I am shocked to see all the poor reviews. I have been coming here for the last 6 months and honestly love it. I don't have a favorite tech yet as all the techs that have helped me have done a wonderful job. Today Vincent did my manicure and he suggested chrome and I am impressed! Their large pedicure selection is impressive, they always greet you with a drink of choice and it's the full relax experience everyone deserves! If you are looking for the full pedi experience Ben is the guy to go to! I will say if you do not make an appointment the treatment & service isn't the same. I have learned that the hard way! I hate how my nails look, nails are not cheap it's a luxury to get them done, to not receive what you ask for can be frustrating. Not to mention the guy I believe his name is Sam, smelled like cigarettes, unsure if he sanitized or washed his hands before he did my nails. Nails were $10 extra for "almond shape", $20 for chrome, the nail polish I chose was supposed to already be pearl according to the sample, when they put on whatever color they gave me it wasn't. she told me I could add chrome to get the look and then charged me, and $5 extra for a "manicure" which included pulling back and cutting my cuticles after the nails were put on... shouldn't that be a part of getting the nails done ??? I've been going here for years, but they've gotten more and more ridiculous. This will be my last visit after being a 4 year loyal customer. First time here and definitely won't be my last. Came on a Monday morning. It was only a 30 minute wait, which I didn't mind. I was offered a drink menu and I was pleasantly surprised at the variety but of course I opted for a good ol' mimosa. Ben did my nails and he did an amazing job. Now, to the individual experience I took my girlfriend to this establishment and at the beginning of the experience everything seemed well but as they escorted me to my chair to get a pedicure everything went downhill, the water was ran and I placed my feet in it and waited 20+ MINUTES!!! for someone to finally come and start on my service and just so happen the technician that started on my service was the receptionist as well so the entire time she's working on my feet she was worried about who entered and didn't get it her full attention, by this time the water was cold. One thing that really caught my attention was that the technicians were trying to use the SAME foot grater tool. However my girlfriend enjoyed her experience. Overall I may visit again. read more

I've been 3 times and the nail techs are ok. They make the nails bulky and fat, not natural looking. I thought I found a good one so I made an appointment but when I got there she had someone else do my nails. Each time I had to point to the areas they missed painting during my pedicure. I have been coming here for years and everyone is so nice and accommodating. My nails always look neat and natural. They provide the best massages and nail shapes. They understand my vision and deliver greatly everytime. Tracy has the best reflexology pedi, Sam & Natalie are great at shaping. Others are good too. Also, their strawberry green teas are good! When I entered the door I am greeted by my first name, by Mr. Wu the owner and Christie the lead nail technician. I love the atmosphere in the salon: soft classic soul/jazz music, specialty drinks, beautiful fresh plants, and attentive pedicurists/nail technicians who talk to you about your day. Today I chose the Deep Blue Sea Pedicure: hot water pre-soak to help loosen the build up, an herbal hot neck wrap, the organic package of pearl powder, pear cleanse, creamy pearl mask, warm honey drip, hot paraffin wax, 20 min hot stone massage, and a glass of my favorite wine! (I also had a passion fruit green tea and cucumber/grapefruit water) Linda did an amazing on my feet! When I come to Posh Nail Lounge I know I will be treated like family. Mr. Wu even asked about how the repairs on the house were coming along. He even recommended his plumber and shared the number, when I came last week. I can't help, but give a great review about the customer care and service that is provided at Posh Nail Lounge. There is a reason Posh Nail Lounge continues to have a thriving business and offer the accommodations it does. Kind and caring staff who ask a lot of questions and provide excellent customer service always. No matter who you get! Everyone is so sweet and wants to take care of you. I got my nails done yesterday, August 26th and it was a nice experience. The ambiance is really beautiful with the high ceilings and the neo-soul music. There is a drinking bar on your left when you walk in and the nail colors are on your right. I got the dip nail polish for my nails. It took about one and a half hours to complete. There was a drink menu offered to me towards the end of my session, but I wasn't interested because I had loads of errands to complete. For my dip nails, it costed $45. It was a relaxing time and I feel like I may visit again. read more

This is a shellac pedicure that I got done today and this happened a few hours after I got home. The lady was rushing on my feet and didn't even let my nail finish curing under the UV light. It was closing time by the time I was finished but that don't mean rush the service. I will be back so they can fix my shit and give me my money back. I absolutely love this place! Finally tried it out for the first time and I must say that I am extremely satisfied with my experience there. The place was super clean and staff was extremely nice as well as the owner. I never once felt uncomfortable or like an inconvenience (I have felt that way before at other nail salons). I'm super pregnant and clumsy right now and messed up my toe nail polish SEVERAL times and they were so patient and kind with me, they just kept fixing it without any issues or fuss... Moving from the heights I had a real hard time find a nail salon that was up to par with my old saloon. It was to the point ido drive 40m back to Houston just for my nails. I decided to try Posh on a whim after I tried a new salon out with the my MIL. My powdered ended up chipping at two weeks. Annoying. Anyways walked in and was quickly greeted and shown a chair. My nail tech Tea was awesome. Super gentle with my nails and really took her time on maintaining my real nails integrity. While more time consuming she still got through it very quickly. The polish is my favorite! Wide assortment of colors. Relaxing atmosphere. Next time I'm bring my MIL her. This place is heaven on earth! Thank you Tea and POSH! The nail tech was horrible. She didn't know how to do the Dip powder. It was lumpy and uneven. She took over an hour and finally just got up and left. Another tech had to finish but she couldn't complexity repair my nails. I was charged over $120 for a botched job. Will definitely not return for below mediocre service. read more
