The agent basically told me you are out of luck anyway and I cannot help you in a very very inappropriate tone as in extremely rude and very high pitched voice. I didnt even have a chance to get a word in. The agent is ART and its a call center so Im sure nothing will be done to apologize for the way I was treated.

That said, they did have our information in a box for after hours check in. The bathrooms were great, spacious, clean and plentiful. The showers have great water pressure and adjustable shower heads. They're right next to the laundry that looked to be $3 a load. We had a back in waterfront location and it was great to be able to just hop in the water. There's also a few marinas and a pool on-site. We ran out of drinking water and were a bit bummed there wasn't a water refill station and the office was closed which I believe is where the store is. It's dog friendly and had a small dog park.

This park has extremely reasonable monthly rates. The sites are huge with plenty of space in between them. The pool and hot tub are fantastic, clean and with such comfortable lounge chairs. The restrooms and laundry facilities are clean and in good working order; the washer & dryers look new. Theres an exercise room, a game room, a fishing hole, and a really nice playground for kids. Except the turn in with large culvert from a 50mph frontage road makes it dangerous. Especially when the manager will threaten to kick you out if you don't come to a complete stop while a semi barrels down at you on the frontage road. When we addressed our safety concern and the fact that the speed limit sign is posted at the end of the turn, not at the entrance, she told us that she didn't care if we got hit and if we had a problem to find another park because she has a waiting list. We have been here for 4 months. DO NOT COME TO THIS PARK!

This place…read moreis a work of art, and you can't beat the super clean feel of it all, the spacious rv spots, the pickleball courts, dog washing station, outdoor games are, the gorgeous pool, doggy parks, hot tub, etc... This is a gorgeous RV park. You can tell they put a lot of work in daily. Everyone we met on staff was super friendly, and welcoming. As we walked our dog other campers were also very friendly. And a welcoming goodie bag w dog treat when we arrived too. I hope we travel through again for longer than 4 days next time. I wish all RV parks were like this!

They have very small sheds that you're supposed to be able to use for storage that are the size of a closet. They don't allow dog fences they don't allow you to put anything out basically. Other than the clubhouse and pool that's the only thing this place has going for it and it's extremely expensive. It's an adult park, which is fine, but they do not allow any children on the premises that includes your grandchildren coming to visit anybody under the age of 18. So if you have family, you definitely don't want to stay here.
