There's plenty of parking, but since the lot is shared with other tenants, it can be tough to find a spot during busy times. The shop itself is on the second floor. There's a doorbell at the entrance--sometimes the door is locked, sometimes not--but I always ring so they know someone's coming in (they don't always have staff up front). Service & Experience The owner is super friendly and helpful, and the prices are always reasonable. They accept cash or Venmo, which makes it easy. I have gone here in the past and it's a super quick fix. Prior there was an older gentleman working here and the most recent time it was a younger guy. Dude fixed my key while on the phone and it happened in less than 5 minutes. I'm not sure if it's something that I did or it was the battery itself (Sony works but not Energizer???), but my car key now works. I think I'm just gonna save myself the trouble and just go here, especially since the batteries for the key are already $6+ and I paid the man $8 so that includes "labor". Saves me way more time and trouble. They take Zelle here too!
