She took photos of all of the mistakes and then fixed them all so that I had 2 perfect tuxes the next day and evidence to get refunds from the previous tailors. She charged a fraction of the price of these other tailors and got it done in 24 hours. After she fixed them they looked perfect, I've never felt so svelte in my life! Her son was proactive communicating status updates on the work to me over that whole period so I knew it would get done on time and the moment they were ready to be picked up. The owner responded to this review stating that final fittings are always offered- that was not the case with my situation. We were told to pick up at a specific time and that was it. I also wanted to add that rude comments were made regarding my mother's weight. I've never felt so uncomfortable during an alteration process. It was impossible to schedule with her and she kept pushing out the pickup date. While I appreciated her attempt to accommodate, I wish she had been honest about her ability to complete the alterations. I would not suggest going here if you are looking for clear pricing and attention to detail.
