My experience with them was very unlike these 5-star reviews. The staff was unprofessional. The tech got my prescription wrong and so I had to wait 4 weeks total before having glasses that worked. The tint on my prescription sunglasses was red; I asked to have it changed, and got it back 2 weeks later, only slightly less red. (Who wants red-tinted glasses??) My daughter got her glasses at the same time, with no problems.... until her eye appointment today, at a different office. The new optometrist said her glasses, which I paid $250 for at Crystal Vision, were the lowest prescription that could be written for eyeglasses, and that she didn't really even need that. He did not write her a prescription today and sent us off with a clean bill of health, so-to-speak. I didn't know any better, and trusted Crystal Vision, and got ripped off for $250 (not to mention my troubles with my own glasses.) What's really disappointing about this is that I came here, hoping to avoid the poor service and high prices of Lenscrafters. No such luck, I guess. UPDATE: I responded to the reply by this company and gave them 6 months to respond. They never did. Don't believe the words of apology and offer of refund. It never came. I stand by my original review. I hate liars. read more

This was my family's firs time visiting crystal vision. I found this place on yelp. I did see some so so reviews, but I can honestly say that I was highly impressed. Not only was doctor Leena very informative, but she is genuinely kind and patient with kids as well! They did recommend different thing for my glasses, but unless they tell you about it, how would you know? So overall, I would definitely give this place a five star. I can't believe I got my 20/20 vision back with Ortho-K! I'm the type of person who doesn't like wearing glasses, doesn't look good with glasses & always forgets them at home; so eventually my vision kept deteriorating. I got frustrated with the constant headaches & struggling with my poor vision until Dr. Adhikari recommended me to try Ortho-K; she gave me all the information about it & I did my own research to find out there's no adverse effects & no surgery involved so I gave it a try. The staff at the office is incredible, they explained my how to use them, we practiced in the office a couple of times & Dr. Adhikari was available for questions & concerns the whole time, they provided everything to make this a success from eye drops, temporary contacts, you name it. I've never used contacts before, so the first two weeks were challenging; my eyes were itchy, the contacts felt like it was scratching my eyes, I kept waking up during the night thinking I lost the contacts -they never come out, I even had eye pain if that's a thing but I kept consistent & follow the instructions. My husband was the first one to notice I didn't have trouble driving, I wasn't squinting or straining my eyes, I could read from far & most of all my headaches were gone! During my 3 week follow up with Dr. Adhakari I was able to read those tiny letters from the board that I couldn't a month ago, this is revolutionary technology that I love & I'm grateful to Dr. Adhakari & staff who provided excellent service. read more

Both my dad and I decided to come here to get glasses after using my friend's reference. My parents only speak Spanish and usually I have to translate but to my surprise Dr. Wong spoke a little spanish and tried his best to communicate directly with my parents. I would never go anywhere else! I had an eye test done at a practice in southern OC where I live and was not happy with the prescription. After driving for over an hour and getting re-tested by Dr. Adhikari I no longer have a problem with my prescription. Also, the staff was incredibly friendly and helped me try on nearly every men's frame in the office. Then they took care of shipping everything to me... This doctor said that I had a cataract in my left eye that would require surgery. Three other optometrists and my opthmoligist have mentioned a cataract in my left eye. Throughtout the vision exam the machine would be placed so close to my eyes that my lashes would squish my eye lids open (I don't have lush eye lashes). She kept telling to stop holding my head back. She couldn't tell that she was squishing my eye lids making it difficult to see. read more

I live in san grabriel valley and drove on friday after 2pm to go visit this place for the first time. Let me tell you it was well worth the Socal grind! First off staff are friendly, personable, and professional. Secondly optometrist was great open, friendly, and she answered my questions about organic bioavailable eye care vitamins. After jumping from optometrist to optometrist (from lens crafters to costco, and everything else in between), it was finally nice to find an optometrist that I actually enjoyed going to. The service here is consistently exceptional, and Dr. Wong is very knowledgeable and friendly. How was I supposed to know that optometrist are supposed to do more than have you read a couple letters on the board? Dr. Wong is thorough in checking your eyes, and makes sure that you are comfortable in the process. He lets you know what he is doing every step of the way, and why he is doing it. The office manager Barbara was very courteous and friendly. She accommodated me even when I had trouble locating my vision insurance card. She was able to find my insurance information after a couple minutes of searching the computer -- that saved me lots of frustration and money. Who doesn't like money? Overall, this is my current go to optometrist -- and I wouldn't have it any other way. read more

I found this office on Yelp and had great reviews so I decided to try them. I had my prescription done elsewhere but was shopping for glasses. LensCrafters wanted way too much (even with insurnace) and was pleasantly surprised when the lady that helped me not only gave me competitive pricing but also went above and beyond to explain the dynamics of what I was getting and any warranties that pertained to my purchase. I have been going here for 6 plus years. The doctors at this location have been very professional and helpful. I think Dr. Adhikari is great and my favorite so far. Reception was very friendly upon making my first appointment and when I physically arrived she was just as warming. The Optometrist was extremely friendly and very knowledgable. Explains his findings by showing pictures from what seemed to be some sort of professional reference guild. The transition from start to finish was seemingness and stress free. I first visited Crystal Vision due to my normal eye doctor not being available. I am glad I fell upon this gem. I was informed from the doctor about Ortho K. It was an adjustment at first to the hard lens rather than the soft lens. I would not change it. I am thankful that this product exist. I don't have to worry about contact lens during the day. I wear the Ortho K lens while sleeping. It is so easy. I would recommend the eye drops suggested by the doctor, it is helpful to insert and remove the lens. The doctor and staff were very helpful and if at any time I had any issues, they helped me out right away and followed up. Thank you again! read more

First and last time coming here. Staff is really nice and accommodating. However, the dr herself is EXTREMELY rude and unprofessional. She is very pushy with trying to add on more than you actually need. When we explained to her that it didn't make sense needing all these things done she exclaimed "I've been a dr for 18 years and took on this practice 4 years ago. If you have any questions ask me, I know what I'm talking about" but she didn't because she sent in her receptionist to give us prices that were completely different than what she quoted us. This was my second time visiting this office. The first time I received an OK service, however the second time they cancelled my appointment and did not notify me. After I drove 15 miles and got to the office, I asked the front desk guy why I was not notified that the appointment was cancelled, at first he said I didn't answer when they called, but later he said that they did not have my phone number on file. They clearly asked for my phone number when I made my appointment (I was also a returning customer, so they didn't even save my number the first time I was there). Customer service is very important to me, so I will not be returning to this office. read more
