I regret to share my experience at this nail salon. My mother visited for a manicure and has been struggling with a nail fungus for the past four months as a result. She had been a regular customer and the only salon to do her nails for the two months prior to developing the fungus. When she went back to have her nails fixed and to get another manicure , the staff urged her to go to the emergency room because her nails were severely infected. Additionally, I received a pedicure that left my toe in pain for over three weeks due to something that was mishandled during the service. I believe there are serious hygiene issues that need to be addressed here. I urge potential customers to consider these factors before visiting. I recommend that an inspection be carried out by the Better Business Bureau or local health department, as it's essential for salons to uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety. I don't live in this area but this nail salon is one of the few ones with okay reviews and since I was gonna be around the place, I gave it a try. I came here on a Saturday and it was packed! However, they said the wait was gonna be 15 minutes so I waited. It actually took them 20-25 minutes to call me. I paid $40 for dip powder manicure. I got here at 10:35am and left around 12:15pm. The girl did a great job (they don't have a lot of colors to choose from), however it took them way too long so if you're not in a hurry, I recommend this place, if you wanna get done quick, I would make an appointment and show up early just in case. I gave this review three stars because of the history I have with this shop. I use to come here with my mom every two weeks. I would go to Tran and momma would go to Michelle. It had been 12 years or so since I've really gotten my nails done so naturally I went there first. I was pleased to see Michelle was still there so I was waiting my turn with her, Tran was there too! She was already with someone. So anyway I have a little idea of what I wanted, showed a picture but ultimately gave her the freedom for artistic expression. I trusted her then, why not now? The process was relaxing as usual but I must say I was not pleased with the results. Still a bit dated in design and my nails cost $70 and I need them done again already! When I first walked into this nail salon I almost walked out because of the condition of the inside. But I was raised to not judge a book by its cover and I stayed. I am so glad I had. This is a great nail salon. Ann did my nails. I got the gel polish. By the time I got home the polish had already chipped off of 1 nail. I called them and they got me right back in to fix it. By the next day 2 other nails (polish) were badly chipped. I called them again. This time they offered to change all of my polish. I wanted the same color so my toes would match but I didn't want to use the same polish again as I thought it was probably old and bad. Ann found me a very similar color and redid all of my nails at no charge. This time its been over a week and my polish is still perfect so I'm positive that the other polish was no longer good. I'm very happy with this place. They never charged me to fix my polish and were super sweet about fixing it. They never made me feel bad at all. I will definitely be a regular here. read more

The prices are right for a basic manicure/pedicure. The staff is always so nice, and helpful. Especially the young gentlemen that works there. It's so quiet in there, and most salons I have been too have a strong chemical smell to. Lovely nails does not have that strong smell, nor hardly any bad smell. My first time there was Friday 3.26.21. We made an appointment and they were ready when we walked in on time. Not only did I get the BEST pedicure ever, a great regular manicure as well. What impressed me and my friend was the friendliness. We were both VERY pleased. I had Mindy, She had Tweety (I think that was her name). We added a little extra treatment to our pedicure. so relaxing.... I will drive over the Pensacola, I live about 30 miles away to go to them again. They massaged our legs and did the pounding massage type to our shoulder & upper arm area, on our feet, oh my goodness, we both left there saying we will drive back over, that it was the BEST treatment we had ever had. read more

Seriously the worst in town. For the most part any nail salon like this you walk in and it feels pretty much like every other place. When I came here and walked in hey asked what I wanted and I said manicure. They told me to wait. I waited about thirty minutes and when I got over and described what I wanted she said ok so you want fake nails. I said yes Now, I don't get my nails done often so I didn't think it was a big deal to get the terminology wrong. She started makin fun of me and then laughing and telling the other girls and they were making fun of me. Then the other clients start being rude because I didn't say it right. I feel like it's not a big deal, if I said it wrong explain to me and don't treat me like and idiot and get everyone there to make fun of me. I had to get up and leave. I went to the salon to get a fill in ONLY just to try it out and see how the service would be. Well, I will not be going back there ever! I got there at 5:01pm and left 7:12pm!! I could understand if I was getting both a mani and pedi along with some extra designs but no. First, I noticed a little boy running around enjoying himself but then I realized it was my nail techs son after starting my service 10 minutes thereafter. She continually stopped servicing me without even saying "excuse me for a second" or "Im sorry brb". I understand that we all bring our child to work sometimes but this just seemed to get worse. He was unsupervised, running around, would not sit down, throwing temper tantrums, messing with chemical products and managed to spray alcohol in his eyes (which she then had no choice but to tend to him- again I understand) but at this point it was an hour into my visit and she still had not prepped me for the actual acrylic fill with stopping every 5 minutes literally. Three people came in a half hour after me and all managed to leave within 30 minutes. I figured, hey I'm a patient person so lets see how long it takes her to continue... well an hour later from that point and she finally finished. I didn't even get the original designs/look I was requesting because I knew I'd be in there another HOUR so I told her forget it! She then laughed and said she didn't have time to finish (being that she was stressed out at this point and agitated as if I was the child running around). Then to top it all off there was NO discount offered, though I still gave a 5$ tip (because I'm no cruel person) but come on!! Management allowed her to have her son at work, cool. But if it impedes with customer service, why not offer to finish the job for her while she caters to her son.. There was a whole nail tech who did not have a customer. This was poor customer service! 2 hours later, now I'm annoyed, didn't get what I wanted, have a stressed out employee half a**ing my nails, managed to be patient and not GTFO and still paid full price.
