They used a backhoe and tore up a good portion of my yard and they cut up a big piece of concrete out of my driveway and dump it in the woods next to my house instead of taking it away with them. I have a friend that who is a plumber who told me he would use a trench digger to leave a small line in my yard and he would use a pump to spray underneath my concrete so he wouldn't have to tear it up. He was really busy with his work so he could not do the job for me.

Being new to the midwest, I was not very familiar with heat pump systems. There was water leaking from the unit and I filed a claim with my home warranty service who matched me with New Systems AC and Heating to complete my claim. Being new to a city, in my experience at least, home repair service companies tend to be hit or miss especially when you are under a warranty who only have select companies who they choose to contract with. I can't express enough how please I am that we were paired with New Systems AC + Heating. Our tech, Joe really went the extra mile to explain to me how my system worked and answered every single one of my questions that I bombarded him with. He was thorough, worked hard and gave helpful advice/tips on ways to best run the system to maintain its high performance and extend its longevity. In fact, I was so impressed with the service, I called the company after the tech left to let them know how outstanding i thought there tech was and I am not one to usually do that. Their receptionists are also very chipper and upbeat and very accommodating to any needs or requests I have made. I found after calling 8 places that typically it's hard to get an HVAC technician out on a weekend without usurious weekend fees. Jeremiah picked up my call first try, and was out to my house in 20 minutes. He had everything he needed ready to fix it and I'd say it took him an hour to get everything fixed up. He was cheaper than everywhere I called, and that didn't mean it was lower quality. He fixed the pressure switch and taught me a lot about how to get into the panel and diagnose problems for the future. I'd recommend him to anyone. It was very easy to complete the financing process as well. Before it was installed, JLM sat down with me to review all of our available options based on the current status of our system.
