Argina Haghverdian made sure all my questions were answered. What I really appreciate is how fast they work to get new prescriptions filled. I only waited a couple of weeks, and I'm thrilled with both pairs! The staff was super helpful in guiding me to the perfect frames for my face shape. Plus, I checked in to see if I could simply change the lenses when my prescription changes, and they assured me it's no problem. Have ABSOLUTELY the best things to say about this business. Everyone from the front desk girl (doesn't seem like I'm giving her enough credit - she's amazing) to the doctor we're AMAZING from start to finish. One over tired mama and 2 crazy toddlers all needed eye exams. We did the kids' exams first and she was INCREDIBLY patient. Took her time to make sure the kids understood instructions and even had cute kid things to help focus. When it was my turn the doctor set up a coloring station and a place for my little boy to play with Dino toys and cars. She took her time with an issue I've had since I was a child and explained it more than any other doctor ever had. Finishing up... had to pick out new frames since my amazing children decided to snap mine. We pulled out at least 25 frames to try. They weren't being pushy sales people AT ALL. She never steered me towards any particular frame. In fact, it was probably one of the cheaper frames that everyone agreed looked THE BEST! Neither one of them was scared to tell me they didn't like something or that the shape wasn't too flattering on my face - WHICH IS ALWAYS A PLUS when you are asking for "thoughts?" All in all, I will never be going any where else... so glad I stumbled on this place when leaving the kids play place a few doors down Thank you guys for everything! read more

They all seemed friendly, but I'm not sure why they bother taking appointments. I made an appointment for a new prescription for 1pm. It's not 1:25 and I'm still sitting, waiting for them to take me in. It's clear they take walk ins and just prioritize whomever was there first, regardless of appointments. If you are looking for a great experience while getting your eye exam and maybe picking out a new pair or some contacts, this is the place!. They take the time to make sure you are comfortable with all the options for your eye care, and make sure that the prescription is verified multiple times. They have a nice selection of frames and sunglasses for adults and children. This is not COSTCO's Optometry! I could not figure out why my COSTCO prescribed glasses were never quite right, I found out that the prescription was reversed, the values for my left eye were entered for my right lens and so forth. No wonder I got headaches!! This is not a bargain basement establishment, but you truly receive quality and care at a fair price. read more

I am under a family plan and didn't know much information to give him, but he WOULD NOT give up until he found my ins. plan. I would of originally paid about $500 for my prescription and lens but with insurance, I was able to get them for under $200!!!! WHAT A STEAL!!! When I called this place for an appointment I let them know my son was on the spectrum, to which they replied they had experience working with kids like mine. When I got there, everything went smooth, the receptionist was very kind, the person who did my son's eye exam was great and the Dr. was amazing. It was a stressful appointment, not at any fault or their own, but rather due to the sensory issues my son has. When they checked my son's eye pressure with the air he was very upset, he threw himself on the floor and was crying. At this moment an old man, who I had not seen yet, came out of the back and said to my son, "what's going on here" like bothered that my son was crying on the floor nonstop for a couple minutes. I felt upset but decided to ignore him, as I thought he was an employee with whom I did not have to interact. After the Dr. was done with the exam she proceeded to direct me to talk to him regarding the glasses my son would need, with a condescending tone he said "your insurance won't cover all the protection your son needs". I asked what protection, he went on talking about add ons like reflective lenses and so and so. I said that given this is my sons first pair of glasses I did not want to get something expensive, as he was likely to loose them, he said ok then l, the glasses will take 6-8 weeks. I said 6-8 weeks! With still a condescending tone he said "well, it's medical" I asked if I could pay to have them expedited and he proceeded to tell me that had I let him explain to me the add ons I could have chosen for the glasses then it would be faster. At this point I was done with his irritated tone, and proceeded to ask for a copy of my son's prescription. I went to Costco today and had them ordered for much cheaper I would have paid here and they will be ready in a week or less. I left with such a bitter taste from this office. I will not be coming back, if this man thinks he's too good for his mediocre job then he should look for a new one. I'm sorry that all the other amazing staff and Dr. that are shadowed by this man's horrible attitude. Do better. read more

I had gone here before and everything ended up being a lot more pricey than quoted from the start. I was fine with it because at the time the staff was very nice and we had zero issues. Fast forward to present day. I called & tried to get my file emailed to me and was told by Jackie that it wasn't possible. The tone of this woman's voice was irritated by my questions and not informative at all with any of the questions I presented. I asked basic price questions which she answered only because I insisted practically. Side note: My husband had gotten his file emailed to him so I don't understand why I couldn't get mine for reference. I was not asking for a current prescription just my file. Two very different things. She instead made me write down my prescription and when I got confused with the numbers she repeated them so fast and annoyed again. Not saying this place is awful but just that Jackie needs to be trained better or not left to answer the phones if she cannot do it properly. read more

Love these people! I can't say enough. My 3rd visit with Dr. H and the girls and I have to say they have never disappointed. First off the office is impecibly clean, with the newest technology, and an amazing selection of glasses. Dr. H has an incredible personality and treats me like family. I have never been more comfortable talking to a doctor. She is thourough, explains everything in more detail than you ever need to know, and most importantly she is amazing at what she does. Did I meantion how much she cares. I once emailed her a question at 10pm and she answered within 10 minutes. Never dissapointmented in my visit with her. It's hard to find doctors that actually care and she deserves the praises. I've bought glasses and contacts for the last 2 years but this year I decided against it and they were so understanding to my situation. Unlike other offices I didn't feel judged or given a hard time when I asked for my perscription and PD. The doctor had actually printed my contact lens prescription before I was finished with my exam-if you wear contact lenses you know what a hassle that can be. I actually ended up going back and getting glasses from them anyways after shopping around because their prices were the fairest around and their hospitality is unmatched. However, at Clear Eye - I have to say - I'm beyond impressed. Their attention to detail is beyond superb. Dr. Haghverdian was concerned about me - as a person - as a *whole* - not just my eyes.
