First, I don't even write bad reviews but I'm so disappointed in my recent visit. Crystals is normally my go to nail salon when I'm visiting Houston but I will not be back. Asked for a pedicure and full set, received both services and was out the door in 30 minutes. Yes, 30 minutes. At least 4 cuticle beds were cut and bleeding. Asked tech for alcohol but never received it. Then nails began to lift after 1 week. Not sure, what was happening that day but it was not a good experience. read more

Chi is the best! I tend not to come in at a peak time to avoid rush jobs, this place has so many colors it's unbelievable. The staff is friendly. It's a bit more than I'm use to paying but the work thats done makes it worth it... I usually would pay $21 for a classic pedi, here is $27. read more

I was visiting from CA where our nail salons still are not open (COVID) after 4 months. So, it's been close to 5 months since I've had a mani/pedi. Callie took good care and my fingers and toes looked groomed and pretty again. I live in the OC (close to the Real Housewives) and we have no nail salons this big or nicely decorated. Soooooo I loved this spot! They are brand new and it was awesome. Ivon did my toes and eyebrows. He was excellent. Great customer service and interaction. He wasn't pushy at all and really cared about me. I wanted my nails done but my nails/fingers were sore from bad hangnails. He didn't pressure me to get them done and told me he would take care of the health of my nails to grow. Love that! Thennnn to my surprise my other nail lady Trindy was there...lol she moved to this location and she does awesome pedicures as well. I think this side of town was a great choice! All in all I had a great experience. Please keep up the good energy and great customer service guys! They have a drink menu with wine and mimosas. I told Ivon I really don't want to tell anyone about this spot because they are going to get busy and packed. So I figured I'd be the first to promote and he can always know I supported them on Yelp! Excellent service but very pricey! I received a deluxe pedicure a regular manicure with shellac on just my nails and my total came out to $71 Plus i had a mimosa but i believe that was complementary. I've never in my life paid that much at a nail shop and don't plan on it again. Having a pricey nailshop definitely takes away from customers leaving tips! I'll go again I just know what services to get. read more

I decided to check this place out since it's new. It's very nice and clean, great service as well and were really friendly. I asked for a pedicure and a manicure with shellac. The guy that I got (Kevin) I cant really remember his name did great on my pedicure. He was telling me each step he was doing and even made sure I got my while 5 minutes of massage. A lady did my manicure and I am very disappointed that I don't have her name, but back to the point, although she was really friendly, her massages were too rough that it wasn't enjoyable. It hurt. And her work came out a bit messy. I ended up paying $65 for a classic pedi and mani shellac but I don't feel it was worth the price for the work done. I always ask for shellac and it has never came out this thin before. Also, I went in Sunday, it's now Wednesday and it has already chipped. I'm a bit disappointed bc I feel like I paid a lot for the work that I got and for to be already chipped! read more

I came here for mani & pedi. I was put in pedicure chair and waited over 30 minutes for someone. I patiently waited for the techs to be thru with the current clients. 2 different people were done and never once came to service me. The man who was at the desk sat done to service someone else as I left. 2 other clients also came in and didn't have to wait. They do not service in order you come in. This is not my usual spot and I'm kicking myself for that. I came in for a last minute pedi and Kim worked magic MAGIC on my legs & feet. As an avid runner, my feet & legs are my top priority and, my goodness, Kim was phenomenal and I'm not disappointed. I opted for the hot stone pedi this time since it was cheaper than my usual spot. Worst service I have gotten. My nails didn't even last a day. I had asked for a manicure then refused to give me what I asked. At the end I asked for a dip and my cuticles cut. At first I had a girl doing my nails. She was the one I had asked for a manicure, since she didn't understand me she laughed (sarcastically) and asked if I was from here. Yes I'm from here and I speak perfect English, I found that very offensive. As she was doing my nails another customer came in and she left me to do the other persons pedicure. Later this other guy came. He kept talking to this lady that was there and wasn't even doing my nails. I had to get his attention and told him if he could stop the side conversation and work on my nails. He only dipped my nails once in the powder when normally it's done multiple times. My nails are now all broken and didn't even cut the cuticle like I had asked. Never going back here again and I don't recommend it. Worst $45 spent. read more

Terrible service. 72 hours after getting shellac nails I have 3 chipped nails. That's not including the precious 2 that chipped that I had to go back up there to get fixed on 2 separate occasions. Will never return. read more

First time going here, giving 4 stars because Chi's customer service was kind of rude, she did Dip on my nails and burned me while she was using her machine, she said I couldn't do a hard massage on the chair because I couldn't move or she would mess up. She didn't even ask if I wanted to cut down my nails or how I wanted them shaped and just did her own thing until I noticed and told her. I will admit she did a great job with my nails. Kim did my pedicure and OMG she was awesome! Super sweet, her customer service was just great! I noticed that the nail polish I choose was not going to match my dip color (I know they always don't match but the color was way off) and Kim went to go look for the closest one and she nailed it! The nail place looked very nice and clean, new. Be careful if you get dip, if you want to add the clear coat to make it shiny they won't tell you it's extra, which I thought the clear coat was part of the process. read more

This WAS my go to place. It's close to home, decorated beautifully, clean, and some of the staff has really done a good job on my nails. I came in to have my full set removed. First of all it took me a while to have someone come acknowledge me. I should have walked out then but I waited a few more minutes then someone came to service me. I am used to the method with the use of cotton balls and foil being done for removal but this time my nails were soaked and drilled to the point I was afraid I wouldn't have nails anymore. My nails are now very thin. After my nails were buffered(butchered) it was time for my nails to be polished so they could look somewhat decent. Three nails into being polished a lady comes up to me asking me "to pay before". As long as I have been to this establishment I have never had to pay before my service was done so that was very weird to me. Her excuse was that it's better if I pay now because it will take a while for my nails to dry. That was a BS excuse in my book. Like I said, this WAS my go to place but that was a really bad day. read more

I have never left a negative review but the service I received was HORRIBLE!!! All I wanted was a refill with shellac and my toes painted. In 80 minutes all I received was 2 thin coats of paint on my toes and the guy still filling on my fingers like he just started yesterday. I wanted to give them a chance because they were new and right but the house but I refuse to pay sloppy work. And of course when you've had enough and you're leaving everybody wants to help you then!!! Never again, I'll just keep driving 20 miles out the way to get quality work! read more
