Want to give a shout out to Ahmad for taking care of my service request where I included photos showing the stripped/torn belt connected to the trolley on my old 2004 LiftMaster. I realize I have an old opener but recently changed the motor out myself so while I realize the outside of the LiftMaster says it's old, the motor isn't. The bottom beam of our nearly 60 old wooden garage door was rotten and needed replacing. Ahmed and his father removed the damaged beam. In the process they discovered that bolts holding the beam to the frame could not be reused and had to find suitable replacements. They brought the replacement beam already primed and finished the job when they promised despite having a truck stolen earlier in the day.
