Was told it had "jumped time" and needed an entire new engine replacement or they could trash it for me. Towed it home and got a second opinion. Absolutely nothing about the engine was showing up with a diagnostic scanner and turns out only needed a sensor replaced. I literally paid less for the sensor part than what Motorworks charged me for a diagnostic fee. Car is running again without an engine replacement. I feel like this was either fraud and or incompetence.

After picking up the truck I noticed that two of the wheels were damaged. I was disappointed they didn't notify me of this when I picked up the truck but oh well. Brought it back the next day and after the guy at the counter and the mechanic that installed the tires denied responsibility, the owner came out and agreed to refinish both wheels. I picked it up today and the finish on the repaired wheels clearly does not match the other two. The owner again came out with me, looked at the tires, and agreed that they do not match, but was unwilling to spend more of his money to make it right. So after spending $2400 I am left with a truck that has mismatched wheels. I am disappointed and will not be back.
