I have gone there 2 times now and I have received quick service. I get a Mani-Pedi with DIP Powder on my finger nails. The girls are very friendly and willing to answer your questions if you have any. I went in today, due to a chip in 1 of my nails just a few days after getting them done. The girl took a look at my nails to make sure I just got them done, not too long ago. Which is fine, because there are a lot of shady people out there these days. She took care of me right away and didn't charge me. I gave her a tip, even though it was only 1 nail. The gentleman that works there is very kind and very helpful as well. Pic is result of gel nail. I tried to get more info on the difference with pink and white acrylic, powder, gel, polish, etc. nothing much was said. I was waiting for her to explain. Ivy just started applying the gel. I don't think I've ever used gel. When my nails are not used to products my nails reject it and falls apart. In pic. the gel wears out like polish on the white tip. Ivy said next time she will apply what I use which is a French manicure acrylic or powder, my way or what I asked for. I left a message to schedule another appointment. I never heard back. For the past 2-3 weeks I've been in pain as my nails fell off, bent as it got soft on the sides. I've been upset, hurt, pissed at this whole experience. This was my first appointment with Ivy. She set me for 3:p but she already had a 3p. I had to come back. Paid for this first set. All nails fell off when salons shut down last year. Now I have to find another nail tech for another new first set. This is atrocious. She takes cash or 3rd party pay service. Forgot the name of the app. She doesn't take cheques or credit cards. If this is the case she charges extra. This is my first (and last) appointment with her. You would think a new client would have an easy, comfortable, relaxing, pleasant "first appointment." I was looking forward to my nails looking pretty after a year. I had to run outside to the ATM to pay her cash. Then I was lock out. I think I paid extra for something. I can't remember what. (No tip that's for sure. I'm on a fixed income. I can't tip her for her mistakes.) I didn't mean this review to be long winded but it turns out the entire experience as a "new client" was almost traumatic. read more

Ivy only goes by appointments so if you want to meet with her, plan in advance. I asked for a negative space nail art and Ivy nailed it. I was impressed with how much the finishing look resembled the nail inspo I brought her. I prefer dip but stray away because other nail technicians make my nails look thicker than what they are. I just got my nails done by Ivy yesterday and I am SUPER pleased with them! I had been growing out my nails for a little while and decided to go with my natural nail. She shaped them nicely and was super gentle! I asked for French tips with a cute little flower/daisy on my ring finger and she ended up doing a little more nail art and it turned out amazing! She's so cute, fun, and sweet and I can't wait to come back to get my nails done by her again! The salon is extremely clean and I love the minimal rustic style and decor of it.
