No returned phone calls in over a month. Left multiple messages (even 4 in a week). Doesn't listen to what you request but simply tries to convince you of what they think you should do. My wife and I first met Joe Jimenez and the CSIS team in 1987 when we obtained our Mercury car insurance policy through them. There are some people in life who you meet, and know right off the bat they are at the top of the curve, and I had that feeling about Joe. 32 years later, and I am glad to say that my gut feeling was correct. I recently had an issue with our Mercury policy (not badmouthing Mercury, as they have also historically treated us well), and their reluctance/refusal to use OEM parts on a windshield replacement. After going through the normal channels, I did not have success in having Mercury agree to an OEM windshield. My wife called Joe, who listened very patiently and empathetically, following which he personally contacted Mercury on our behalf. Two hours later Mercury called me to say they had agreed to use the OEM glass. This is but one example of the exemplary customer service displayed by Joe and his team over the past 32 years, and it means a lot to me. read more

These guys used to be rock stars. Great prices on quotes and I had excellent customer service from the office in Upland. The last couple of years the quality of customer service has tanked. Good luck getting replies to emails and phone calls. Go ahead, try calling on a weekend. Repeated attempts, including trying to contact the agency owner Joe Jimenez, are futile. I had no choice but to drop CSIS. And that's too bad. I am not sure if the company will last. I am sure they are bleeding customers. read more
