Be VERY careful when you come here. Posting now after hearing from a 3rd person with a similar experience. Last summer I got my oil changed here for the first time. Was going great and very quick, but they tried selling me on a "AC tube up" which I turned down several times. Lo and behold 2 days later my AC goes out. Never had issues with it before. Brought my car to my regular mechanic and was told that the value was loosened, allowing the Freon to slowly leak out, hence why it didn't immediately stop working after being serviced at valvoline. I will not be returning and should've gone with my gut and stuck with my regular mechanic despite the convenience of a "drive-up" service. read more

As I was driving home from work, I looked up and realized I was way overdue for an oil change, and I dont mean just a few miles it was a lot. I started to get nervous that i was going to run out of oil. It was around 5 p.m., and I happened to drive by Foxys 44 express oil change, and i figured, well, let me see if they can take me. Come to find out, it was a drive up one. I drove up and all of the gentlemen were so nice and kind Deasron, the manager was amazing. Not only did they change my oil, they vacuumed my entire car and replaced a windshield wiper for me . They were so amazing as they were working on my car they had a section for coffee and popcorn it was pretty cool! They were so perfessional and respectful I even got a rose at the end !! I definitely found my new oil change spot, and I highly recommend it to anyone ! read more

Very nice, and clean new auto express oil change center. I pulled up and was one of the first of the day and they seemed genuinely happy to me as a customer. They filled me in while they were doing the oil change. I felt my truck and my business was respected and well taken care of. Prices seemed comparable to nearly every where else, I waited in my truck so I didn't go to the waiting room. Check out was easy and overall time spent was pretty fast. Had my oil changed here today and the customer service was amazing. They were able take me in right away and I was done 15 minutes later. Fluids were topped off and they vacuumed the inside. They also have a separate building in the back that offers hand washing, detailing, and window tint services. I was told that they will also be able to provide emission testing in the near future. I will definitely be coming back for future oil changes. read more

My husband just went today for an oil change and he was floored by the service. His oil change was in and out, and it was less than anywhere else. They didn't try to fleece him by adding on things he didn't need. They gave my husband a rose for me and my baby son a fox balloon I've never in my life had such service. Amazing. read more

Ok so I was meeting my friend for lunch in Avon and mentioned I needed to get an oil change and then do emissions after. She said why don't you just go to valvoline you don't need an appointment and you don't have to be without a car all day. I was like ummm what???? How did I not know about this. So she comes with me and we both get our oil changed. You literally just pull up like at a car wash and they walk you through what to do. The staff was sooo helpful and nice. And then my friend texts me from the spot over and says...they also do emissions. I'm flabbergasted! So I ask, do you do emissions? He says yes, when we're done here just pull in to the next bay and we'll do it there. The entire process took less than 30 minutes! I am telling everyone I know about this bc I hate getting an oil change. It takes up so much of my day. Whoever came up with this idea is a genius!!! You can literally do this on your lunch break!! And thank you to the staff for being so friendly. I think I found my new spot. Oh and check the website for coupons. Really blown away. An oil change is an oil change, but their customer service and appreciation of the business was better than any competitor and frankly, most businesses of any kind. On top of that, they were more concerned about removing the battery connection corrosion on our car than we were, and they worked hard at it for no charge. They did not sell us anything, even though we may have been able to use a new engine air filter. Nice guys working there too. read more

Watched Foxy's being built and today we stopped in. Quick easy and in town. Staff was very friendly, quick, and professional. Popcorn in lobby and very pleasant waiting area. Clean restrooms. They even vacuumed the vehicle and reset milage which is a minor pain. No selling hype as other chains. After seeing set up we will only use them going forward. I went in today for service and according to the maintenance minder on my car, I needed the air filters changed as well as the brake fluid. Upon checking both, neither needed replacement. Most auto places would change them anyway and charge you, but not Foxys. This was my second visit and it won't be my last. Service is fast, honest and incredibly friendly. Went in because I got a low pressure tire warning on my Toyota Prius hybrid. They were very accomodating with the best tire pressure gauge equipment that I have seen. Their shop is clean, modern and I watched them service another vehicle quickly and efficiently with an oil change that including extras at no charge. im a disabled army veteran and had my oil change done there in October and not even two weeks later my car had its oil light come on, and a ticking noise started in my motor. I called this Foxy's place and spoke to the manager and they sent out the assistant manager supposedly to check my car and he confirmed everything that it was their fault and he then put some thick oil stabilizer in car and wrong type of oil. I had to pay for a rental that they would "reimburse" me and still haven't. When it came down to talking about them getting it fixed, it took them over three weeks to come up with an answer to fix my vehicle, and they still haven't as of this review. If there is anybody that has used them be mindful, and it would be in your best interest to take your oil change or other services to a different garage. Very unprofessional management team and the owner isn't much better as he was supposed to reach out to me on several occasions according to his so-called managers and never did. I will be reporting this business to the town of Avon as well as the Better Business Bureau Investigations Division this week as if this review. read more
