Overbooked! I came here for an appointment oil change. Waited an hour and told them I can come back tomorrow. I made an appointment for the next day. I went to get my toes done and car was still sitting there. They overbook and expect you to leave your car overnight for simple services. My first clue should have been when I pulled in and there was only one car in the bay but Les Schwab was too busy to help me quickly. I had a nail in my tire that could have been removed and patched with no issue, but whoever I spoke with pulled out some diagram and told me because it was in the shoulder I would need a totally new tire. I knew this didn't sound right so I told him that, and he advised me to "go to a mom and pop shop because no corporate business will repair it because of where it is" I asked how much a tire would be and he told me I would need to replace all 4 tires. At this point I was irritated and ended up at Les Schwab who no problem patched the hole and removed the nail without issue! If you want to be lied to and told that you need things that you don't, this is the place for you. read more

It took nearly two and a half hours to change ONE tire. Charged 8.99 for a sensor reseal kit !! Don't know what that is never approved of it. $93.22 for ONE tire that was $53.99 Bad service the tire mechanic was not doing the work he was talking to a friend who stopped by to visit him which added to the long wait time. The only reason I would ever go back here is if I had no other choice. Also the tire they installed is not the same brand as the other 3 on my car PS I read many of the reviews I suggest you do also before bringing your vehicle in to this shop. One review states she got her tire repaired for free yet I was charged $25.00 for the same service. They did not charge me for it because it was not repaired BUT I had no choice now that they removed the plug I had in the tire and left me with a hole they could not plug. Forcing me to buy a new tire. They had my phone number and while I was at the restaurant no one called to inform me of the situation. Incompetence here is obvious as is terrible customer service. Needing new tires we walked in and they graciously took us in tires in stock. Information provided during our request for a quote was provided without hesitation despite how busy they became. Rick was polite and respectful in conversation. Jesse was helpful after Rick left to lunch. Work was completed with no issues. However: Rick and Jesse could use 1 more counter person. Bathroom could use some attention. I do recommend. We have always had quality service on both cars. I went to Ramona to patch a tire they tried to upsell me on additional tires stating mine were worn and told me I should get an oil change. I said no thanks I'll wait for that I just need the nail removed and patched. I also told them I had an appointment for an oil change somewhere else. They refused to patch my tire and asked what the other place was charging me for the oil change, that they would beat the price today only. I went across the street to Les Schwab they patched it for free and stated my tires were fine just some minor cupping. I also got an appointment for an oil change. Stoped by at 12:30 pm on 11/11/22 for two front tires. Was quoted 2-4 hours. Said fine I'll wait for it. Left with my kids to have lunch. Decided to go to a movie at 1:45 got out at 4 pm walked back to tire shop. I noted my car was still parked in the same spot, looked at tires and noted my car hadn't been touched. Went inside talked to the guy at the counter and was told there was still 4 cars in front of me and he wasn't sure they were going to get to it today. There was no apology, no explanation. Terrible customer service. On a side note they advertise tire sales and specials but never have those tires in stock and they need to be ordered. I asked for my keys and left. I called Les Schwab. Very professional and polite. Great customer service. They fit me in and got my car done in just over an hour. They have a great selection of in stock tires. I hardly ever leave a negative review. I searched for tires on their website. Ok, nice finding for Performance 1000 for my needed 4 tires. I called them to confirm. They said that they had equal tires for just a little more. I said ok, I'm coming in. When I got there, they said that those tires were not in stock. Try these other tires for slightly more. I said ok. Then, I get a call two hours later saying that they had the wrong size when they quoted me these tires . It's going to be $200 more with a better warranty of 50k instead of 40k. " Jesse Arend Is An Awesome Manager " I went into the Ramona Tire & Service Center in Beaumont, CA to asks some questions about getting some new Tires for my 2018 Ford Explorer. I met Jesse Arend the store manager who was very nice as he explained in details the different Tire choices for my Ford, and how much the tires and service would be for them. Jesse answered all of my questions very honestly and was very friendly, as I set up an appointment in a few days to come back and get my new Goodyear Tires installed. On a Friday, I drove into the Ramona Tire store in Beaumont and met Jesse again as he did all the paperwork for my purchase & service. Jesse then told me that he would personally drive me home to my house, and call me back when my car was finished. Jesse again came back to my house to pick me up and take me back to the Ramona Tire & Service Center so I could pick up my car. I have NEVER seen anyone ever, do what Jesse did for me. The Ramona Tire prices for my new Goodyear Tires were the best in the entire Beaumont and Banning Area, and the service that I receive from Jesse Arend the Ramona Tire Manager, was the best I have ever seen anywhere. I also met Jorge who did the service on my Ford, and he also was very nice and very good at what he did for my new tires. Originally took my car in due to a noise in my engine area. Apparently it was the ac clutch causing the noise. Purchased a new ac compressor. Noise gone. Took my car back because the ac is now not working. Said it was a blown fuse. Apparently that was fixed, ac still does not blow cold air. Part of the ac compressor install was to drain, fill and test. Somebody didn't do their job. Charged for multiple ounces of refrigerant and a new ac compressor. What a waste of money and time. I guess this is why you don't take your car to a tire shop for non tire issues. Feeling ripped off. read more

Where do I start? Had a nail in a tire and Ramona had to keep my car overnight even thou they were still open for 2 hours. My wife was complaining after the vehicle was picked up. It felt like the tires were not hand torqued but an air wrench was used to tighten my wheels. This morning I took the car to American Tire and after paying $60 and having the wheels hand tighten the issue when away. The bottom line is if you have an older American csr this place is great but if you are driving a higher end car. Run Also the employees here only wear a mask part of the time. read more

Checked back several times throughout the day & told "still working on". By 4:30 p.m. found out after several calls, wrong part ordered, which they discovered 5 hrs later. When I contacted them at 4:40 p.m. was told "still working on & would stay until job completed" - lied! When son called at 4:45 p.m. they told him about wrong part & car should be done MONDAY 1/16. Several different responses (by staff lying to CYA), to myself & son about status of vehicle. I would suggest contacting BAR (Bureau of Auto Repair) to see number of complaints or if complaints against this company. read more

3 stars They did not center my wheel perfectly the first time , so I brought it back. Car drives straight now but they forgot to reinstall a couple bolts to my plastic under tray and it ripped off on the freeway. I work on/modify my car a lot so I had a spare , but this would have all been prevented if they took more time on the alignment the first time. read more

I have been using Romona tire since moving to Beaumont. I have always felt that the price was high, but the work was good and service was excellent. I took my wife's 2014 Ford Focus in about a month ago to get breaks and tires. $2600 later, her car was like new. Belts, hoses, shocks etc. Since getting the tires put on, there has been a leak. For the first time since putting them on, I have had time to take the car back and get the leak addressed. I was told when I arrived that they could fix the issue, and asked if I had someone to come get me. I told Jesse, at least that's the name on the card I was given, that I would of stay and wait. He said that I could not wait at the store because they were too busy and it would be 5-6 hours. I told Jesse that this was warranty work and that the tire is less that 30 days old. He informed me that I was not more import then his other customers that were allowed to wait. I nicely asked for a corporate number and left. Worst feeling in the world, something starts to go wrong with your car while out of state. We was heading back to Phoenix from LA on a Sunday and something was leaking from behind the glove box in my mom's car. This was the nearest mechanic that was open at 2:30 pm on a Sunday, they said to bring it over. We got in real quick and diagnosed in about 20 min. In the end, it was a small hole that they said to use Gorilla Tape to fix to get us home. And later, a piece of plastic and strong adhesive for the final fix.
