All business. Fast work I own a home in the neighboring City Of Beaumont. I came out here to Pick up party supplies at Smart and final, heard a hissing sound coming from my tire and sure enough there is a metal piece stuck in the middle of my new tire. (Purchased somewhere else) found them on a quick Google search as I see my tire pressure going down on my screen. I pulled up and a super nice young guy came out and told me he can take care of the patch in just a few minutes. I can keep my car running and enjoy the air-conditioning. Was shocked at how little I had to pay. What I assumed was going to consume most of my very busy afternoon and trying to get this resolved, ended up only taking a few minutes of my time. There are about 12 tire shops easily between here and my home and I am going to make the drive out to this one every single time from here on. Wow, five-star rating, huh? Well, don't know that I feel comfortable throwing up a five-star rating but I will say I definitely appreciated the work C's Tire Shop did. My old car ran on low profile tires (215/40/17) which are exceedingly hard to find in stock at all the typical places. Sure, I can have them special ordered and I could get a set that way. But when I last needed to replace a tire, I was weeks from selling that car and the last thing I wanted to do was to spend $200+ on a new set of tires for a car I was about to get rid of. They didn't have the 40 I needed, but did happen to have a 45. It rubbed the fender a little, but after switching it with the rear where I had a little more fender clearance, it worked just fine. And then my car was off to used car heaven (probably an auto auction lol) without me needing to spend extra on new tires. Service took just about an hour or so, which I appreciated. They don't have a waiting area, and I was too far from home, so I just wandered down to Smart & Final down the street to kill some time haha. read more

I went to two other shops before this one to get one used tire with no luck. My current tire's tread was ran down and it had a nail in it previously that I plugged so it was time. I pulled right up and asked for the used tire size and they found it fast in their inventory. One of the gentleman orders the stock so he was confident in his tires. I sat outside while his other worker changed the tires out because it was a pleasant morning. The gentleman who worked on my tire offered me a seat inside, which was nice. The price for the used tire was just what I thought it would be. I paid with my debit/credit card and the gentleman who orders the tires recommended that I get an alignment so my tires will last longer. I knew that's what I needed to do next for sure. My wife has brought her car plenty of times to fix little things and she always raved about their service. Took my car there for front and back brakes. They tell you to buy the parts and they charge you for labor... no problem. When it comes to my front brakes, I asked them do they turn my rotors in the process. The guy tells me no but if I feel shaking afterwards to bring it back. So long story short, my front end feels like I never had the brakes replaced. I take it back and literally they tell me, "No we don't turn rotors. You can go to O Reilys down the street and buy the rotors pretty cheap then you just gotta get someone to put them on." So I was charged for a complete brake job, but more sent off to find someone to complete it. My $100 brake job is now easily $250. I was duped and at this point there is nothing else to do but to go fine someone else smh. read more

Was on our way to Phoenix for the races and had a flat on our motor home. Went to 4 tire shops, one said they would try to fit us in but would be at least two hours. No others had any openings. Went to C's Tire shop and the guy was very nice. Didn't have a Jack heavy enough to Jack up the RV. Got underneath and found out it was just a loose valve stem. He tightened it up and put air in the tire and made sure it wasn't leaking then checked the other tires to make sure they were ok. He kept saying " I got ya" and he did have us. When he was done we asked how much we owed him and he said I don't know never had this before. He said how about $10 so we gave him more. He was done in about 30-40 minutes. He saved the day. Would definitely recommend them. Super nice guys. read more

I went in to have a nail removed from my tire. After talking with Steve he recommended the tire be patched and not plugged. He told me a patch is much more reliable and since my tires were still new, the patch would be ideal to last as long as the tires will. After the Deal was made with an agreed upon price, he went to work. He removed the tire and took it into the shop to repair. In short order, he came out and showed me the nail had a very very short stub left on the head. He showed me that it was barely hanging on and that it did not penetrate the tire. He performed several leak checks and found no leak what so ever. He refused to charge me the agreed upon deal. In these days to find Professional Knowledgeable Friendly Honest Caring person in this line of business is Rare. You are All of those Steve. This place did an amazing job! I called in requesting a particular tire and was happy that they could accommodate me with my request. I had my car towed to the shop, and my tire was replaced in no time at all! They literally fixed my tire right away and even checked the tire pressure in my other tires. No hassle, no wait, friendly people, and I never felt like I was getting a run around or trying to be sold something not needed. Today I was in a bind, and everything was taken care of and handled much easier than I had anticipated. I highly recommend coming here and although, I'm not from this area, I wouldn't mind driving the distance for my tire needs. This place had me on the road in no time, and it was super affordable! The prices in my area aren't even comparable to this place, and there's no worry whether or not the work being done is being done correctly, because I was able to watch the work being done.
