She has been my optometrist for the last 6 or 7 years but it been like 4 years since I last visited. It was my fault but after doing my yearly physical, my primary doctor told me to go do my eye exam. I made an appointment and arrived early. I was able to find parking easily, I remember before it could be a hassle. My eye sight changed from the last time I did an eye exam here so I needed to get new prescription lens. I still like my Oakley frame so I prefer to keep using that one. So I had to get it sent out so they can put new lens on it. Make sure to have backup prescription glasses because it can take 2 or 3 weeks to be completed. Keep in mind that if you pay credit card there is a fee so try paying cash or having your debit card on you.

Dr. Lee and his team were so warm and welcoming, I felt so naturally at ease. Dr. Lee was so easy to talk to and had such a patient approach thoroughly explaining everything in the process as well as why each option would or would not work for me before making a recommendation. I proceeded with ICL and even during surgery, he was so kind and patient. The procedure itself was so quick and painless, and I felt completely normal as soon as I got up. No symptoms afterwards or pain, which were my concern. I literally felt as if nothing happened as soon as I got up from the procedure. My vision is amazing now, I just have to get used to the phantom urges to grab my glasses or "remove my contacts" when my eyes feel tired since being able to see + tired eyes used to mean I was wearing contacts. It took them 3 tries to order my correct contact lens prescription. The first time, they had ordered last years, so I called once I got the email receipt. The girl made it sound like I was the one that placed the order with the wrong prescription They promised it would be corrected, so I waited another week. since they are only open M-F during normal work hours, I was able to get my husband to pick it up for me. Once again WRONG. Now I'm annoyed, got them on the phone, and I never once heard an apology. It was met with snarky answers and the resolution offered was that they would throw in a couple pairs but I would need to come back to pick it up in a few days. I am not taking off work to pick up something that was supposed to be in my possession 3 weeks ago. He told me "can't your husband do it again?" I explained to him how we shouldn't be relying on my husband to fix THEIR MISTAKE. He ended saying he will just ship them to my house. I am disappointed with their declining service. Front desk was clueless. This was costing me $1.00 every 15 minutes in parking which they don't validate and no street parking. I was there half an hour and only one person was called in . At that rate I would have been there 4+ hours. I said screw this and left. This is unacceptable in a medical office. If you are referred here , don't bother, just ask to go somewhere else.
