Found this place on Yelp and decided to give it a shot. When we arrived, we walked up to the door and pulled on the handle to go inside. It was locked. I looked inside, and I saw a man doing a lady's pedicure. He put his hand up to let me know someone was coming to let us in. A lady opens the door and asked what we needed. I said, "Two pedicures and one mani. All regular, no gel." She said okay, but as I step inside she stops me and says, "For you or for both of you?" I said both of us. And she said, "No." she wasn't apologetic or nice about it. Didn't offer for us to come back at a different time. Very unprofessional. The location isn't the best either. read more

This is my favorite nail salon. It's nothing fancy but they always do a great job. It is run by a wife and husband. They are the only 2 that work there since the pandemic. It is very important to make an appointment. It is easy to get an appointment but if you walk in they might not be able to help you because it's only the two of them. Heidi is a perfectionist. She does the gel polishes and all manicures. She spends a lot of time making sure they are perfect. Her husband does the pedicures. He is gentle and spends a lot of time. I never feel rushed like I have at other salons. If you are looking for a salon that doesn't rush you, easy to get an appointment, does a great job at a GREAT price then this is your place! read more

I have been coming to Heidi and Hai since 2016. In the last 3 years I've been coming to them regularly every 2 weeks. They're like family to me and always do such an amazing job. With that being said, please do us all a favor and just make an appointment as it is a husband and wife business. Meaning it truly is just the two of them! This place is the gem of the local nail salons. It doesn't look all spiffy, modern and new, but Heidi and Hai's customer service is wonderful! They're the owners and consistent employees. Heidi does the best gel nails around here. Hai gives a wonderfully relaxing pedicure. They have other employees but I always ask for them. Just give them a call one hour or two before you plan to arrive to ensure what time they'll be available. Also, they're super clean. You see them washing the tubs up after every pedicure. I just moved to Redlands from Las Vegas and looked at 2 nail places when I first arrived I didn't like the vibe and the prices were ridiculous. I saw the great reviews here I decided to give it a try, I called and asked what time they close, she said 7pm I only had an hour till close and she said that's fine come we will stay after hours. Heidi is one of the sweetest woman I've ever met! She did an excellent job on my nails and toes! She helped me pick a color combo that complemented each other well. Her husband did my toe nails and she finished my pedi with a cute design. They massage you with warm lotion, a lovely and relaxing touch! I will be back here for sure, great service and prices I highly recommend it! * seems each time I go they charge me more and more... The first time was 40 mani and pedi I gave a 20 dollar tip because it was a great experience but not for the same thing they charge me 50 and this last time 63 for a mani pedi because I wanted a "design" which was a swipe of gold sparkle in my nude nails...that's not a design. I am getting married this week and made an appointment at Crystal Hair and Nails. I had never been there prior to this appointment, but saw that they had great reviews online. I came in with a photo of what I was looking to have done and Heidi gave me exactly what I wanted. This indecisive bride decided that she wanted to change her names and went back in the next day. Heidi was friendly and changed my design without making me feel guilty or uncomfortable for having to redo her work. She was all smiles and made friendly conversation. She only charged me $5 to change my design even after having to file off my gel and repaint my nails!!! I will definitely be going back. My mother went with me and for 2 gel manicure with a full set, one regular pedicure and 1 gel pedicure our total was only $135! read more

I got my toe nails done here today for the first in a long time and the lady (don't know her name) dug extremely hard under my big toe nail with her metal appliance I cried out due to the pain..and literally started bleeding. Instead of apologizing she kind of laughed and continued to work on my nails looking up at my disturbed face from time to time after. She continued to tear apart my cuticles on my toes that made them turn red and swell dramatically and didn't tone it down after continuously wincing from the pain. I have been coming here for pedicures for years! The new owners are awesome. The gentle kind man does such a great job on my toes. He plays music videos on the big TV screen and we both sing along to them, amazingly he knows more about music than anyone I know. I like that there is rarely a wait, not a lot of people or noise, no high pressure sales, and the owners are attentive and very very nice!! Heidi is such a careful, meticulous manicurist. I've never had such a detail-oriented, perfect gel mani! And all for $30 (including removing my old gel that I came in with). She's so friendly and truly a master at what she does. I will be back! read more

I was in desperate need of a pedicure. After leaving Texas, I have yet to find a nail salon as good as my favorite one there. I did some research and found Crystal Hair & Nail. They had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I highly recommend making an appointment just to be sure you don't have to wait long. My biggest concern was getting my callouses taken care of. The gentleman (didn't catch his name) took such care not only with my callouses but with everything he did. Sometimes getting a pedicure can have a couple ouch moments, but he was gentle and did such a wonderful job. I was surprised at my final tab for a basic pedicure and polish. I honestly thought that for the work that was done, I should have been charged more. I have read some reviews about salons being described as "hole in the wall" places. Granted, this salon is not a gorgeous spa inspired salon, but the work that is done, more than compensates for anything lacking in atmosphere. I have found a new nail place for sure! read more

Hai gives the BEST pedicures! He really goes above and beyond!! He's really good about cutting those annoying, painful in-grown toe nails. He takes his time and doesn't rush. I love how their basic spa pedicure includes a massage with those hot stones! Also, the customer service is outstanding! Heidi and Hai are super friendly and kind. He saw that I kept coughing and he brought me a cold, water bottle to help me out. That says a lot about how they care about their customers. Definitely recommend this great team!! read more
