I read that if you open the back of the laptop and disconnect the external battery you have a good shot of fixing the issue. Dell wanted 259.00 this is a 2000.00 laptop and they wanted more money out of me. So I was like yeah no I'll do some research. I found out if you simply open the laptop up and remove the battery it will actually fully reset the computer and it was worth a shot. It worked! My iPhone4 screen shattered after one too many drops, so I figured I could go to the Verizon store to talk about an upgrade to the 5. They laughed and told me to pay the $549 or come back in April of 2014. Awesome...no advice or help at all! So after I found this store, I dropped off my poor, broken phone. The tech was super friendly and explained what he would do, warning me that if the phone had been exposed to water sometimes it doesn't behave when they try to bring it back to life. I accepted, paid $75 for new glass and a new screen, and was told to come back in an hour. I finished my errand early and came back within 45 minutes - the phone was done! It looks brand new and works beautifully. Really pleased with the service and the quality; the tech was amazing! Too bad I didn't get his name to tell people what a good job he did. The negative - there is no sign off of 1960 telling you where this place is, and it's a tiny building, so if you don't know what to look for, keep your eyes peeled for a little orange building with no road sign. :)
