BRING YOUR CAR HERE IF YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED!!! Brought my car in for a used tire. A fix that I could have gotten anywhere else in town for cheaper. They took an hour and a half to change it. Afterwards, I drive only 100 feet and immediately turn around and come back to tell them my car is all messed up. lots of squealing and alignment is off like I've never seen. Chris told me to bring it back if it's still driving funny after a couple days??? They offered an inspection, only to find 1000's of dollars worth of repairs to be made. Car is currently shredding through tires like they're made of paper. Ever wonder why they have 'regular' customers? because that's the scam. you will always have to come back and spend more money with these people. A regular customer at a repair shop? WHAT A JOKE! This place is the worst place I've ever been to and the work that they do they don't fix things to make them better they fix things so that you'll have to come back. They're all mechanic said that they are doing shady business this is the shadie's place I've ever went in for a leak. I now need a whole new transmission. The owner and his sister are very rude. They try to talk to me. Away from any other customers because they didn't want customers to know how they were doing people at their place of business. Beware of this place!!! They will scam you so hard if you're not careful. We took our f150 to this shop for a diagnosis of some transmission issues because they were listed under the warranty's approved shops. They had our truck for almost a week and told us we needed a complete transmission rebuild and a bunch of other codes that they pulled, it was going to be almost a $10k job with the warranty only covering $2500. Turns out they didn't even do a full diagnostic check! They didn't do a fluid test or anything and just jumped to needing a new transmission. We took the truck to 2 different shops for a second opinion, and BOTH shops said it sounds like valve body without even looking at the truck yet. Turns out it was the valve body, the job was less than $2k and warranty covered $1500. Our truck is running good as new with no more issues. E&E would have ripped us off so badly if we didn't get second opinions! Go somewhere else! read more

We came in with a blown out flat and they didn't have the right tire size but ended up calling around and walking the proper sized tire over to be able to get our car on the road again. Went in to put on my new tires and get the alignment done and it was done fairly quick . They were busy and it was hot as ... out so I can't be mad they worked hard and got the job done well the backup their work and even checked back with me a few days later which was nice I went in a long road trip almost immediately afterwards and all is running smooth so for the quality of work it was a great value. read more

I was a little nervous going to a tire place so far from home by myself but when your tire blows out on the road on Christmas, one isn't left with a lot of options! Fortunately, E and E was amazing! They were open bright and early the day after Christmas. Customer service was amazing! They were very courteous both on the phone and in person. The young woman at the counter was super nice! Got a flat tire on the way out of Palm Springs. Apparently its VERY common to get it with nails and debris on the highway. Called and spoke to Alliso she was WONDERFUL. They took us in. There was one person ahead of us. We sat in the air conditioned lobby and waited 30-40 minutes for our turn. Allison was the BEST customer service ever and answered all our questions and made us feel better on something that could have dampened our day. It took about 20 minutes to patch our tire. Oil change was done on a Thursday, I did not notice until I went to work Sunday that the oil was leaking. I cleaned it up and thought it was just oil on the frame section by the filter. I drove it to work on Monday and once again it was leaking but this time it left a puddle of oil under my car. I once again cleaned it up and on Tuesday I called to have the car dropped off. It was inspected on Wednesday, I was told that the oil filter cap was cracked. I asked how that happened. I was told it was due to wear and tear. That did not make any sense, especially because there was no oil leak prior to dropping it off for an oil change. When picking up the car Wednesday evening, I asked again just to clarify how this happened. I was shown a picture of the Oil filter cap having a crack and was told it's possible the mechanic could have over tightened it causing it to crack or used too much force to take it off. That made more sense to me than it being wear and tear. Especially because that part that was cracked had to be removed to get to the oil filter for the oil change. To replace the cap I had to pay 96 dollars for a mistake caused by the shop. A part that cost at most 35 dollars. I will never go back there again. I am very disappointed, I thought I had found an honest new mechanic to take my vehicles to. read more
