This is the 4th attempt to get emissions taken care of due to excessively long waits as well as the internet being down another day. I just now waited for an hour for them to tell me they aren't certified to provide emissions certificates. This is after knowing I was there for emissions and taking my car into the bay. This is unacceptable. They did not offer anything in exchange for my time while knowing full well that they were not certified.

We called and booked an appointment. On the day of the testing, we parked our cars, checked in with customer service, and gave them our keys. We didn't know where to park, so we parked on the outside perimeter of the parking lot and that seemed to not be an issue. For both cars, it took about 30 minutes. We waited in the waiting room; once they were done, they called our name and we checked out. The place was busy but efficient, waiting room was packed but we were able to snag a chair. Overall, the service was quick and I would definitely use them again.

But the front rotors warped AGAIN by Aug/Sep. Now I was being told that the brake calipers had to be changed for an additional $1,000. Why didn't they find this as an issue before? Why was my SUV working fine for the first 6 years/50,000+ miles, now having brake/rotor issues every 3-6 months? I didn't get the impression they knew what they were doing. I went back to the dealership and got it fixed right. I tried to save some $$$ but it ended up costing me a whole lot more (and the dealer found no issues with the calipers, just the brake pads).

I dropped my wife off at the salon and went for 2 tires and an alignment for our suv. Went inside salesperson was very helpful, friendly, great service, also prices were decent too! After having the tires put on and alignment done i thanked them and went on my way to pickup my wife at the salon. Picked her up and decided to grab a bite to eat. Upon arrival at the food establishment we had chosen we placed our order and as we are waiting for our food my wife goes into the arm rest between the seats and pulls out her wallet which i was not aware was in the vehicle. She opens it up to grab the money she just withdrew from the bank to pay for our meal turns to me and says did you happen to use the money in my wallet? I told her if i had done that i surely would have said something before using it and that I wasn't aware it was even in the vehicle. We searched her purse as well as the entire vehicle and the money did not turn up but we also noticed the change we had in the center counsel and cup holders was gone as well. Only place this vehicle has been aside from the hair salon was town fair tire in avon. We were already almost 45 minutes away from avon when we discovered this, I was so upset at the time I could not drive back there because I would have caused a huge scene! One of the employees there who worked on our vehicle obviously went on rummaging through it took the change and must have found the wallet as well because my wife's cash was gone. Total amount was under $60 and it's not about the $ amount it's about honesty and trust! ANYONE & EVERYONE should be able to feel safe upon bringing something they personally own to have work done regardless of where or who or what company it is! Needless to say I will be making a few phone calls to their corporate office and seeing what can be done about it. I don't currently have any kind of names or anything only got a mild description of when my vehicle was pulled out and that person had a hat on, shirt looked grey maybe, very long hair, not much facial hair but not a full clean shave, if I had to guess I would say about 5'7 to 5'9 in height and a bit on the chubby side. I will NEVER be going back or recommending this specific town fair tire to ANYONE EVER! To the person who did this if you end up seeing this I hope at least it helped with whatever it was you so desperately needed that you had to resort to rummaging and stealing from someone's vehicle. Some have had vending machines. Nope Some have had TV sets to entertain you. Nope Some places can schedule your oil change with an appointment (not here). Now maybe you perceive all of those facts as a negative, and if you do you will probably be surprised by exactly how much I loved my experience here today. Where do I start? How about with John - the ultra-friendly and polite owner who will treat you respectfully and must have a PhD in Customer Service. This guy was amazing. How about the music system -I heard one great Beatle song after another while I waited for my oil change. But best of all, how about Olive, the House Labradoodle who will hang out with you in the waiting area and will melt your heart away. She would make one helluva stupendous therapy dog, For all of these reasons (and the very fair price) I will look you straight in the eye and tell you this was one of the best and most enjoyable oil changes I have ever experienced.
