Excellent People. A+, Very Professional. Great Optometrist Dr. Leena Adhikari, I am very much impressed & satisfied with her great quality performance for my eyes check up when I went this week. She checked my eyes so thoroughly with a lot of patience and explaining me all in detail so nicely how to protect and take future care of my eyes which I liked a lot & so I have now decided to refer them more people, my family & friends who needs their eyes checked up & evaluated, which I am sure is a great quality of a doctor. Very thorough in examining & her diagnosis. I am very much satisfied with her performance & I will refer my friends, family & many people that I know of. Among other members working in her office that I saw were Silvia Ruiz, Jonathan & Marissa on front desk. All of them are extremely helpful in helping their customers with so politeness and very courteous. Nice customer service by all of them. Silvia Ruiz was very much helpful to me in selecting type of my eye glasses and frames as what Dr. Leena Adhikari recommended me to wear daily with sun glasses too to protect my eyes from UV rays when I am driving & that is helping me a lot honestly. Silvia Ruiz spent her time in explaining me more in detail so well about my Insurance coverage and Care Credit programs that they have as to how it works and I was totally impressed & very much satisfied with her excellent performance on her front desk. Honestly speaking, she is very nice, helpful and has a great quality Customer Service with an impressive personality. I am going to recommend these people including the Doctor and other members working in this office to everyone as I said before that this is an Excellent place to visit for our Eyes check up. I'm really disappointed that after five years of being with Crystal vision today I decided to leave them because they made me waste my time coming to an appointment that they could have contacted me about it let me know not to come because there was an issue with my insurance now the lady gave me a phone number that's not mine that has never been mine and said that that's the number that was in my account when I've had the same number for about seven or eight years and they also had an email to different email addresses they could have contacted me when they email me all the time with advertisements and information about their new location they could have definitely sent me one to let me know about this issue so today I drove an extra 7 miles out the way because you guys moved to a new office took me 25 minutes to get there just to be told that the appointment was canceled so I wasted a whole hour and 40 miles on my car just to come up there for nothing and I'm really mad about that and professionalism and attention to detail is very important to me when I deal with businesses and because of this I'm not going to come back I'll find a different optometrist and you guys I had three daughters registered with you guys and myself so that's for clients you guys just lost over days poor communication read more

I was in the market for a new optometrist and needed one who would take my insurance. Thanks to the yelp reviews, I chose Dr. Leena Adhikari. I've only been her patient since December 2016, but I really enjoy going to the office. The staff are very friendly, and Dr. Adhikari knows her stuff. She is personable, patient, and very informative. She answers all of my questions and I do mean ALL. She will make sure that your prescription fits perfectly in line with your needs. Regarding my experience, the prescription for the eyeglasses was no problem at all. However, it took a few tries to find the right contact fit. Dr. Adhikari encouraged all feedback regarding how the different contact brands made my eyes feel and the time it took to adjust to them. I finally found a brand to that was comfortable and did not irritate my eyes at all. As a matter of fact, almost no adjustment time was needed. Apparently, not only did my prescription change, but my eyes had become more sensitive. Lastly, as a student, it is really important for me to stay within a budget. I just wanted to comment that this office is amazing. "Donnie" (quote on quote) sounds like the doing of a disgruntled, ex employee. My mom was in the office the day the incident happened and the doctor quietly told this girl Malllory or Margaret to leave. There was not one male person there and no one dared ask what was going on. She was obviously harrassing patients and was only embarassing herself. I would like to say that I came in for my eye exam today and considering that Donnie said that Dr. Wong favors asian people, the staff consisted of a caucasian girl, a hispanic girl, and a filipino girl who were all very helpful and super friendly. I will be coming back for the acute exam and the helpful friendly service. The funny part is this lady came in today while i was there saying how she was happy to see a new, friendly staff and how awkward she would feel coming in before. I will be back.. read more

Excellent customer service, great selection. I've been coming here for 3 years and and have always felt welcome at every encounter. The doctor does a comprehensive exam and educated me in issues, aside from just my vision, I was having like dry eyes. I never had a clue that all the symptoms I was experiencing was due to this problem. i was prescribed some drops that alleviated it, who knew?!? The staff is courteous, friendly, always finds me the perfect frame, and the great part is they actually explain to me what I am paying for. When my previous optometrist retired my mother suggested I try Crystal Vision because a friend of hers recommended it. I'm glad I did! The staff and Dr. Adhikari are courteous, caring, friendly, and professional. I've never gone in there and felt like I was anything but warmly welcomed and listened to. If you have concerns that you wish to discuss with Dr. Adhikari she will give you her time and full attention, and that's something a lot of doctors simply won't do. She is a very friendly, easy-to-talk-to, sweet and caring woman and, again, the staff are great as well. I give this place an A+. read more

I had already left a negative review, but the overall bad experience has forced me to come back and leave an update. I had gotten reading glasses a little over 2 years ago, and the coating on the lenses has begun to scale off. At first I thought my glasses were dirty on the edges, but I started wiping them and whatever cheap coating was used is already coming off. Bad listening skills from the doctor and bad materials used, just overall bad. read more

Dr. Adhikari is as good as it gets. Best experience I have ever had at an eye doctor in my life and I have been going for 27 years. Her staff is easy going and knowledgeable. Dr. Adhikari is really down to earth and makes you feel so comfortable. She is really fast and good at what she does. She has experience and knowledge about the cutting edge of science in her field.
