Bathroom two different light colors. Toilet handle is so dirty and yellow... it's disgusting. No wonder they didn't let me go back to check on the apartment before I sign the lease, because I would have changed my mind. I took pictures of everything so when I move out they can't tell me that I left the apartment dirty because I came into a dirty apartment. I had to bleach the yellow bathtub, deep wash and vacuum the carpet and wiped the whole bottom walls. Whoever used to live there was a dirty and disgusting person maybe but when they left, the apartment didn't care enough to properly cleaned the whole apartment or change what's already look bad, they only "semi renovated" the kitchen part. Too late to move out now but definitely not gonna recommend anyone to move here. Not worth the price!!

I had such a terrible experience because of the main maintenance guy, James. I'll never forget what he did. I came to the pool one day with my brother and we were having a good time, and it had been a while since I last saw him. We are talking and up walks James and proceeds to ask me if I think my husband would be okay with my being out here at the pool with another man. HOW INAPPROPRIATE IS THAT!?! A good time turned into such an uncomfortable time. 1. Because why is he so considered about my life. 2. How do I know (if I hadn't told him it was my brother) that he would've told my husband and caused problems with them. Thankfully my brother and I talked to him (my husband) about the situation and he was so mad! Not only was this extremely unprofessional but it just made me living here so uncomfortable. I didn't even want to place another maintenance order for the sale of not having to see him again. I recently inquired about moving back and come to find out HE STILL WORKS HERE! Who knows what other stuff he's done or said to residents to make them feel unwelcome. If I could individually give someone a terrible review I would but unfortunately this doesn't work that way. We found this place on accident actually, we came to visit a friend and were captivated by how clean and new the place was. My previous apartment was built in 1999 and had pest issues that were unsalvageable. So I immediately knew I wanted to live here next. I'm so glad we made the decision to come here. Front office staff are extremely friendly and professional. They are about their business but also very understanding, which is a rare quality that is undervalued at most places. Maintenance is prompt and very thorough as well. I knew I was in good hands when they followed my request to wear shoe covers. It's the little things that go a long way. I can't brag about my new place enough.

Our unit layout is very spacious, the appliances are newer models and they're just pretty apartments in a great location. We're minutes away from Walmart, HEB, lots of food establishments and quick access to IH-35 or the Toll. They take very good care of the property and I want to say that they cut the grass almost every Monday at 7am (will surely wake you up lol). The pool/main office area is beautiful and gives resort vibes. There are two gyms... one with treadmills, elliptical machines, weights, etc. And the other has cycling bikes, a large mirror with an interactive TV where you can select workouts to do. Like I said, we haven't had many issues but I would say that ants can sometimes be an issue but when requested pest control will stop by. We haven't had to call for maintenance often but when we have they promptly came by and resolved our issue. Our main issue are our upstairs neighbors who have no regard for others. We've reported the issue but we realize that's kind of outside their control and there's not a whole lot they can do. We love that they hold little events just about every month. On Mothers Day and Fathers Day they gave out small gifts, one afternoon there was a Pizza Social, they've given out breakfast (Chick-fil-A once) at the main gate a few times, they arrange for Food Trucks to come to the property every so often (I had a Lobster Roll one evening) and most recently they held a Summer Pool Party. We were very impressed with that gathering. It brought the community together for swimming, fellowship, music and food. They served Chicken, Burgers, Mexican Street Corn, Snow Cones and some amazing Drinks. Overall, we've enjoyed our time here so far!

The Avery staff are willing to work with me over changing apartment floor plans after 2 years of being here. They always respond to my emails and I really appreciate that. I had the unit above me literally flood and as a result maintenance had to punch holes in my ceiling to release the water. Afterwards, I had giant fans and a big dehumidifier in my apartment for days on end without any reduction to my electricity bill. The office was incredibly standoffish about communicating with me. And to make matters worse? When it was finally time to move out, they charged the damage to the apartment to ME. They are an actual nightmare scenario for apartment living. There are so many other options in the Cedar Park area - go with anywhere else.
