I left it park there overnight left them an answer machine message and by 7 AM the next morning I was able to contact them and they were already working to repair my flat. Worst service ever. My left front tire was extremely low when I got in my company truck and l stopped here to get it checked/patched rather than risk getting stranded in the badlands on my drive home to Riverside. Left the truck, and the manager said he'd have it done within an hour. I went and ate, returned in 55 min and this prick had not even bothered to try airing it up. Wonderful service! Dropped in on Saturday for a flat tire repair...was told they had a 3 hr wait but could make an appointment for Monday at 11am. Decided to make an appointment and upon arrival they quickly got me checked in and within 30 minutes had the tire fixed and when I went to pay for it, they told me it was no charge and appreciated me coming in for tire service at Les Schwab. I have to give a positive shout-out to Les Schwab Tire Center. A few thousand miles ago, I purchased four tires from this tire shop center. I had forgotten that they had recommended I return in the future for a tire balance and rotation. Since I was going on a road trip soon, I decided that maybe I should have this done. I had been very satisfied with the tires I bought here, and I figured I should have the work done here. I spoke to a sales/technician name Isaac, who is extremely well informed and courteous. He advised me to come in as early as possible to ensure my chances of getting it done first thing. When I got there this morning, I was told I would get this done within the hour. I also met Isaac in person. I was very impressed with his customer service demeanor and knowledge of maintaining my tires and good condition. he actually did the work today and informed me that one of my tires was very low in pressure but overall they were in good condition. I can't say enough good things about Les Schwab Tires in Beaumont. My tire light was on and my tire was almost flat when I got home. My fiancé put air in it but it wouldn't hold so he put the spare on. Two of the bolts were apparently stripped and broke off when he took off my flat tire. I spoke to Jesse at Les Schwab and he told me to bring it in. They replaced the lag bolts and plugged the tire AT NO CHARGE! I have taken my car to Les Schwab before for oil changes and have had a tire on my previous car plugged (for free as well). These guys are courteous and professional. Never will I go here and I was considering a place for new tires for I'm a rideshare driver and need tires every 6 months! I went for a lyft inspection and called a head of time and said they could do it, when I get there they tell me it's a 2 1/2 hour wait and they have to drive my car in with out me being present which isn't Lyfts policy! The Fat Guy says to me your just waisting my time then!!! Sir I drove 40 miles because u said to come! Took vehicle in for front tire only tire balancing. Had to pay approximately $40. I had tire vibration at between 50 and 60 mph. Tech advised the tires were out of balance and that he corrected the problem. I did not test the vehicle at those speeds until a couple weeks later. I thought the problem was resolved. It was not. Due to the time frame (2 weeks). I just took the vehicle to Sam's Club (next shopping trip) where I purchased the tires and had the balancing done for free. Sam's resolved the problem. read more

Brake service is bad, but the tire service is good. I have an extremely loud high pitched squeal when I brake for over a year. It is very emberassing, and I am worried for my safety. I have schefuled five seperate appointments and I've never had it fixed by Les Schwab. I have used Les Schwab Beaumont exclusively for brakes for the last few years. I have had pads, rotors and calipers replaced. Front and back everything has been done by them. I keep getting dismissed when I bring it in. If it is less than 1,000 miles, they'll say that is normal. If it is a few thousand miles, they will add a lubrication on the brake point. If it is tens of thousands of miles, they tell me they can charge to put on new pads. I think I'm going to have to move on to another shop to get it taken care of. It's extremely disappointing because I would like to stay loyal to the same place for all my vehicle needs. read more

No, lack of training and lies. I called to make a Ride Share inspection they gave me an appointment the next day over the phone I show up and they scheduled it for a different date The manager Art was helping me and told me he could take me in but it would be about 1 1/2 hours I have drove 40 miles so was happy he took me in. I waited then after an hour they called me that car was ready, he gave me the inspection list and every thing pass expect the left stop light they told me they don't repair that but he told me where was a AUTo zone to get it fixed and if I got that fixed we would re-inspect it to pass it. I got it fixed came back 30 minutes later they took the car and then 15 minutes later they said bad news your back tire needs to be replaced. At this point I,ve been here since 11:45 it's 2:30pm sonó told him then why in the inspection sheet it says passed? He said I don't know? customers time is precious and believe they wanted to sell me a tire!! I will take it to a different vehicle inspection place that's not a tire sales to see if it was the tire or they wanted to screw me over. Not a happy customer when you spend all day due to lack of training if they would have told me that I also needed a new tire I would have happy buy one from them to pass my inspection but not like this Beware with this place! read more

TDLR; unorganized, though it didn't look busy, and it took 5 1/2 hrs to get my car back and they still weren't done though they told me it would be so I will go elsewhere for the rest of the work. I came in about a month ago and got a quote for alot of work. I made an appointment today as I needed tires replaced before the rain storms. When I checked in at 11, I was the only person there and I saw one car in the bay. When the tech and I went over what I made an appt for, he said it was just the tires and not the brakes, alignment and oil change (though I have an email for it). He then said that they can't do all that in an hour (I didn't realize that was the goal) that it would at "least take 2." This was after he charged me for brake work (it was already inspected last month) so they knew brake work would need to be done. I planned to take an Uber to go back home anyway. I called at 321 pm to see when it would be ready as I needed to make sure I could get an Uber back before the shop closed. That is what I told them. They responded "1/2 hr" so I came in an hour later. I was advised the person that talked to me didn't know I also asked for an alignment. Then they proceeded to argue with me and tell me what was said in the first convo they werent there for. When I asked the actual tech I first spoke to about the 2 hours, he said there was a "misunderstanding." I know what I heard, there was none. Too unorganized, I won't be back. read more

Great place! Today was the second time I've used them to patch a small hole in a tire (different tires each time - I just have bad luck, LOL!), and I love that they do it for free! The people that work there are always super nice, and actually seem happy to be there. The waiting area is clean and comfortable. When this shop first opened, I was relieved it was a National brand name coming in; reputable work that could be trusted. However, not so much anymore. I brought in my SUV for a simple tire balance and rotation. They got it done--however--to my surprise, there were "issues" with my vehicle all of a sudden. There was NOTHING out of the ordinary in terms of issues I had with my SUV before dropping it off apart from the aforementioned. Les Schwab claimed: 1.) Tie rod bushing is going out 2.) Rear shocks are leaking What was also extremely weird is when I was at the counter to pay, the service writer started off by saying "well, good news, your brakes don't need replacing, but..." as he proceeded to lie to my face about non-existent issues. I had just recent replaced my brake pads and rotors, meaning this is the service writers pattern to the unaware--they will first claim brakes are bad, then move on to other items. Immediately after leaving, there was a weird "knocking" sound which was not there. When I arrived home, I removed all 4 wheels to inspect it myself (I wrenched on cars back in my prime, not so much now). I checked all shocks--no leaking BUT, there was a wet spot on the inner fender liner that was never there before; not coincidence especially correlating the sudden claimed issues I had with the rear shocks. My wife even correlated the new noise when she drove it the next day. Irritated and untrusting, I actually brought my suv to my local GM dealership to change my AT fluid. Lo-and-behold, the noise associated with Les Schwab's advisement that my tie-rod was "going bad", the dealership fixed, without needing any other repairs apart from tightening it down. (I think in actuality, it was the sway bar Les Schwab loosened, because of the location of the sound and I previously checked the tie-rods for play). Also, shocks were inspected by the dealership as well, with no Ill-fated shocks described by Les Schwab Beaumont. Les Schwab Beaumont, I know you're reading this. You lost a customer over trying to keep up with your KPIs. Unfortunately, I know they're taking advantage of our retired community here due to their name. It's a shame that they're now ripping people off and the majority of people don't know cars like a smaller percentage of us do. Even if they try to defend themselves in whatever way they can think of, the point is that I know my cars, and I know exactly what is going on with my vehicles. Please think twice about going to Les Schwab Beaumont, especially since they're recklessly modifying vehicles to exhibit false symptoms for a profit. I am a long-term client of Les Schwab. I recently traveled from Palm Desert to Beaumont to have six new tires for my motor home. It took a few hours for the installation, which I expected however, when I was told the work was completed I checked the tire pressure and two tires were below the correct psi. One was at 54 psi which was below the require 61 psi. I was told that they were all set at 61 but the tech checked and found the low tire and just added air and sent me on my way. Shortly after returning home the tire lost all pressure. Clearly there was a problem with the installation since the tire had lost pressure before I left the facility. read more

Our car's tires were bought at a Les Schwab in Oregon. When we got a leak in one of the tires, we went to a local tire store in Palm Springs. They showed me the nail -- lodged right in the middle of the tire tread -- but told me that there was simply too much wear on the tire to repair it. So, we were told we were going to have to replace all four tires to the tune of $1,700. (The tires had 25k of wear, but were not near being bald.) Instead, we filled the tire with air and drove 45 minutes to the Les Schwab in Beaumont. They fixed the tire for free. Since we were there, we had them rotate the tires and check the alignment. The tire fix and rotation were free, but we paid $129 for the alignment. What a bargain! I'm sure we'll get another 10-15k on these tires. Couldn't be happier with the service we got in Beaumont! read more

Staff, namely James (Assistant Manager), is unresponsive, lacks professionalism and accountability. They do not call back with updates or when they do, they give you inaccurate information. My car was waiting on rotors and they told me turn car was ready, yet the rotors weren't completed. Come to find out the rotors take 2 days to come in. Once confirmed with Sara we thought we were set. 2 days later I call back for an update and James states we never confirmed so he never ordered. Rather than apologizing he held to his false sense of reality. Whoever interviewed and hired this lackluster team should do some self reflection. Are these people really upholding the culture and customer service that you claim to have? These smaller shops in the area are faster and more reliable, as well as being notably cheaper. In short, if you like paying more and having to deal with sub par service, look no further than Much Les Schwab. Go to your local shop and support small business in the community. read more

Update, Have a review of your store earlier and it was about a recommendation for my neighbor to go here. After being told you didn't do oil changes and a quote of 500 dollars to do back brakes on his car you lost his business. Now I'm writing this for me! Just had a oil change before leaving for Idaho plus new tires. After leaving and going a few miles I kept hearing a odd noise coming from the front end. Stopping and looking under the suv I realized they didn't put the bottom engine oil pan cover shroud back on properly and it was now damaged. I'm now in Idaho and I'm going to find a store to have them try to fix it. Interested in seeing how they will handle this problem. As a history of being a years long customer in Washington state and then seeing and hearing about these problems in a California store you have lost two customers to really bad service. read more
